本发明公开了一种钢板涂布机，包括机箱(1)，及用于输送钢板的输送滚轮组(2)，所述输送滚轮组(2)包括上滚轮及下滚轮，所述上滚轮上部设置有与所述上滚轮抵接的上涂布滚轮(3)，所述下滚轮下部设置有有与所述下滚轮抵接的下涂布滚轮(4)，所述上滚轮与上涂布滚轮(3)的抵接处、下滚轮与下涂布滚轮(4)的抵接处分别设置有用于喷洒涂覆膜的喷管(5)。通过在上/下滚轮分别与所述上/下涂布滚轮(4)抵接的地方的上部均设置有用于喷洒涂覆膜的喷管(5)，使涂覆膜预先均匀分布在所述上/下滚轮表面，在钢板运输过程中，可实现对钢板进行均匀的涂布。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢板加工领域，特别是一种钢板涂布机。
背景技术
钢板经过清洗后需要在表面离型涂布一层涂覆膜，实现对钢板的表面保护和处理，使涂布工序自动化是现代生产中的需求，其中，涂布均匀是自动化生产中的一个核心问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的上述技术问题之一。为此，本发明提出一种能对钢板进行均匀涂布的钢板涂布机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种钢板涂布机，包括机箱，及用于输送钢板的输送滚轮组，所述输送滚轮组包括上滚轮及下滚轮，所述上滚轮上部设置有与所述上滚轮抵接的上涂布滚轮，所述下滚轮下部设置有有与所述下滚轮抵接的下涂布滚轮，所述上滚轮与上涂布滚轮的抵接处、下滚轮与下涂布滚轮的抵接处分别设置有用于喷洒涂覆膜的喷管。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述上滚轮连接有第一电机，所述下滚轮连接有第二电机，所述上涂布滚轮连接有第三电机，所述下涂布滚轮连接有第四电机。
进一步，所述上滚轮连接有升降机构。
进一步，所述上滚轮与所述上涂布滚轮抵接处、所述下滚轮与所述下涂布滚轮抵接处分别设置有吹风管。
进一步，所述机箱下部设置有与机箱可拆卸连接的托盘。
本发明的有益效果是：通过在上/下滚轮分别与所述上/下涂布滚轮抵接的地方的上部均设置有用于喷洒涂覆膜的喷管，使涂覆膜预先均匀分布在所述上/下滚轮表面，在钢板运输过程中，可实现对钢板进行均匀的涂布。

具体实施方式
参照图1，本发明的一种钢板涂布机，包括机箱1，及用于输送钢板的输送滚轮组2，所述输送滚轮组2包括上滚轮及下滚轮，所述上滚轮上部设置有与所述上滚轮抵接的上涂布滚轮3，所述下滚轮下部设置有有与所述下滚轮抵接的下涂布滚轮4，所述上滚轮与上涂布滚轮3的抵接处、下滚轮与下涂布滚轮4的抵接处分别设置有用于喷洒涂覆膜的喷管5。
通过在上/下滚轮分别与所述上/下涂布滚轮4抵接的地方的上部均设置有用于喷洒涂覆膜的喷管5，使涂覆膜预先均匀分布在所述上/下滚轮表面，在钢板运输过程中，可实现对钢板进行均匀的涂布。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述上滚轮连接有第一电机，所述下滚轮连接有第二电机，所述上涂布滚轮3连接有第三电机，所述下涂布滚轮4连接有第四电机。
每个滚轮分别连接单独的电机，使相互抵接的滚轮之间的运动更加顺畅，有效使滚轮上更加均匀地覆盖有涂覆膜。
本实施例中，所述上滚轮连接有升降机构。使所述输送滚轮组2适合不同厚度的钢板。
本实施例中，所述上滚轮与所述上涂布滚轮3抵接处、所述下滚轮与所述下涂布滚轮4抵接处分别设置有吹风管6。对覆盖在滚轮上的涂覆膜进行吹风，使滚轮上的涂覆膜更加均匀。
进一步，所述机箱1下部设置有与机箱1可拆卸连接的托盘7。所述喷管5在对滚轮进行涂布的时候，会有部分涂覆膜掉落到滚轮外，设置托盘7可以将外漏的涂覆膜承接在上面，使用者可通过拆卸托盘7清洗，保证设备的干净美观。

1.一种钢板涂布机，包括机箱(1)，其特征在于：还包括用于输送钢板的输送滚轮组(2)，所述输送滚轮组(2)包括上滚轮及下滚轮，所述上滚轮上部设置有与所述上滚轮抵接的上涂布滚轮(3)，所述下滚轮下部设置有有与所述下滚轮抵接的下涂布滚轮(4)，所述上滚轮与上涂布滚轮(3)的抵接处、下滚轮与下涂布滚轮(4)的抵接处分别设置有用于喷洒涂覆膜的喷管(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢板涂布机，其特征在于：所述上滚轮连接有第一电机，所述下滚轮连接有第二电机，所述上涂布滚轮(3)连接有第三电机，所述下涂布滚轮(4)连接有第四电机。
