本发明公开了一种全自动溶出杯清洗仪,此全自动溶出杯清洗仪的清洁头下端面靠近外圆处装有密封圈,在下平面装有两个旋转喷头及粗抽管和精抽管,另外还有一个进气孔,两个旋转喷头通过喷水软管与喷淋泵相连,粗抽管通过粗抽软管与粗抽泵相连,精抽管通过精抽软管与精抽泵相连,进气孔通过进气软管与进气阀相连,粗抽管和精抽管长度可调适合不同尺寸的溶出杯清洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种全自动溶出杯清洗仪,特别指在药物溶解测试中能够在极短时间内将溶出杯清洗干净。
背景技术
在药物溶出检测过程中,溶出杯清洗是个苦脏累的差事,劳动强度大,多数人不愿意干,因此设计一款稳定可靠清洁高效的溶出杯清洗仪就显得尤为迫切。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种全自动溶出杯清洗仪,此全自动溶出杯清洗仪是根据溶出杯的清洗特点设计而成。
本发明要解决的技术问题由以下结构来实现:全自动溶出杯清洗仪,包括旋转喷头,粗抽管,精抽管,进气孔,密封圈,清洁头,喷水软管,粗抽软管,精抽软管,进气软管,喷淋泵,粗抽泵,精抽泵,进气阀,其特征是:清洁头下端面靠近外圆处装有密封圈,在下平面装有两个旋转喷头及粗抽管和精抽管,另外还有一个进气孔,两个旋转喷头通过喷水软管与喷淋泵相连,粗抽管通过粗抽软管与粗抽泵相连,精抽管通过精抽软管与精抽泵相连,进气孔通过进气软管与进气阀相连。
本发明的工作原理是旋转喷头在水力作用下高速旋转,旋转喷头上巧妙设计的喷水孔能够形成高速旋压水流,强力水流切向冲刷溶出杯内表面,溶出杯内壁上的药物颗粒瞬间脱落,粗抽泵与喷淋泵流量的巧秒配合确保溶出杯底部没有过多积水,如果溶出杯底部积水过多就会影响旋压水流对溶出杯底部的冲刷,同时粗抽泵与喷淋泵流量的巧秒配合也确保了溶出杯内部始终处于负压状态,溶出杯内的负压保证了清洁头通过密封圈牢牢地吸附在溶出杯口,这样确保了溶出杯内的高压水流不会飞溅出溶出杯外,当清洗时间到了后,旋转喷头首先停止喷水同时进气阀开启,通过进气软管及进气孔将溶出杯内与大气连通,解除溶出杯内真空,此刻粗抽管继续工作直到溶出杯底部水抽完,粗抽管抽不干净的少量残水由精抽管抽干净,确保符合试验要求,粗抽管和精抽管长度可调适合不同尺寸的溶出杯清洗。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、所示,喷淋泵12经由喷水软管8将水桶17内的水泵入旋转喷头1和旋转喷头5,在高压水的作用下,旋转喷头1和旋转喷头5会高速旋转并生成旋压水流切向射向溶出杯内壁,将溶出杯内壁上的颗粒瞬间冲刷干净,与此同时粗抽管2通过粗抽泵15经由粗抽软管9将溶出杯底部污水抽入污水桶16,旋转喷头1和旋转喷头5喷水的同时粗抽管2也在抽水,粗抽泵15与喷淋泵12流量的巧秒配合确保溶出杯底部没有过多积水以免影响对溶出杯底部的冲刷,同时确保溶出杯内部始终处于负压状态,溶出杯内的负压保证了清洁头7通过密封圈6牢牢地吸附在溶出杯口,这样确保了溶出杯内的高压水流不会飞溅出溶出杯外,清洗时间到了后,旋转喷头1和旋转喷头5停止喷水,同时进气阀13打开,通过进气软管11进气孔4把溶出杯内部和大气连通,溶出杯内部负压解除,粗抽管2把杯底水抽完后,还剩少量残水由精抽管3通过精抽软管10精抽泵14抽入污水桶16,至此一个清洗循环完成。

1.全自动溶出杯清洗仪,包括旋转喷头(1,5),粗抽管(2)精抽管(3),进气孔(4),密封圈(6),清洁头(7),喷水软管(8),粗抽软管(9),精抽软管(10),进气软管(11),喷淋泵(12),粗抽泵(15),精抽泵(14),进气阀(13),其特征是:清洁头(7)下端面靠近外圆处装有密封圈(6),在下平面装有两个旋转喷头(1,5)及粗抽管(2)和精抽管(3),进气孔(4),两个旋转喷头(1,5)通过喷水软管(8)与喷淋泵(12)相连,粗抽管(2)通过粗抽软管(9)与粗抽泵(15)相连,精抽管(3)通过精抽软管(10)与精抽泵(14)相连,粗抽管和精抽管长度可调。
2.根据权利要求1所述全自动溶出杯清洗仪有两个旋转喷头(1,5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述全自动溶出杯清洗仪有粗抽管(2)和精抽管(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述全自动溶出杯清洗仪其清洁头(7)下端面靠近外圆处有密封圈(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述全自动溶出杯清洗仪溶出杯与清洁头(7)的密封由粗抽泵(15)与喷淋泵(12)流量匹配产生的负压完成。
