油污清洗剂,可分为普通油污清洗剂、低泡油污清洗剂和重油污清洗剂。是由多种表面活性剂、渗透剂及助剂复配而成,具有渗透、乳化、分散、剥离功能,油污清洗剂专门为机械加工过程中金属零部件的生产工艺清洗而开发,对油脂、油污及混合污垢具有优良的清洗作用,但现有的油污清洗剂存在作用单一,有腐蚀性等缺点。

本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种溶解油污性强的环保清洗剂,配方合理,成分安全,对金属加工油的清洗力强,且对常用的清洗物无腐蚀性,具有良好的经济效益。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种溶解油污性强的环保清洗剂,由以下组分组成:碳烷基酚聚氧二乙烯醚、椰油脂肪酸三乙醇、环戊基二乙醇胺、膨胀珍珠岩、二甲基季胺酸、酯基季铵盐、去离子水,各组分的质量分数为:碳烷基酚聚氧二乙烯醚2.5-8份、椰油脂肪酸三乙醇8-12份、环戊基二乙醇胺6.5-10份、膨胀珍珠岩0.5-3份、二甲基季胺酸5-10份、酯基季铵盐3-6.5份、去离子水15-25份。
