Specifically, because the vehicle management system has a perfect vehicle management system, the vehicle management system registers information such as the name of the owner, the license plate number, the mobile phone number and the like. When the user makes a voice call, the user can dictate the license plate number by mouth, the system identifies the voice content of the user according to the voice engine, analyzes the license plate number from the content, and interacts with the user to confirm the license plate number.
And the payment module 300 is used for carrying out parking fee payment operation on the license plate number.
Specifically, after receiving different payment requests, different parking fee payment operations are performed on the license plate number corresponding to the mobile phone number, for example, if the payment request is triggered by the mobile phone number input to the query window, it is indicated that the executor inputting the mobile phone number may be a payee, and after deducting the parking fee from the account of the payee, the parking fee state of the license plate number corresponding to the mobile phone number is changed into a paid state; if the payment request is triggered by the fact that the user prepays the parking fee to the designated account of the parking lot, the executor triggering the payment request is the owner, and the license plate number can be obtained according to the mobile phone number inquired according to the prepayment order because the parking fee is prepayed, so that the license plate number, namely the parking fee state of the vehicle of the owner is directly changed into the paid state.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the system can automatically inquire the license plate number corresponding to the mobile phone number and the parking fee corresponding to the license plate number only by providing the mobile phone number by a user, so that the user can pay the parking fee for the owner of the mobile phone number, and the purpose of quickly paying the parking fee for other people under the condition of not knowing the license plate number is realized.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the parking fee payment system based on the mobile phone number of the present invention, the mobile phone number obtaining module 100 is further configured to obtain the mobile phone number from the third party payment platform according to the order information in the received payment request, wherein after the user prepays the parking fee through the third party payment platform, the third party payment platform generates the order information and sends the order information;
the payment module 300 is further configured to set a parking fee state corresponding to the license plate number as paid.
Specifically, the user pays a certain fee to a specified account, such as an account of a parking lot charging management server, in advance through a third party payment platform such as a WeChat, a Payment treasure, a bank client and the like. The parking lot charging management server interacts with the third payment platform, and can acquire the mobile phone number of the payer through order information.
For example, spring festival special event propaganda posters are set on each floor of a certain commercial Mall, and parking offers with unlimited time of 10 yuan can be enjoyed by paying parking fees in advance through propaganda posters two-dimensional codes during the events. And the user pays 10 yuan to the account number of the merchant by scanning the two-dimensional code on the propaganda poster, namely, the parking fee is paid. The method comprises the following steps:
a user pays a certain fee to a specified account of a parking lot charging management server through a third party payment platform;
the parking lot charging management server interacts with a third party payment platform, obtains a source mobile phone number of the order information from a payment result, and provides two specific modes for obtaining the mobile phone number: firstly, the parking lot charging management server side obtains the order information from a third party payment platform, and secondly, the third party platform returns the order information together;
the parking lot charging management server side searches a database and matches a license plate number corresponding to the mobile phone number;
and if the matching is successful, the parking lot charging management server sets the parking fee state of the license plate number as paid.
For vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot multiple times, the parking fee may be paid by deducting the parking fee from a fee paid in advance. Firstly, judging whether the parking fee exceeds the pre-paid fee, if so, deducting the pre-paid fee, and deducting the residual fee from the fund account bound with the mobile phone number; if not, deducting the parking fee from the pre-paid fee, and feeding back the payment result and the residual amount of the pre-paid fee to the user through the short message.
Further, before deducting the parking fee from the pre-paid fee, whether a payment password needs to be acquired is judged, if yes, when the payment password is verified successfully, fee deduction operation is carried out, and if not, the user sets password-free payment and directly enters fee deduction operation.
In the embodiment, the vehicle owner can pay the parking fee for the vehicle only by paying the fee in advance to the designated account, a stored value card of a parking lot does not need to be transacted additionally, registration of the number plate number is also not needed, and the payment mode is convenient and fast.

Several ways of obtaining parking time are provided below:

or,
when a vehicle enters a gate of a parking lot, acquiring a time point of the gate when the vehicle enters the parking lot and identifying a license plate number of the vehicle entering the gate of the parking lot, and correspondingly storing the identified license plate number and the current time point of the gate; when a vehicle leaves a gate of a parking lot, the time point of the gate is obtained, the license plate number of the vehicle at the gate of the parking lot is identified, and the corresponding time point of the gate is obtained according to the license plate number so as to obtain the parking time.
The charging modes comprise active charging and time-based charging.
If the charging mode is active charging, judging whether the parking time exceeds the active time, and if the parking time is less than or equal to the active time, taking the parking fee as a preset rated fee; if the parking time is greater than the activity time, acquiring surplus cost according to the surplus time obtained by subtracting the activity time from the parking time and a preset on-time charging rule, wherein the parking cost is the sum of the rated cost and the surplus cost;
if the charging mode is timing charging, the parking fee is calculated according to the parking time and a preset on-time charging rule. The parking start time is based on the time for identifying the vehicle entering the parking lot, and the charging rule according to time can be that the vehicle leaves the parking lot within half an hour (different time is set according to the parking lot management) from the successful payment time, and the vehicle is charged again when the time exceeds the time.
For example, a certain mall may enjoy 10 yuan unlimited parking privilege from zero point at 2 month and 1 day zero to zero point at 2 month and 3 days zero during a spring festival preferential event, so that the parking fees of vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot of the mall are all 10 yuan during the event, and the unnecessary time during the event is charged according to a time-based charging rule, such as 1 hour and 5 yuan.
And a deducting unit 320, configured to deduct the parking fee from an account corresponding to the user who sends the payment request.
Specifically, the user who sends the payment request may be the owner himself or herself, or may be a payee.
For example, a user inputs a mobile phone number to be paid in a query window (a shopping mall charging query machine, an App, and the like), the parking lot charging management system returns parking fee to the user by querying a license plate number matched with the mobile phone, and the user completes payment after confirming the parking fee. If the match cannot be immediately completed, the user is required to use the system account to effect a delayed payment. an information feedback subunit 321, configured to feed back parking fee information to a terminal that sends the payment request;
an account obtaining subunit 322, configured to obtain an account selected by the user based on the parking fee information;
and a fee deducting subunit 323, configured to deduct the parking fee from the selected account, and set the parking fee state corresponding to the license plate number as paid.
Specifically, the user inputs the mobile phone number of the person who wants to pay the parking fee through an App, a wechat public number, a Web page and the like. The parking lot charging management server side obtains the mobile phone number, and matches the corresponding license plate number through database search in the system so as to complete the payment operation of the parking fee. The method comprises the following steps:
the user inputs the mobile phone number of the person who wants to pay the parking fee for the user through an App, a WeChat public number, a Web page and the like, and submits the mobile phone number;
the parking lot charging management server side searches a database and matches a license plate number corresponding to the mobile phone number;
and if the matching is successful, the parking lot charging management server sets the parking fee state of the license plate number as paid according to the payment result.
Further, the car owner can preset the time for entering and exiting the gate to obtain the expected parking fee, when the parking lot charging management service end inquires the corresponding license plate number and the expected parking fee according to the mobile phone number input by the user from the inquiry window, the expected parking fee and the collection account are returned to the user, the payer pays the car owner from the own account according to the expected parking fee and the collection account, and the parking lot charging management service end feeds back the payment result to the mobile phone number after receiving the fee.
In this embodiment, the data of the query window is connected to the database, and the mobile phone number of the person who wants to pay the parking fee is input into the query window, so that the parking fee can be paid to the car owner corresponding to the mobile phone number, which is favorable for paying the parking fee for the visitor in a business meeting place.
Further, referring to fig. 9, which is a fourth embodiment of the parking fee payment system based on the mobile phone number according to the present invention, on the basis of any one of the first to third embodiments, the license plate query module 200 includes:
the judging unit 201 is configured to judge whether a mapping relationship between the mobile phone number and the license plate number exists in a database.
The database may be built and completed in a number of ways, and several embodiments for completing the database are provided below.
Firstly, a mobile phone client sends the entrance information of a vehicle to a parking lot charging management server side by scanning an entrance two-dimensional code;
the parking lot charging management server receives the entrance information and sends prompt information for acquiring the mobile phone number and the license plate number to the mobile phone client;
the mobile phone client sends a mobile phone number and a license plate number to the parking management server according to the prompt information;
the parking management server stores the mobile phone number and the license plate number in a database, and establishes a mapping relation among the mobile phone number, the license plate number and the entrance information;
the mobile phone client obtains the parking fee by scanning the two-dimensional code on the spot.
Secondly, the parking lot charging management server side sends a short message for providing a license plate number to a mobile phone number detected in a parking area;
the mobile phone client sends verification information to the parking management server after receiving the short message;
after receiving the information of successful verification, the mobile phone client sends a license plate number to the parking management server;
after receiving the license plate number, the parking management server stores the mobile phone number and the license plate number in a database, and establishes a mapping relation among the mobile phone number, the license plate number and the entrance information.
The first license plate acquisition unit 202 is configured to acquire a license plate number matched with the mobile phone number from a database when a mapping relationship between the mobile phone number and the license plate number exists in the database;
the second license plate obtaining unit 203 is configured to send an inquiry short message to the mobile phone number when the mapping relationship between the mobile phone number and the license plate number does not exist in the database, and obtain the license plate number corresponding to the mobile phone number according to reply information of the inquiry short message.
In this embodiment, the license plate number is obtained by querying the database or contacting the vehicle owner through the mobile phone number, so that the parking fee is paid for the license plate number. The problem that parking fee is hard to pay for the car owner under the condition that the license plate number of the car owner is unknown is solved.

when a payment request is received, acquiring a mobile phone number contained in the payment request;
inquiring a license plate number matched with the mobile phone number according to the mobile phone number;
and carrying out parking fee payment operation on the license plate number.
2. A mobile phone number based parking fee payment method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said step of obtaining the mobile phone number included in said payment request comprises:
acquiring a mobile phone number from a third party payment platform according to order information in the received payment request, wherein after the user pays the parking fee in advance through the third party payment platform, the third party payment platform generates order information and sends the order information;
the step of performing parking fee payment operation on the license plate number comprises the following steps:
and setting the parking fee state corresponding to the license plate number as paid.
3. The mobile phone number-based parking fee payment method of claim 1, wherein the parking fee payment operation for the license plate number comprises:
acquiring parking fee corresponding to the license plate number;
and deducting the parking fee from the account corresponding to the user sending the payment request.

A mobile phone number based parking fee payment method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the payment request is triggered by a mobile phone number inputted based on a query window, and the step of deducting the parking fee from an account corresponding to a user who sent the payment request comprises:
feeding back parking fee information to a terminal sending the payment request;
acquiring an account selected by a user based on the parking fee information;
and deducting the parking fee from the selected account, and setting the parking fee state corresponding to the license plate number as paid.
5. The mobile phone number based parking fee payment method of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the step of querying the license plate number matching the mobile phone number according to the mobile phone number comprises:
judging whether a mapping relation between the mobile phone number and the license plate number exists in a database;
if yes, acquiring a license plate number matched with the mobile phone number from the database;
if not, sending an inquiry short message to the mobile phone number, and acquiring the license plate number corresponding to the mobile phone number according to the reply information of the inquiry short message.
6. A parking fee payment system based on a mobile phone number is characterized by comprising:
the mobile phone number acquisition module is used for acquiring a mobile phone number contained in a payment request when the payment request is received;
the license plate inquiry module is used for inquiring a license plate number matched with the mobile phone number according to the mobile phone number;
and the payment module is used for carrying out parking fee payment operation on the license plate number.

The parking fee payment system based on the mobile phone number as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mobile phone number obtaining module is further configured to obtain the mobile phone number from a third party payment platform according to the order information in the received payment request, wherein after the user pays the parking fee in advance through the third party payment platform, the third party payment platform generates the order information and sends the order information;
the payment module is further used for setting the parking fee state corresponding to the license plate number as paid.
8. A mobile number based parking fee payment system as recited in claim 6 wherein said payment module comprises:
the parking fee obtaining unit is used for obtaining parking fees corresponding to the license plate numbers;
and the fee deducting unit is used for deducting the parking fee from an account corresponding to the user sending the payment request.
9. A mobile phone number based parking fee payment system as recited in claim 8, wherein the payment request is triggered by a mobile phone number inputted based on a query window, the fee deduction unit comprising:
the information feedback subunit is used for feeding back parking fee information to the terminal sending the payment request;
the account acquisition subunit is used for acquiring an account selected by the user based on the parking fee information;
and the fee deducting subunit is used for deducting the parking fee from the selected account and setting the parking fee state corresponding to the license plate number as paid.
10. A mobile number based parking fee payment system according to any one of claims 6-9 wherein said license plate query module comprises:
the judging unit is used for judging whether a mapping relation between the mobile phone number and the license plate number exists in a database;
the first license plate acquisition unit is used for acquiring a license plate number matched with the mobile phone number from a database when the mapping relation between the mobile phone number and the license plate number exists in the database;
and the second license plate acquisition unit is used for sending an inquiry short message to the mobile phone number when the mapping relation between the mobile phone number and the license plate number does not exist in the database, and acquiring the license plate number corresponding to the mobile phone number according to the reply information of the inquiry short message.
