Abstract

一种镀锌加工锌灰回收专用除尘装置,包括镀锌池,镀锌池两侧均通过支撑结构设有长方形壳体,长方形壳体与镀锌池相邻的一侧设有条形吸灰槽,长方形壳体侧方还设有与其配合的收集塔,收集塔包括收集室和支撑腿,收集室内通过水平隔板分割成净气室和收集室,水平隔板下方设有若干个网格状圆筒结构,网格状圆筒结构外部包裹有过滤袋,水平隔板上设有与网格状圆筒结构上方配合的圆孔,净气室上连接有抽气泵,收集室通过管道与长方形壳体上方连通。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,主要用于全氯化锌助镀池热镀锌加工,利用镀锌池两边的小口处将镀锌过程中产生的锌灰吸进收集塔,经过过滤处理,有效的降低了镀锌时产生烟雾,大大的改善了车间工人的操作环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及镀锌技术领域,具体属于一种镀锌加工锌灰回收专用除尘装置。
背景技术
热镀锌又叫热浸镀锌,是对钢铁及及铸铁材料进行化学和电化学防护的方法之一。
热镀锌防腐原理,在潮湿的空气、在含有二氧化碳及含有氧的水中,镀锌层表面将覆盖一层主要由碱式碳酸锌组成的白色。由于镀锌层的电位比钢铁件基体的电位(锌的电位值-0.76伏,铁的电位值-0.43伏)低,所以当镀层与基体形成原电池时,锌受到侵蚀而钢铁基面得到保护,这种保护方式通常被称为电化学保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种镀锌加工锌灰回收专用除尘装置,克服了现有技术的不足,主要用于全氯化锌助镀池热镀锌加工,利用镀锌池两边的小口处将镀锌过程中产生的锌灰吸进收集塔,经过过滤处理,有效的降低了镀锌时产生烟雾,大大的改善了车间工人的操作环境,同时通过收集塔收集的锌灰可以二次利用,节约了大量的成本。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种镀锌加工锌灰回收专用除尘装置,包括镀锌池,所述的镀锌池两侧均通过支撑结构设有长方形壳体,所述的长方形壳体与镀锌池相邻的一侧设有条形吸灰槽,所述的长方形壳体侧方还设有与其配合的收集塔,所述的收集塔包括收集室和支撑腿,所述的收集室内通过水平隔板分割成净气室和收集室,所述的水平隔板下方设有若干个网格状圆筒结构,所述的网格状圆筒结构外部包裹有过滤袋,所述的水平隔板上设有与网格状圆筒结构上方配合的圆孔,所述的净气室上连接有抽气泵,所述的收集室通过管道与长方形壳体上方连通。
进一步,所述的条形吸灰槽内设有若干个支撑板。
进一步,所述的净气室上方设有喷吹管,所述的喷吹管上均布有若干个喷气支管,所述的喷气支管与圆孔一一对应。
进一步,所述的喷吹管延伸至收集室外设有脉冲式电磁阀。
进一步,所述的收集室底部为锥形结构、设有下料管结构,所述的下料管结构下方设有与其配合的收集盒。
进一步,所述的下料管结构上配合有翻板阀。
进一步,所述的收集室内与管道连通位置设有引导板,所述的引导板折弯向下。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明所述一种镀锌加工锌灰回收专用除尘装置,主要用于全氯化锌助镀池热镀锌加工,利用镀锌池两边的小口处将镀锌过程中产生的锌灰吸进收集塔,经过过滤处理,有效的降低了镀锌时产生烟雾,大大的改善了车间工人的操作环境,同时通过收集塔收集的锌灰可以二次利用,节约了大量的成本。

如图所示,本发明所述的一种镀锌加工锌灰回收专用除尘装置,包括镀锌池1,所述的镀锌池1两侧均通过支撑结构2设有长方形壳体3,所述的长方形壳体3与镀锌池1相邻的一侧设有条形吸灰槽32,所述的长方形壳体3侧方还设有与其配合的收集塔,所述的收集塔包括收集室41和支撑腿,所述的收集室41内通过水平隔板42分割成净气室43和收集室44,所述的水平隔板下方设有若干个网格状圆筒结构,所述的网格状圆筒结构外部包裹有过滤袋442,所述的水平隔板上设有与网格状圆筒结构上方配合的圆孔,所述的净气室上连接有抽气泵45,所述的收集室通过管道与长方形壳体上方连通;所述的条形吸灰槽内设有若干个支撑板31;所述的净气室上方设有喷吹管431,所述的喷吹管上均布有若干个喷气支管,所述的喷气支管与圆孔一一对应;所述的喷吹管延伸至收集室外设有脉冲式电磁阀;所述的收集室底部为锥形结构、设有下料管结构443,所述的下料管结构下方设有与其配合的收集盒5;所述的下料管结构上配合有翻板阀444;所述的收集室内与管道连通位置设有引导板441,所述的引导板折弯向下。

1.一种镀锌加工锌灰回收专用除尘装置,包括镀锌池,其特征在于:所述的镀锌池两侧均通过支撑结构设有长方形壳体,所述的长方形壳体与镀锌池相邻的一侧设有条形吸灰槽,所述的长方形壳体侧方还设有与其配合的收集塔,所述的收集塔包括收集室和支撑腿,所述的收集室内通过水平隔板分割成净气室和收集室,所述的水平隔板下方设有若干个网格状圆筒结构,所述的网格状圆筒结构外部包裹有过滤袋,所述的水平隔板上设有与网格状圆筒结构上方配合的圆孔,所述的净气室上连接有抽气泵,所述的收集室通过管道与长方形壳体上方连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镀锌加工锌灰回收专用除尘装置,其特征在于:所述的条形吸灰槽内设有若干个支撑板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种镀锌加工锌灰回收专用除尘装置,其特征在于:所述的净气室上方设有喷吹管,所述的喷吹管上均布有若干个喷气支管,所述的喷气支管与圆孔一一对应。
