本发明涉及塑料颜料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种溶剂红颜料配方,其包括如下成份和其质量配比选自式(Ⅰ)溶剂红111有机颜料的质量占比为50%‑70%和选自式(Ⅱ)溶剂红23有机颜料的质量占比为30%‑50%,其不仅颜色稳定,色泽鲜艳,并且在黄相红到大红中可直接应用配得该色区的颜色。

本发明涉及塑料颜料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种溶剂红颜料配方。
背景技术
颜料具有非常广的用途,颜料在应用的过程中,对颜料的性能具有很高的要求,例如颜料在一些接触空气、光照的地方,以及一些极端的气候条件下,在塑料颜料中,现有的颜料具备耐温、不迁移、易分散、耐晒等特点优势,但是,在现有颜料溶剂红中的黄相红到大红色谱一直是空缺。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是在于提供一种溶剂红颜料配方。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
溶剂红颜料配方,其特征在于:包括选自式(Ⅰ)溶剂红111有机颜料
和式(Ⅱ)溶剂红23有机颜料
进一步的,上述各成分的质量配比为:
所述选自式(Ⅰ)溶剂红111有机颜料的质量占比为50%-70%;
所述选自式(Ⅱ)溶剂红23有机颜料的质量占比为30%-50%。

溶剂红颜料配方,包括选自式(Ⅰ)溶剂红111有机颜料
和式(Ⅱ)溶剂红23有机颜料
进一步的,上述各成分的质量配比为:
所述选自式(Ⅰ)溶剂红111有机颜料的质量占比为50%-70%;
所述选自式(Ⅱ)溶剂红23有机颜料的质量占比为30%-50%。
其中,选自式(Ⅰ)溶剂红111有机颜料,其性质为:橙色针状结晶。熔点170-172℃;产品应用:聚氯乙烯及醋酸纤维的染色,生产方法:向4L压热釜中加入399g(1.29mol)蒽醌-1-磺酸钠、45g(0.43mol)氯酸钠、780g(6.25mol)25甲胺水溶液和1.2L水,搅拌加热,在130-135℃反应12h。冷却,过滤,热水洗涤,干燥,得180-199g1-甲氨基蒽醌,收率59-65。
其中,选自式(Ⅱ)溶剂红23有机颜料,其性质为:熔点199℃;产品应用:可用于多种树脂着色,脂肪及其类似物混染物,苏丹Ⅲ可以用油红O代替。校准仪器和装置;评价方法;工作标准;质量保证/质量控制;其他。

所述选自式(Ⅱ)溶剂红23有机颜料的质量占比为50%。

所述选自式(Ⅱ)溶剂红23有机颜料的质量占比为30%。
综上所述:本发明其不仅颜色稳定,色泽鲜艳,并且在黄相红到大红中可直接应用配得该色区的颜色。
