技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种锅炉烟气热能回收装置。
背景技术
锅炉在燃烧燃料的过程中会产生烟气,这些烟气通常温度较高,一般在350度以下。这些烟气携带大量的热源,如果直接排放不仅会加剧温室效益,也会造成热量的浪费。另外,炉膛助燃需要助燃空气,助燃空气的温度在较高的情况下助燃效果更好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够将高温锅炉烟气中的热量进行回收,用于加热助燃空气的锅炉烟气热能回收装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种锅炉烟气热能回收装置,包括锅炉本体,所述锅炉本体的烟气出口连有烟气管的一端,所述烟气管中间段设置为大直径空腔,所述锅炉本体的空气进口连有空气管的一端,所述空气管中间段设置为若干个空气支管的并联连接结构,所述空气支管密封设置于所述大直径空腔内,所述空气管的另一端与鼓风机的进风口相连通,所述烟气管的另一端与引风机的进气口相连,所述引风机的出气口与烟囱的侧壁上部相连通。
所述空气支管的个数为N个,沿着所述大直径空腔的轴心周圈均匀分布,其中N为大于等于2的整数。
所述引风机的进气口设置有过滤器。
所述空气支管的材质为铜。
所述锅炉本体的烟气出口与三向气阀的进气口相连,所述三向气阀的两个出气口分别与所述烟气管的一端和原烟气排放管道相连。
所述鼓风机的出气口设置有气体流速计。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种锅炉烟气热能回收装置,烟气管中间段设置为大直径空腔,空气管中间段设置为若干个空气支管的并联连接结构,空气支管密封设置于所述大直径空腔内,通过这样的结构设置,有利于增加高温烟气和空气之间的传热接触面积,能够提高烟气热量转化给空气的效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1到3所示,一种锅炉烟气热能回收装置,包括锅炉本体1,锅炉本体1的烟气出口连有烟气管3的一端,烟气管3中间段设置为大直径空腔31,所述锅炉本体1的空气进口连有空气管4的一端,空气管4中间段设置为若干个空气支管41的并联连接结构,空气支管41密封设置于大直径空腔31内,空气管4的另一端与鼓风机2的进风口相连通,烟气管3的另一端与引风机6的进气口相连,引风机6的出气口与烟囱7的侧壁上部相连通。
空气支管41的个数为N个,沿着大直径空腔31的轴心周圈均匀分布,其中N为大于等于2的整数。这里优选为18个,成内外两层设置。
引风机6的进气口设置有过滤器5。
空气支管41的材质为铜,有利于高温烟气的热量传输给空气。
锅炉本体1的烟气出口与三向气阀的进气口相连,三向气阀的两个出气口分别与烟气管3的一端和原烟气排放管道相连。
鼓风机2的出气口设置有气体流速计,根据需要调节鼓风机。

1.一种锅炉烟气热能回收装置,其特征在于:包括锅炉本体(1),所述锅炉本体(1)的烟气出口连有烟气管(3)的一端,所述烟气管(3)中间段设置为大直径空腔(31),所述锅炉本体(1)的空气进口连有空气管(4)的一端,所述空气管(4)中间段设置为若干个空气支管(41)的并联连接结构,所述空气支管(41)密封设置于所述大直径空腔(31)内,所述空气管(4)的另一端与鼓风机(2)的进风口相连通,所述烟气管(3)的另一端与引风机(6)的进气口相连,所述引风机(6)的出气口与烟囱(7)的侧壁上部相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锅炉烟气热能回收装置,其特征在于:所述空气支管(41)的个数为N个,沿着所述大直径空腔(31)的轴心周圈均匀分布,其中N为大于等于2的整数。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锅炉烟气热能回收装置,其特征在于:所述引风机(6)的进气口设置有过滤器(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锅炉烟气热能回收装置,其特征在于:所述空气支管(41)的材质为铜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锅炉烟气热能回收装置,其特征在于:所述锅炉本体(1)的烟气出口与三向气阀的进气口相连,所述三向气阀的两个出气口分别与所述烟气管(3)的一端和原烟气排放管道相连。
