如图1-3所示,一种垃圾处理炉的烟气处理系统,包括垃圾焚烧处理炉01、在垃圾焚烧处理炉01顶部一侧设有的汽烟混合冷却装置02、在汽烟混合冷却装置02上分别设有的污水循环装置03和引风管04,及在引风管04上设有的旋风沉降除尘器05和在旋风沉降除尘器05上设有的排风管06。垃圾焚烧处理炉01包括壳体11、在壳体11的底部设有的焚烧处理室12、在焚烧处理室12顶部依次设有的烟气缓冲室13和炉体水冷室14、在焚烧处理室12内部设有延伸至烟气缓冲室13的抽烟管15。烟气缓冲室13上设置有延伸到壳体11的进风口16。汽烟混合冷却装置02包括在壳体11的一侧上设有的外管体21、在外管体21内设有与烟气缓冲室13相通的排烟管22、在排烟管22上方的外管体21顶部上设有的冷却喷淋嘴23、在外管体21内部设有的混合室24、在外管体21上设有一端延伸到混合室24内部相通,另一端与炉体水冷室14连通的水蒸汽回收管25。上述外管体21四面都设有对排烟管22进行冷却的冷却喷淋嘴23,污水循环装置03与混合室24相通。与水蒸汽回收管25连接的炉体水冷室14接口设置为锥形水蒸气排出口26;在炉体水冷室14上设置有的进水口27和调节进风口28。污水循环装置03包括在混合室24上的回水管31、在回水管31端部上设有的污水储存箱32、在污水储存箱32上设有的循环水泵33,及一端与循环水泵33连接,另一端与进水口27连接的送水管34,另外还与冷却喷淋嘴23连接。上述排烟管22与壳体11之间设置有的连接口17。抽烟管15包括在管体部和在管体部底端上设有的蜂窝管。旋风沉降除尘器05包括收集罐51、在收集罐51底部设有的卸灰阀52;所述的排风管06设置于收集罐51的顶部。混合室24正面的外壳体11上方设置有的维修窗口07。上述排烟管22位于水蒸汽回收管25与汽烟混合冷却装置02连接的交汇位置前端,且垂直于排烟管22中心。排烟管22由多条细管组合而成,与连接口采用法兰连接。抽烟管15由特殊材质管材制成,下端内部由多条特殊材质管材制成蜂窝状,并且直接伸入到焚烧处理室12燃烧层的火焰顶部。排烟管22的长度为混合室24长度的2/3。与水蒸汽回收管25连接的炉体水冷室14接口设置为锥形水蒸气排出口26,在进水口27可自动给水,在进水口27对面设有可以调节进风口28。在炉体水冷室14的四个面上均设置有调节进风口28。As shown in Fig. 1-3, a flue gas treatment system of a waste treatment furnace includes a waste incineration treatment furnace 01, a steam-smoke mixing cooling device 02 provided on the top side of the waste incineration treatment furnace 01, a steam-smoke mixing cooling device 02 The device 02 is provided with a sewage circulation device 03 and an air induction pipe 04 respectively, and a cyclone sedimentation dust collector 05 provided on the air induction pipe 04 and an exhaust pipe 06 provided on the cyclone sedimentation dust collector 05 . The steam-smoke mixing and cooling device 02 includes an outer tube body 21 provided on one side of the housing 11, a smoke exhaust pipe 22 communicated with the smoke buffer chamber 13 inside the outer tube body 21, and a smoke exhaust pipe 22 above the smoke exhaust pipe 22. The cooling spray nozzle 23 provided on the top of the outer pipe body 21, the mixing chamber 24 provided inside the outer pipe body 21, the outer pipe body 21 is provided with one end extending to the inside of the mixing chamber 24, and the other end communicates with the water cooling chamber of the furnace body. 14 communicated water vapor recovery pipe 25. The four sides of the outer pipe body 21 are provided with cooling spray nozzles 23 for cooling the exhaust pipe 22 , and the sewage circulation device 03 communicates with the mixing chamber 24 . A connection port 17 is provided between the smoke exhaust pipe 22 and the casing 11 . The smoke pipe 15 includes a honeycomb pipe arranged on the pipe body and the bottom end of the pipe body. The cyclone sedimentation dust collector 05 includes a collection tank 51 and a dust discharge valve 52 provided at the bottom of the collection tank 51 ; the exhaust pipe 06 is provided at the top of the collection tank 51 . A maintenance window 07 is provided above the outer casing 11 on the front side of the mixing chamber 24 . The smoke exhaust pipe 22 is located at the front end of the junction where the water vapor recovery pipe 25 is connected to the steam-smoke mixing cooling device 02 , and is perpendicular to the center of the smoke exhaust pipe 22 . The smoke exhaust pipe 22 is composed of a plurality of thin pipes, and is connected with the connecting port by a flange. The smoke pipe 15 is made of a special material pipe, and the inside of the lower end is made of a plurality of special material pipes into a honeycomb shape, and directly extends into the flame top of the combustion layer of the incineration treatment chamber 12 . The length of the exhaust pipe 22 is 2/3 of the length of the mixing chamber 24 . The furnace body water cooling chamber 14 interface connected with the water vapor recovery pipe 25 is set as a conical water vapor outlet 26, water can be automatically supplied at the water inlet 27, and an adjustable air inlet 28 is provided opposite the water inlet 27.
