The recovery device shell body has the advantages of small volume, reasonable design of content, compact matching structure of the brake disc and the friction plate and excellent braking capability; the friction plate has the advantages of excellent heat dissipation structure, good silencing effect, firm connection, reasonable structure and good control effect; the brake disc is firmly assembled and convenient to maintain.

In order to solve the above technical problems, as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a braking capability recovery device for a pure electric passenger car, which includes a motor, a battery, a speed reducer, a vehicle controller, and a regenerative braking control device, wherein the regenerative braking control device includes a brake, and the brake includes a friction plate 12, a brake disc 21, a propulsion rod 17, and a housing body 10; the friction plate 12 comprises a back plate 14 and a friction material plate 13, a silencing plate 15 is further arranged on the inner side of the back plate 14, a rotor of a motor is connected with a brake nut 16 through a transmission mechanism, the friction plate 12 is braked at the end part of a threaded mandrel at the end part of the brake nut 16, the motor is connected with the brake nut 16 through a pushing rod 17, the pushing rod 17 pushes a brake disc 21 to be close to or far away from the friction plate 12, and the brake disc 21 is connected to the shell body 10 through a nut piston; the outer edge of the friction material 13 layer of the friction plate 12 is positioned on the same plane with the highest position of the brake disc 21, the pushing rod 17 pushes the friction plate 12 to translate close to or far away from the brake disc 21, the other end of the pushing rod 17 extends outwards out of the shell body 10 to form a free end 20, the pushing rod 17 is also provided with a limit sleeve 18, the limit sleeve 18 is provided with two longitudinal connecting parts 19, and the connecting parts 19 are fixedly connected with the shell body 10; the shell body 10 is provided with an accommodating space 11 for accommodating the brake disc 21 and the friction plate 12 and a clamping support 22 for bearing the brake disc 21 and the nut piston, the clamping support 22 can slide relative to the shell body 10 along the axial direction of the brake disc 21, the clamping support 22 can bear the brake disc 21 to enable the brake disc 21 to be pressed against the friction plate 12, the clamping support 22 also comprises an elastic shaft 23, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic shaft 23 is matched with a connecting groove 25 of the brake disc 21 in a direction through a protruding connecting part 24 at the end part, and when the clamping support 22 is inserted into the shell body 10, the protruding connecting part 24 slides into the connecting groove 25 and is locked in the connecting groove 25.

The inner side of the limit sleeve 18 of the push rod 17 is provided with limit fins, the push rod 17 is provided with limit sliding grooves matched with the limit fins, and the inner side of each limit sliding groove is provided with a hot melting layer. The heat-fusible layer softens at high temperature to enhance the lubricity of the diameters of the push rod 17 and the stop collar 18.
The connecting groove 25 of the brake disc 21 is a trapezoid groove. The trapezoid groove connection is more stable.
The shell body 10 comprises a top plate, side plates and an outer guard plate, wherein the top plate and the side walls are integrally formed, and the outer guard plate is fixed on the side plates through bolts.
The elastic shaft 23 is a fixed shaft, the front end and the rear end of the elastic shaft 23 are connected with the inner wall of the outer guard plate, and the inner wall of the outer guard plate is provided with a bearing for limiting the elastic shaft 23.
