Under the action of the water pump 15, the water flowing out continuously from the water outlet 7-1 of the water tank 7 forms cleaning water 18 in the cleaning water tank 5, the cleaning water 18 washes scallop meat on the stainless steel mesh chain conveyor belt 2, the scallop meat flows out from the overflow port at the left end of the cleaning water tank 5 along with the cleaning water 18 and downwards enters the left water storage area of the water storage tank 1 through the guide-out plate 10 (as shown by the arrow direction in fig. 5), the water entering the left water storage area of the water storage tank 1 flows into the right water storage area of the water storage tank 1 through the through hole 111 in the partition plate 110, and the scallop meat is left in the left water storage area. In this process, the impurities on the scallop meat may fall on the stainless-steel-mesh chain conveyor 2, and the stainless-steel-mesh chain conveyor 2 outputs the impurities from the right slope portion thereof.
And finally, starting the slope stainless steel mesh chain type conveyer belt 11, and fishing out the scallop meat in the left water storage area of the water storage tank 1 to form a clean scallop meat finished product.
