本发明提供一种便携型半自动裁纸机,包括底座,所述底座下方安置有支撑脚,所述底座两侧还设置有侧板和启动开关,所述侧板之间连接有气缸固定板,所述气缸固定板上安置有气缸,所述气缸连接所述启动开关,所述气缸内设置有气缸行程调节轴,所述气缸行程调节轴上设置有触动开关支架,所述底座上还设置有支撑柱,所述支撑柱上设置有送纸盘,所述气缸固定板和所述底座之间还设置有刀架滑块支撑柱,所述刀架滑块支撑柱上设置有刀架滑动轴承,所述刀架滑动轴承上安置有裁纸机构,所述裁纸机构与所述气缸行程调节轴连接,本发明所提供的一种便携型半自动裁纸机,具有使用方便、结构设计合理等特点,具有极大的经济价值和使用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及裁纸装置技术领域,具体涉及一种便携型半自动裁纸机。
背景技术
裁纸机是一种便携式裁纸工具,旧式的裁纸机,一般包括裁纸机底座和一滑动式裁刀本体,刀口经特殊处理,裁切锋利且经久耐用,裁切后的产品整齐无毛。现代的裁纸机功能比旧式大为改进,发展出电动裁纸机、电子裁纸机、数控裁纸机等种类,是用来处理印刷后期的纸张裁切需求,从机械式切纸机发展到磁带控制式切纸机,又发展到微机程控、彩色显示、全图像操作引导可视化处理及计算机辅助裁切外部编程和编辑生产数据的裁切系统,使生产准备时间更短,裁切精度更高,劳动强度更低,而操作更安全,然而,现有技术转给你的裁纸机也存在一定的缺点,比如工作效率低、使用范围局限等,有待进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足而提供一种使用方便、结构设计合理、工作效率高的便携型半自动裁纸机。
本发明为解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:
本发明提供一种便携型半自动裁纸机,包括底座,所述底座下方安置有支撑脚,所述底座两侧还设置有侧板和启动开关,所述侧板之间连接有气缸固定板,所述气缸固定板上安置有气缸,所述气缸连接所述启动开关,所述气缸内设置有气缸行程调节轴,所述气缸行程调节轴上设置有触动开关支架,所述底座上还设置有支撑柱,所述支撑柱上设置有送纸盘,所述气缸固定板和所述底座之间还设置有刀架滑块支撑柱,所述刀架滑块支撑柱上设置有刀架滑动轴承,所述刀架滑动轴承上安置有裁纸机构,所述裁纸机构与所述气缸行程调节轴连接。
进一步地,所述气缸固定板和所述气缸上设置有固定柱安装孔,所述固定柱安装孔内设置有固定柱,所述气缸通过所述固定柱安装孔和所述固定柱安装在所述气缸固定板上。
进一步地,所述裁纸机构包括刀架滑块、上刀头固定架、下刀头固定架、刀架调节滑块、上刀头、下刀头、纸张固定压板、纸张定位滑块、纸张限位支架和纸张定位支架,所述刀架调节滑块上安置有刀架调节滑块固定柱,所述纸张定位滑块上设置有纸张定位滑块通孔,所述纸张定位滑块通孔内安置有传导轴,所述纸张限位支架和纸张定位支架上设置有传导轴通孔,所述传导轴通过插入所述纸张定位滑块通孔和传导轴通孔将所述纸张限位支架和纸张定位支架与所述纸张定位滑块连接起来。
进一步地,所述上刀头架固定架上设置有上刀头架固定架连接器,所述气缸行程调节轴底端设置有端盖,所述端盖卡合在所述上刀头架固定架连接器之间。
进一步地,所述刀架滑块上设置有刀架滑块通孔和刀架滑块固定块,所述刀架滑块固定块和纸张固定压板上设置有连接轴通孔,所述连接轴通孔内设置有连接轴,所述刀架滑块通过所述刀架滑块通孔套置于刀架滑块轴承上。
进一步地,所述上刀头固定在所述刀架滑块上,所述下刀头固定在所述上刀头上。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明所提供的一种便携型半自动裁纸机,具有使用方便、结构设计合理等特点,另外该装置体积小、节省空间、适用面广泛、质量可靠、使用安全、操作方便、常用普通空气输入,本设备可以移动工作,随意性强,机动灵活,任意场合,现场灌装,极大的提高了工作效率,具有极大的经济价值和使用价值。

如图1至11所示,本发明提供一种便携型半自动裁纸机,包括底座1,所述底座1下方安置有支撑脚,所述底座1两侧还设置有侧板2和启动开关3,所述侧板2之间连接有气缸固定板4,所述气缸固定板4上安置有气缸5,所述气缸5连接所述启动开关3,所述气缸5内设置有气缸行程调节轴6,所述气缸行程调节轴6上设置有触动开关支架7,所述底座1上还设置有支撑柱8,所述支撑柱8上设置有送纸盘9,所述气缸固定板4和所述底座1之间还设置有刀架滑块支撑柱10,所述刀架滑块支撑柱10上设置有刀架滑动轴承11,所述刀架滑动轴承11上安置有裁纸机构12,所述裁纸机构12与所述气缸行程调节轴6连接。
本实施例中,所述气缸固定板4和所述气缸5上设置有固定柱安装孔41,所述固定柱安装孔41内设置有固定柱42,所述气缸5通过所述固定柱安装孔42和所述固定柱41安装在所述气缸固定板4上。
本实施例中,所述裁纸机构12包括刀架滑块121、上刀头固定架122、下刀头固定架123、刀架调节滑块124、上刀头125、下刀头126、纸张固定压板127、纸张定位滑块128、纸张限位支架129和纸张定位支架130,所述刀架调节滑块124上安置有刀架调节滑块124固定柱,所述纸张定位滑块128上设置有纸张定位滑块通孔13,所述纸张定位滑块通孔内13安置有传导轴14,所述纸张限位支架129和纸张定位支架130上设置有传导轴通孔15,所述传导轴14通过插入所述纸张定位滑块通孔13和传导轴通孔15将所述纸张限位支架129和纸张定位支架130与所述纸张定位滑块128连接起来。
本实施例中,所述上刀头架固定架122上设置有上刀头架固定架连接器16,所述气缸行程调节轴6底端设置有端盖61,所述端盖卡61合在所述上刀头架固定架连接器16之间。
本实施例中,所述刀架滑块121上设置有刀架滑块通孔17和刀架滑块固定块18,所述刀架滑块固定块18和纸张固定压板127上设置有连接轴通孔19,所述连接轴通孔19内设置有连接轴20,所述刀架滑块121通过所述刀架滑块通孔套17置于刀架滑块121轴承上。
本实施例中,所述上刀头125固定在所述刀架滑块121上,所述下刀头126固定在所述上刀头125上。
本发明所提供的一种便携型半自动裁纸机,具有使用方便、结构设计合理等特点,另外该装置体积小、节省空间、适用面广泛、质量可靠、使用安全、操作方便、常用普通空气输入,本设备可以移动工作,随意性强,机动灵活,任意场合,现场灌装,极大的提高了工作效率,具有极大的经济价值和使用价值。

1.一种便携型半自动裁纸机,其特征在于:包括底座,所述底座下方安置有支撑脚,所述底座两侧还设置有侧板和启动开关,所述侧板之间连接有气缸固定板,所述气缸固定板上安置有气缸,所述气缸连接所述启动开关,所述气缸内设置有气缸行程调节轴,所述气缸行程调节轴上设置有触动开关支架,所述底座上还设置有支撑柱,所述支撑柱上设置有送纸盘,所述气缸固定板和所述底座之间还设置有刀架滑块支撑柱,所述刀架滑块支撑柱上设置有刀架滑动轴承,所述刀架滑动轴承上安置有裁纸机构,所述裁纸机构与所述气缸行程调节轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携型半自动裁纸机,其特征在于:所述气缸固定板和所述气缸上设置有固定柱安装孔,所述固定柱安装孔内设置有固定柱,所述气缸通过所述固定柱安装孔和所述固定柱安装在所述气缸固定板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携型半自动裁纸机,其特征在于:所述裁纸机构包括刀架滑块、上刀头固定架、下刀头固定架、刀架调节滑块、上刀头、下刀头、纸张固定压板、纸张定位滑块、纸张限位支架和纸张定位支架,所述刀架调节滑块上安置有刀架调节滑块固定柱,所述纸张定位滑块上设置有纸张定位滑块通孔,所述纸张定位滑块通孔内安置有传导轴,所述纸张限位支架和纸张定位支架上设置有传导轴通孔,所述传导轴通过插入所述纸张定位滑块通孔和传导轴通孔将所述纸张限位支架和纸张定位支架与所述纸张定位滑块连接起来。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种便携型半自动裁纸机,其特征在于:所述上刀头架固定架上设置有上刀头架固定架连接器,所述气缸行程调节轴底端设置有端盖,所述端盖卡合在所述上刀头架固定架连接器之间。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种便携型半自动裁纸机,其特征在于:所述刀架滑块上设置有刀架滑块通孔和刀架滑块固定块,所述刀架滑块固定块和纸张固定压板上设置有连接轴通孔,所述连接轴通孔内设置有连接轴,所述刀架滑块通过所述刀架滑块通孔套置于刀架滑块轴承上。
