Abstract
本发明公开了一种无公害农药及其制备方法,由烟叶、白花除虫菊、桉树叶、花椒、生姜、大葱、鱼藤组成,其中烟叶为50‑55 份;白花除虫菊为11‑13 份;桉树叶为24‑30 份;辣椒为45‑50 份;生姜为37‑45 份;鱼藤为8‑10 份;本发明所用的成分都是植物萃取,既能达到杀虫的目的,并且对环境无公害,而且主要原料来源广泛,生产工艺简单易于推广。

本发明涉及农药技术领域,尤其是一种无公害农药及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的农药及现有市场上的部分农药多是化学制剂,首先是污染环境,然后通过水循环、农药残留等方式进入人们的饮食系统,危害人们的健康和安全,因此,解决上述问题迫在眉睫。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种无公害农药及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种无公害农药,由烟叶、白花除虫菊、桉树叶、花椒、生姜、大葱、鱼藤组成;
其中烟叶为50-55 份;白花除虫菊为11-13 份;桉树叶为24-30 份;辣椒为45-50 份;生姜为37-45 份;鱼藤为8-10 份;
份数为重量份数。
本发明所述的一种无公害农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将烟叶用3 倍水浸泡11 ~ 13 小时, 浸泡过程中,每隔45分钟以50 ~ 65r/min的速度搅拌7 ~ 10 分钟,然后过滤掉烟叶渣,制得烟水;
(2)将白花除虫菊、鱼藤晒干或烘干后加工成粉末;
(3)将花椒、生姜、大葱捣碎,加入一倍的水,搅拌均匀,过滤掉渣滓,制得混合液;
(4)将步骤(1)中制得的烟水,步骤(2)中的混合粉末和步骤(3)制得的混合液,搅拌均匀,制得农药原液;
(5)将农药原液稀释6 ~ 7 倍后即可使用。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明所用的成分都是植物萃取,既能达到杀虫的目的,并且对环境无公害,而且主要原料来源广泛,生产工艺简单易于推广。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种无公害农药,由烟叶、白花除虫菊、桉树叶、花椒、生姜、大葱、鱼藤组成;
其中烟叶为50 份;白花除虫菊为11 份;桉树叶为24 份;辣椒为45 份;生姜为37 份;鱼藤为8 份;
份数为重量份数。
本实施例所述一种无公害农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将烟叶用3 倍水浸泡11小时, 浸泡过程中,每隔45分钟以50r/min 的速度搅拌7分钟,然后过滤掉烟叶渣,制得烟水;
(2)将白花除虫菊、鱼藤晒干或烘干后加工成粉末;
(3)将花椒、生姜、大葱捣碎,加入一倍的水,搅拌均匀,过滤掉渣滓,制得混合液;
(4)将步骤(1)中制得的烟水,步骤(2)中的混合粉末和步骤(3)制得的混合液,搅拌均匀,制得农药原液;
(5)将农药原液稀释6 倍后即可使用。
实施例二
一种无公害农药,其特征在于:由烟叶、白花除虫菊、桉树叶、花椒、生姜、大葱、鱼藤组成;
其中烟叶为53 份;白花除虫菊为12 份;桉树叶为26 份;辣椒为48 份;生姜为40 份;鱼藤为9 份;
份数为重量份数。
本实施例所述一种无公害农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将烟叶用3 倍水浸泡12 小时, 浸泡过程中,每隔45分钟以60r/min 的速度搅拌9分钟,然后过滤掉烟叶渣,制得烟水;
(2)将白花除虫菊、鱼藤晒干或烘干后加工成粉末;
(3)将花椒、生姜、大葱捣碎,加入一倍的水,搅拌均匀,过滤掉渣滓,制得混合液;
(4)将步骤(1)中制得的烟水,步骤(2)中的混合粉末和步骤(3)制得的混合液,搅拌均匀,制得农药原液;
(5)将农药原液稀释6 倍后即可使用。
实施例三
一种无公害农药,其特征在于:由烟叶、白花除虫菊、桉树叶、花椒、生姜、大葱、鱼藤组成;
其中烟叶为55 份;白花除虫菊为13 份;桉树叶为30 份;辣椒为50 份;生姜为45 份;鱼藤为10 份;
份数为重量份数。

(1)将烟叶用3 倍水浸泡13 小时, 浸泡过程中,每隔45分钟以65r/min 的速度搅拌10分钟,然后过滤掉烟叶渣,制得烟水;
(2)将白花除虫菊、鱼藤晒干或烘干后加工成粉末;
(3)将花椒、生姜、大葱捣碎,加入一倍的水,搅拌均匀,过滤掉渣滓,制得混合液;
(4)将步骤(1)中制得的烟水,步骤(2)中的混合粉末和步骤(3)制得的混合液,搅拌均匀,制得农药原液;
(5)将农药原液稀释7 倍后即可使用。

1.一种无公害农药,其特征在于:由烟叶、白花除虫菊、桉树叶、花椒、生姜、大葱、鱼藤组成;
其中所述烟叶为50-55 份;所述白花除虫菊为11-13 份;所述桉树叶为24-30 份;所述辣椒为45-50 份;所述生姜为37-45 份;所述鱼藤为8-10 份;
所述的份数为重量份数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无公害农药的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将烟叶用3 倍水浸泡11 ~ 13 小时, 浸泡过程中,每隔45分钟以50 ~ 65r/min的速度搅拌7 ~ 10 分钟,然后过滤掉烟叶渣,制得烟水;
(2)将白花除虫菊、鱼藤晒干或烘干后加工成粉末;
(3)将花椒、生姜、大葱捣碎,加入一倍的水,搅拌均匀,过滤掉渣滓,制得混合液;
(4)将步骤(1)中制得的烟水,步骤(2)中的混合粉末和步骤(3)制得的混合液,搅拌均匀,制得农药原液;
