Abstract
本发明公开了一种金属模具的表面处理工作液,包括A液和B液,所述A液是由下述质量份数的成分制成的:氯乙烯10~15份、醋酸乙酯5~10份、乙醇5~10份、水100~150份;所述B液是由下述质量份数的成分制成的:柠檬酸1~2份、二甲苯2~6份、二乙醇胺10~12份、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.5~1份、苯基萘胺1~5份和水100份。本发明分成A液和B液,A液对金属模具进行初步处理,消除污垢和油脂,B液中的有效成分附着于金属模具表面,可强化模具的机械性能和表面情况,能够延长模具的使用寿命,提高了产品的良品率。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具制备技术领域,特别是涉及一种金属模具的表面处理工作液。
背景技术
模具被用来大量大生产具有相同形状和质量的产品。模具皆有使用寿命,使用一段时间以后模具会出现磨损、氧化、或沾染油污等问题,导致生产的产品的外形和质量无法达标,模具报废。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种金属模具的表面处理工作液。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种金属模具的表面处理工作液,包括A液和B液,所述A液是由下述质量份数的成分制成的:氯乙烯10~15份、醋酸乙酯5~10份、乙醇5~10份、水100~150份;所述B液是由下述质量份数的成分制成的:柠檬酸1~2份、二甲苯2~6份、二乙醇胺10~12份、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.5~1份、苯基萘胺1~5份和水100份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述A液在所述金属模具初加工成型后加入,所述B液在所述金属模具经A液处理后烘干再加入。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述B液在处理时,加热至85~90℃,再将所述金属模具置入其中1~1.5h。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种金属模具的表面处理工作液,分成A液和B液,A液对金属模具进行初步处理,消除污垢和油脂,B液中的有效成分附着于金属模具表面,可强化模具的机械性能和表面情况,能够延长模具的使用寿命,提高了产品的良品率。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种模具表面处理方法,包括下述步骤:
1)将模具在磨床上进行打磨,模具的表面粗糙度达到Ra 1.2,磨床的砂轮转速为2800r/min,进刀量为0.01;
2)将模具浸入A液中15min,去除油污,所述A液是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:氯乙烯10~15份、醋酸乙酯5~10份、乙醇5~10份、水100~150份;
3)将模具浸入B液中1~1.5h,加热至85~90℃,所述B液是由柠檬酸1~2份、二甲苯2~6份、二乙醇胺10~12份、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.5~1份、苯基萘胺1~5份和水100份制备而成;
4)取出模具用清水反复冲洗后烘干。

1.一种金属模具的表面处理工作液,其特征在于,包括A液和B液,所述A液是由下述质量份数的成分制成的:氯乙烯10~15份、醋酸乙酯5~10份、乙醇5~10份、水100~150份;所述B液是由下述质量份数的成分制成的:柠檬酸1~2份、二甲苯2~6份、二乙醇胺10~12份、乙二胺四乙酸钠0.5~1份、苯基萘胺1~5份和水100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属模具的表面处理工作液,其特征在于,所述A液在所述金属模具初加工成型后加入,所述B液在所述金属模具经A液处理后烘干再加入。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属模具的表面处理工作液,其特征在于,所述B液在处理时,加热至85~90℃,再将所述金属模具置入其中1~1.5h。
