Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of marine product processing, in particular to automatic shellfish cleaning equipment.
Background
As is well known, scallops are a marine culture shellfish product which is eaten by people, and the scallop meat is delicious and rich in nutrition.
After the shells such as the scallops are fished out from the sea, the shells are cleaned firstly, the scallops are cooked through the steaming process, the shells of the cooked scallops are opened, the scallop meat leaks out, and then the scallop meat is taken out of the shells. The taken out scallop meat needs to be intensively cleaned to remove impurities.
However, the existing cleaning process mainly depends on manual operation, and has the technical problems of high labor intensity, low production efficiency, high cost and unclean cleaning.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-3, the automatic shellfish cleaning equipment comprises a water storage tank 1, a stainless steel mesh chain conveyor belt 2, a mesh chain drive motor 3, a cleaning water tank 5, a bracket 6, a water tank 7 and a slope stainless steel mesh chain conveyor belt 11, wherein the bracket 6 is connected with the top of the water tank 1, and the cleaning water tank 5 is connected with the bracket 6. The right part of the cleaning water tank 5 is in a slope shape, the left end of the cleaning water tank is connected with a baffle 5-4, and the height of the baffle 5-4 is lower than the whole height of the cleaning water tank 5. The arrow in fig. 1 indicates the traveling direction of the stainless steel net chain conveyor 2.
The cleaning water tank 5 comprises a first side plate 5-1, a second side plate 5-2, a bottom plate 5-3 and a baffle plate 5-4, wherein the first side plate 5-1 and the second side plate 5-2 are respectively and vertically connected with the bottom plate 5-3, the right part of the bottom plate 5-3 is in a slope shape, namely the left part of the cleaning water tank 5 is horizontally arranged, and the right end of the cleaning water tank is upwards tilted. The left side of the baffle 5-4 is connected with the first side plate 5-1, the right side is connected with the second side plate 5-2, the bottom of the baffle 5-4 is connected with the bottom plate 5-3, and the top of the baffle 5-4 is lower than the top of the first side plate 5-1, namely an overflow port is formed among the baffle 5-4, the first side plate 5-1 and the second side plate 5-2.
The lead-out plate 10 is connected to the left end of the washing water tank 5.
A plurality of brackets 6 are welded on the top edge of the water storage tank 1, and the brackets 6 span the top of the water storage tank 1. The bottom plate 5-3 on the cleaning water tank 5 is fixedly connected with a plurality of brackets 6.
The stainless steel mesh chain conveyor belt 2 is installed on the bottom plate 5-3 of the washing water tank 5. The stainless steel mesh chain type conveyer belt 2 is connected with a mesh chain belt driving motor 3, and the mesh chain belt driving motor 3 is supported on a second side plate 5-2 at the right end of the cleaning water tank 5. The right part of the stainless steel mesh chain type conveyer belt 2 forms a slope upwards and is matched with the slope-shaped right part of the cleaning water tank 5.
The left side part of the water tank 7 is welded on the top of the first side plate 5-1, the right side part of the water tank 7 is welded on the top of the second side plate 5-2, and the water tank 7 is connected with the top of the cleaning water tank 5. The water tank 7 is located above the stainless steel net chain conveyor 2. The first water inlet pipe 8 and the second water inlet pipe 9 are respectively connected to the water tank 7, a water outlet 7-1 is formed in the water tank 7, and the water outlet 7-1 faces the inside of the cleaning water tank 5.
A partition plate 110 is connected in the water storage tank 1, the partition plate 110 divides the space in the water storage tank 1 into two water storage areas, the left water storage area is a scallop collection area, and the right water storage area is a water return area. The left water storage area is positioned below the overflow port at the left end of the cleaning water tank 5. The partition 110 is provided with a plurality of through holes 111, and the through holes 111 communicate water in the two regions.
The slope stainless steel net chain conveyor belt 11 is installed in the left water storage area of the water storage tank 1, the lower end of the slope stainless steel net chain conveyor belt extends into the bottom of the left water storage area, and the upper end of the slope stainless steel net chain conveyor belt extends out of the upper opening of the water storage tank 1. The sloped stainless-steel mesh chain conveyor belt 11 is driven by a motor.
The flange ball valve 12 is installed on the side of the water storage tank 1 and plays a role in draining water and discharging sundries.
As shown in fig. 6, the water pump 15 is arranged outside the automatic shellfish cleaning device, the input end of the water pump 15 is communicated with the right water storage area of the water storage tank 1 through a water outlet pipeline 17, and the output end of the water pump 15 is connected with the first water inlet pipe 8 and the second water inlet pipe 9 through a water inlet pipeline 16. Therefore, the right water storage area of the water storage tank 1, the outlet pipe 17, the water pump 15, the inlet pipe 16, the first inlet pipe 8 (the second inlet pipe 9), the water tank 7, the washing water tank 5, and the left water storage area of the water storage tank 1 form a circulating water path. The second inlet pipe 9 is connected with a valve 13, and the first inlet pipe 8 is also connected with a valve.
The working process of the automatic shellfish cleaning equipment is described as follows:
as shown in fig. 5, a certain amount of water is added into the water storage tank 1, the scallop meat to be treated is poured on the stainless steel mesh chain type conveyer belt 2 through the hopper or the conveyer belt,
then, the water pump 15 is started to pump out the water in the water storage tank 1, the water is sent into the water tank 7 from the first water inlet pipe 8 and the second water inlet pipe 9, and then flows into the cleaning water tank 5 from the water outlet 7-1 of the water tank 7, and simultaneously the stainless steel mesh chain conveyor belt 2 is started to run in the direction of the arrow in the figure.
Under the action of the water pump 15, the water flowing out continuously from the water outlet 7-1 of the water tank 7 forms cleaning water 18 in the cleaning water tank 5, the cleaning water 18 washes scallop meat on the stainless steel mesh chain conveyor belt 2, the scallop meat flows out from the overflow port at the left end of the cleaning water tank 5 along with the cleaning water 18 and downwards enters the left water storage area of the water storage tank 1 through the guide-out plate 10 (as shown by the arrow direction in fig. 5), the water entering the left water storage area of the water storage tank 1 flows into the right water storage area of the water storage tank 1 through the through hole 111 in the partition plate 110, and the scallop meat is left in the left water storage area. In this process, the impurities on the scallop meat may fall on the stainless-steel-mesh chain conveyor 2, and the stainless-steel-mesh chain conveyor 2 outputs the impurities from the right slope portion thereof.
And finally, starting the slope stainless steel mesh chain type conveyer belt 11, and fishing out the scallop meat in the left water storage area of the water storage tank 1 to form a clean scallop meat finished product. It is preferable to install a plurality of baffles in the width direction of the sloping stainless steel mesh chain conveyor belt 11, which is beneficial to improving the lifting efficiency.
The present apparatus is not limited to the processing of scallop meat, and may be used for processing other marine products such as shellfish.

a partition board is connected in the water storage tank, through holes are formed in the partition board, and the partition board divides the space in the water storage tank into two water storage areas, namely a left water storage area and a right water storage area; the left water storage area is positioned below an overflow port at the left end of the cleaning water tank;
the automatic shellfish cleaning equipment also comprises a water pump, a water outlet pipeline and a water inlet pipeline, wherein the input end of the water pump is communicated with the right water storage area of the water storage tank through the water outlet pipeline, and the output end of the water pump is connected with the water inlet pipe through the water inlet pipeline;
the cleaning water tank comprises a first side plate, a second side plate, a bottom plate and a baffle plate, wherein the first side plate and the second side plate are respectively and vertically connected with the bottom plate, and the right part of the bottom plate is in a slope shape; the left side of the baffle is connected with the first side plate, the right side of the baffle is connected with the second side plate, and the bottom of the baffle is connected with the bottom plate; the top of the baffle is lower than that of the first side plate, and an overflow port is formed among the baffle, the first side plate and the second side plate;
slope stainless steel mesh chain conveyor is connected in the left side water storage area of aqua storage tank, and slope stainless steel mesh chain conveyor's lower extreme stretches into the bottom in left side water storage area, and the upper end stretches out the upper portion opening of aqua storage tank.
