本发明属于毛笔加工领域,具体涉及一种毛笔的制作方法,包括以下步骤:1)将尼龙毛进行改性,制得改性尼龙毛;2)将兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛分别用肥皂水浸泡处理50‑75min,再置于淀粉溶液中浸泡处理20‑35min,取出后在浸泡在醋酸中3‑5min;3)将处理后的兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛和改性尼龙毛用梳毛机按比例混合均匀,混合后的笔芯毛在制作笔芯时挑取一束,将这束毛在平板上铺平,经过理毛,然后再从一端开始卷起来制成圆锥状笔头,将扎好的笔头装到笔管上,加胶水连接。通过改进的尼龙毛工艺,使得该款毛笔更有弹性,更耐用,并且保存时间很长;再配以动物毛本身的弹性,使得该毛笔使用中苍劲有力,软硬适宜,适合人群广。

本发明属于毛笔加工领域,具体涉及一种毛笔的制作方法。
背景技术
毛笔作为中国传统文化的一种象征,逐渐成为收藏、鉴赏珍玩的古物。毛笔的笔头是以各种兽毛为原料制成的,如山羊毛所制的笔头叫羊毫笔,黄鼠狼尾毛制的笔头叫狼毫笔,山兔毛制的笔头叫紫毫笔,石獾毛制的笔头叫獾毫笔,用几种细毛混合在一起制成的毛笔叫兼毫笔。制作兼毫笔时,各种毛质的性能,特点的配比要适当,配制的比例、选材都有要合理,几种毛的长短、含量要计算准确才能达到如期的使用效果,因此兼毫的工艺高于其它笔的工艺,是要花费巨大的时间、人力、物力进行试验才能制成。
现有技术有人使用尼龙毛混杂于动物毛中制备毛笔的研究,尼龙毛的耐用度和耐腐蚀性好,但是尼龙毛的弹性差,易发散,保水率差,手感不如动物毛。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足之处而提供的一种毛笔的制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种毛笔的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将尼龙毛进行改性,制得改性尼龙毛;
2)将兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛分别用肥皂水浸泡处理50-75min,再置于淀粉溶液中浸泡处理20-35min,取出后在浸泡在醋酸中3-5min;
3)将处理后的兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛和改性尼龙毛用梳毛机按比例混合均匀,混合后的笔芯毛在制作笔芯时挑取一束,将这束毛在平板上铺平,经过理毛,然后再从一端开始卷起来制成圆锥状笔头,将扎好的笔头装到笔管上,加胶水连接。
进一步的,所述改性尼龙毛由以下方法制备得到:将重量份为10-20份的尼龙6、0.01-0.02份的橡胶、0.5-0.8份的碳酸钙加热共混再熔融加工成直径为0.05-0.1mm的尼龙丝。
进一步的,所述淀粉溶液的浓度为10-15g/L。
进一步的,所述兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛和改性尼龙毛的质量比为1-2:1-2:0.5-1:0.5-1。
进一步的,所述肥皂水浓度为40-80g/L。
进一步的,所述醋酸质量浓度为1-3%。
本发明有益效果:
一、与现有技术相比,采用本方法可比较彻底的清除笔头上残留的油脂,做成的毛笔不论蘸墨还是下墨都比较顺畅,下墨稳定,墨迹均一。
二、本发明采用淀粉溶液和肥皂水配合浸泡处理的方式,可以很好的保持毛质本身的纤维性和弹性,还具有增韧的作用。经过淀粉溶液浸泡处理,可以有效防止掉毛,以及断毛,大大提高的毛笔的使用寿命和使用质感。
三、通过改进的尼龙毛工艺,使得该款毛笔更有弹性,更耐用,并且保存时间很长;再配以动物毛本身的弹性,使得该毛笔使用中苍劲有力,软硬适宜,适合人群广。

下面实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
实施例1
一种毛笔的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将重量份为10份的尼龙6、0.01份的橡胶、0.5份的碳酸钙加热共混再熔融加工成直径为0.05mm的改性尼龙毛;
2)将兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛分别用肥皂水浸泡处理50min,再置于淀粉溶液中浸泡处理20min,取出后在浸泡在醋酸中3min;
3)将处理后的兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛和改性尼龙毛用梳毛机按质量比为1:1:0.5:0.5混合均匀,混合后的笔芯毛在制作笔芯时挑取一束,将这束毛在平板上铺平,经过理毛,然后再从一端开始卷起来制成圆锥状笔头,将扎好的笔头装到笔管上,加胶水连接。

2)将兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛分别用肥皂水浸泡处理75min,再置于淀粉溶液中浸泡处理30min,取出后在浸泡在醋酸中5min;
3)将处理后的兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛和改性尼龙毛用梳毛机按质量比为1:1:1:1混合均匀,混合后的笔芯毛在制作笔芯时挑取一束,将这束毛在平板上铺平,经过理毛,然后再从一端开始卷起来制成圆锥状笔头,将扎好的笔头装到笔管上,加胶水连接。

一种毛笔的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将重量份为15份的尼龙6、0.02份的橡胶、0.8份的碳酸钙加热共混再熔融加工成直径为0.1mm的改性尼龙毛;
2)将兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛分别用肥皂水浸泡处理65min,再置于淀粉溶液中浸泡处理30min,取出后在浸泡在醋酸中5min;
3)将处理后的兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛和改性尼龙毛用梳毛机按质量比为2:1:1:1混合均匀,混合后的笔芯毛在制作笔芯时挑取一束,将这束毛在平板上铺平,经过理毛,然后再从一端开始卷起来制成圆锥状笔头,将扎好的笔头装到笔管上,加胶水连接。

1)将重量份为20份的尼龙6、0.02份的橡胶、0.8份的碳酸钙加热共混再熔融加工成直径为0.1mm的改性尼龙毛;

3)将处理后的兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛和改性尼龙毛用梳毛机按质量比为2:2:1:0.5混合均匀,混合后的笔芯毛在制作笔芯时挑取一束,将这束毛在平板上铺平,经过理毛,然后再从一端开始卷起来制成圆锥状笔头,将扎好的笔头装到笔管上,加胶水连接。

3)将处理后的兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛和改性尼龙毛用梳毛机按比例混合均匀,混合后的笔芯毛在制作笔芯时挑取一束,将这束毛在平板上铺平,经过理毛,然后再从一端开始卷起来制成圆锥状笔头,将扎好的笔头装到笔管上,加胶水连接。

4.根据权利要求1所述毛笔的制作方法,其特征在于:所述兔毛、鸭毛、猪毛和改性尼龙毛的质量比为1-2:1-2:0.5-1:0.5-1。
5.根据权利要求1所述毛笔的制作方法,其特征在于:所述肥皂水浓度为40-80g/L。
