Abstract
The invention relates to an environment-friendly flue gas collection, adjustment and control device and application thereof, the device comprises a tank body and a cover body reversely buckled in the tank body, the cover body can move left and right along the tank body, a flue gas inlet pipe and a flue gas outlet pipe are arranged at the bottom of the tank body in a penetrating way, the pipe orifices at the upper ends of the flue gas inlet pipe and the flue gas outlet pipe are both positioned in the cover body, and the pipe orifice height of the flue gas inlet pipe is higher than the pipe orifice height of the flue gas outlet pipe; a valve plate for adjusting and controlling the opening of the pipe orifice of the smoke inlet pipe or the opening of the pipe orifice of the smoke outlet pipe is arranged in the cover body. The flue gas discharge pipe is used as an exhaust pipe and a liquid discharge pipe, and the gas mist mixed in the flue gas is condensed in the cover body and then drops in the groove body, so that natural liquid seal between the groove body and the cover body can be realized, and the leakage of the flue gas is avoided. Technical Field

Background
The machine-made charcoal can generate certain kiln smoke in the process of burning in the charcoal burning kiln to prepare charcoal rods, and the kiln smoke is directly discharged into air to cause atmospheric pollution. According to the environmental protection requirement, kiln smoke needs to be treated. On one hand, the method is favorable for purifying kiln smoke, ensures that vaporific gas in the kiln smoke is quickly condensed and smoke dust is quickly settled, and flows into a liquid collecting tank along with bamboo and wood vinegar; on the other hand, because the bamboo and wood vinegar liquid in the kiln gas collecting pipe circularly flows, the inner wall of the kiln gas collecting pipe is flushed, the blockage of the kiln gas collecting pipe can be prevented, and the ventilation quantity of the pipeline and the safety of pipeline gas transmission are improved.
Because the charcoal burning amount and the charcoal burning progress of each charcoal burning kiln may be different, the existing mechanical charcoal kiln smoke collecting system can only perform uniform-strength kiln smoke collecting operation on all the charcoal burning kilns when in operation, and can not perform differentiated control according to the different charcoal burning amounts and the different charcoal burning progresses of each charcoal burning kiln.

Based on the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an environment-friendly flue gas collection, adjustment and control device and application thereof, and the position of a valve plate is adjusted by moving a cover body left and right, so that the purpose of controlling the ventilation quantity of a pipeline is achieved, and the structure design is scientific, reasonable and ingenious, and the adjustment is more convenient. The device can be used for differentially controlling a plurality of charcoal kilns in the system.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the environment-friendly type smoke collection, adjustment and control device comprises a tank body and a cover body reversely buckled on the tank body, wherein the cover body can move left and right along the tank body, a smoke inlet pipe and a smoke outlet pipe are arranged at the bottom of the tank body in a penetrating manner, pipe openings at the upper ends of the smoke inlet pipe and the smoke outlet pipe are positioned in the cover body, and the pipe opening height of the smoke inlet pipe is higher than the pipe opening height of the smoke outlet pipe; the cover body is internally provided with a valve plate for adjusting and controlling the opening of the pipe orifice of the smoke inlet pipe or the opening of the pipe orifice of the smoke outlet pipe. The valve plate is a pipe orifice cover plate or a pipe orifice partition plate, and the pipe orifice cover plate is connected with the cover body through a connecting rod. The flue gas discharge pipe is used as an exhaust pipe and a liquid discharge pipe, and the gas mist mixed in the flue gas is condensed in the cover body and then drops in the groove body, so that natural liquid seal between the groove body and the cover body can be realized, and the leakage of the flue gas is avoided. Detailed Description
In order to describe the technical content, the constructional features, the achieved objects and effects of the present invention in detail, the following description is made in connection with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the environment-friendly flue gas collection adjustment control device of the present invention includes a tank body 1 and a cover body 2 inversely fastened in the tank body 1, in this embodiment, the length and width of the cover body 2 are smaller than those of the tank body 1, i.e. the cover body 2 can move left and right along the tank body 1.
The bottom of the tank body 1 is penetrated with a smoke inlet pipe 3 and a smoke outlet pipe 4, the pipe orifices at the upper ends of the smoke inlet pipe 3 and the smoke outlet pipe 4 are both positioned in the cover body 2, and the pipe orifice of the smoke inlet pipe 3 is higher than the pipe orifice of the smoke outlet pipe 4, so that the smoke outlet pipe 4 has the function of an overflow pipe, and liquid in the tank body can be prevented from flowing into the smoke inlet pipe 3. The side wall of the groove body is higher than the pipe orifice of the smoke outlet pipe 4, and even the side wall of the groove body is higher than the pipe orifice of the smoke inlet pipe 3.
A valve plate 5 for adjusting and controlling the opening of the pipe orifice of the smoke discharge pipe 4 is arranged in the cover body 2. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the valve plate 5 is a nozzle cover plate, and the nozzle cover plate is connected to the cover 2 via a connecting rod 6. The top plate of the cover body is arched upwards.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the upper side of the cover is provided with a handle 7. The cover body is convenient to move by holding the handle.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the tank body 1 is also connected with a liquid inlet pipe 8, and the liquid inlet pipe 8 is connected with a circulating liquid supply pipeline of the mechanical charcoal kiln smoke collecting system. The bottom plate of the tank body 1 is a stepped bottom plate, the tank body bottom plate accessed by the flue gas inlet pipe is higher, and the tank body bottom plate accessed by the flue gas outlet pipe is lower. The design of ladder bottom plate is in order to let the external liquid of cover flow into the cover body in better to overflow from the mouth of pipe of flue gas discharge pipe. On the one hand, the liquid seal is ensured, and on the other hand, the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe can be cleaned by using liquid.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, in order to make the whole compact and more reasonable in layout, the front side or the rear side of the tank body is partially expanded outwards, so as to form an access position 9 of the liquid inlet pipe, and avoid affecting the left-right movement of the cover body.
The smoke discharge pipe is used as an exhaust pipe and a liquid discharge pipe, and the gas mist mixed in the smoke is condensed in the cover body and then drops into the groove body, so that the natural liquid seal between the groove body and the cover body can be realized, and the smoke leakage is avoided. Because the valve plate and the cover body are connected into a whole, the position of the valve plate is regulated by moving the cover body left and right, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the ventilation of the pipeline, and the structural design is scientific, reasonable and ingenious, and the regulation is more convenient.
The application of the environment-friendly flue gas collection, adjustment and control device is that the environment-friendly flue gas collection, adjustment and control device is applied to a mechanical charcoal kiln flue gas collection system.
