本发明公开了一种工业用油污清洁剂,成分的重量配比包括:烷基苯磺酸钠8‑10份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8‑10份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠6‑7份,椰油酸二乙醇胺4‑6份,三乙醇胺3‑5份,抗泡沫剂0‑1份,增溶剂0‑1份。通过上述方式,本发明工业用油污清洁剂通过采用优化的成分及配比形成油污清洁剂,可强效去除工业油污,成分配比新颖、去污效果好、安全无污染、使用方便,在工业用油污清洁剂的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业清洁剂领域,特别是涉及一种工业用油污清洁剂。
背景技术
工业生产会使用较多的油类作为润滑剂和保护剂,但是油类在起到保护和润滑的同时也造成了一定的油类污染,现有的油污清洁大多成分有一定毒性,或者清洁效果不佳、清洁不彻底。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种工业用油污清洁剂,通过采用优化的成分及配比形成油污清洁剂,可强效去除工业油污,成分配比新颖、去污效果好、安全无污染、使用方便,在工业用油污清洁剂的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种工业用油污清洁剂,成分的重量配比包括:
烷基苯磺酸钠8-10份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8-10份,
脂肪醇醚硫酸钠6-7份,
椰油酸二乙醇胺4-6份,
三乙醇胺3-5份,
抗泡沫剂0-1份,
增溶剂0-1份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗泡沫剂包括甲基硅油、丙烯酸酪与醚共聚物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述增溶剂包括聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯的一种或者多种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述工业用油污清洁剂的pH值为6-8。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明工业用油污清洁剂通过采用优化的成分及配比形成油污清洁剂,可强效去除工业油污,成分配比新颖、去污效果好、安全无污染、使用方便,在工业用油污清洁剂的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

烷基苯磺酸钠8-10份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8-10份,
脂肪醇醚硫酸钠6-7份,
椰油酸二乙醇胺4-6份,
三乙醇胺3-5份,
抗泡沫剂0-1份,
增溶剂0-1份。
优选地,所述抗泡沫剂包括甲基硅油、丙烯酸酪与醚共聚物。
优选地,所述增溶剂包括聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述工业用油污清洁剂的pH值为6-8。
本发明工业用油污清洁剂的有益效果是:
通过采用优化的成分及配比形成油污清洁剂,可强效去除工业油污,成分配比新颖、去污效果好、安全无污染、使用方便。

烷基苯磺酸钠8-10份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8-10份,
脂肪醇醚硫酸钠6-7份,
椰油酸二乙醇胺4-6份,
三乙醇胺3-5份,
抗泡沫剂0-1份,
增溶剂0-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工业用油污清洁剂,其特征在于,所述抗泡沫剂包括甲基硅油、丙烯酸酪与醚共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工业用油污清洁剂,其特征在于,所述增溶剂包括聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯的一种或者多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工业用油污清洁剂,其特征在于,所述工业用油污清洁剂的pH值为6-8。
