Abstract
本发明提出了一种采果机的缓冲垫板的制备方法,其步骤如下:(1)取一块长方体结构的泡沫板,在泡沫板上冲出若干卡接槽,卡接槽为上小下大的圆台形结构;(2)按重量份数计称取天然橡胶58‑72份、聚乙二醇12‑16份、甘油3‑5份、硫化剂1‑6份、阳离子活性剂0.1‑0.5份作为原材料;(3)将上述原材料硫化成型得到缓冲板,缓冲板的下表面上设有圆柱体结构的卡接凸条;(4)在泡沫板的上表面上刷涂一层环氧树脂胶粘剂;(5)将缓冲板压合胶粘固定在泡沫板上,使卡接凸条插入式的设置在卡接槽中,能够有效保护需要收集的水果,更加安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种缓冲垫板的制备方法,具体涉及一种采果机的缓冲垫板的制备方法。
背景技术
水果是指多汁且大多数有甜味可直接生吃的植物果实,不但含有丰富的营 养且能够帮助消化。水果是对部分可以食用的植物果实和种子的统称。水果有 降血压、减缓衰老、减肥瘦身、皮肤保养、明目、抗癌、降低胆固醇补充维生 素等保健作用。水果含有人体必需的多种维生素、矿物质、碳水化合物、粗纤 维、蛋白质及脂肪等营养素,吃水果不但可口,并能促进身体健康,进而达到 防治疾病的目的。
随着农业科技水平的发展和社会需求的增大,各种水果的种植也越来越多, 为水果种植户带来了可观的经济效益,但是其水果飞收获也是种植户们所面临 的重要工作,其水果的采摘一般是通过使用大量人工,通过人工进行,其需要 人工使用一些登高工具进行人工采摘,水果的种类很多,其中包括苹果、梨、 橙子、椰子、柚子等,苹果、梨、橙子、椰子、柚子等水果,其采摘方法目前 完全依靠人工采摘,生长位置超过劳力身高的水果要使用梯子进行作业,效率 低,又极其危险,从梯子上摔下受伤的情况时有发生,从而增加了采摘工人的 采摘难度和发生意外伤害的危险。
采果机是专用于高空采摘果实使用的,水果收集箱是采果机的必要组件之一,现有的水果收集箱底部为金属板,水果直接掉落在上面容易受到损害。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种采果机的缓冲垫板的制备方法,能够有效保护需要收集的水果,更加安全可靠。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种采果机的缓冲垫板的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)取一块长方体结构的泡沫板,在泡沫板上冲出若干卡接槽,卡接槽为上小下大的圆台形结构;
(2)按重量份数计称取天然橡胶58-72份、聚乙二醇12-16份、甘油3-5份、硫化剂1-6份、阳离子活性剂0.1-0.5份作为原材料;
(3)将上述原材料硫化成型得到缓冲板,缓冲板的下表面上设有圆柱体结构的卡接凸条;
(4)在泡沫板的上表面上刷涂一层环氧树脂胶粘剂;
(5)将缓冲板压合胶粘固定在泡沫板上,使卡接凸条插入式的设置在卡接槽中。
进一步的,所述卡接凸条的直径等于卡接槽的最大直径。
进一步的,所述缓冲板的厚度为泡沫板厚度的两倍。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明能够有效保护需要收集的水果,更加安全可靠。

实施例一
一种采果机的缓冲垫板的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)取一块长方体结构的泡沫板,在泡沫板上冲出若干卡接槽,卡接槽为上小下大的圆台形结构;
(2)按重量份数计称取天然橡胶72份、聚乙二醇16份、甘油5份、硫化剂6份、阳离子活性剂0.5份作为原材料;
(3)将上述原材料硫化成型得到缓冲板,缓冲板的下表面上设有圆柱体结构的卡接凸条;
(4)在泡沫板的上表面上刷涂一层环氧树脂胶粘剂;
(5)将缓冲板压合胶粘固定在泡沫板上,使卡接凸条插入式的设置在卡接槽中。
进一步的,所述卡接凸条的直径等于卡接槽的最大直径。
进一步的,所述缓冲板的厚度为泡沫板厚度的两倍。
实施例二
一种采果机的缓冲垫板的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)取一块长方体结构的泡沫板,在泡沫板上冲出若干卡接槽,卡接槽为上小下大的圆台形结构;
(2)按重量份数计称取天然橡胶65份、聚乙二醇15份、甘油4份、硫化剂3份、阳离子活性剂0.2份作为原材料;
(3)将上述原材料硫化成型得到缓冲板,缓冲板的下表面上设有圆柱体结构的卡接凸条;
(4)在泡沫板的上表面上刷涂一层环氧树脂胶粘剂;
(5)将缓冲板压合胶粘固定在泡沫板上,使卡接凸条插入式的设置在卡接槽中。

1.一种采果机的缓冲垫板的制备方法,其特征为,其步骤如下:
(1)取一块长方体结构的泡沫板,在泡沫板上冲出若干卡接槽,卡接槽为上小下大的圆台形结构;
(2)按重量份数计称取天然橡胶58-72份、聚乙二醇12-16份、甘油3-5份、硫化剂1-6份、阳离子活性剂0.1-0.5份作为原材料;
(3)将上述原材料硫化成型得到缓冲板,缓冲板的下表面上设有圆柱体结构的卡接凸条;
(4)在泡沫板的上表面上刷涂一层环氧树脂胶粘剂;
(5)将缓冲板压合胶粘固定在泡沫板上,使卡接凸条插入式的设置在卡接槽中。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种采果机的缓冲垫板的制备方法,其特征为,所述卡接凸条的直径等于卡接槽的最大直径。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种采果机的缓冲垫板的制备方法,其特征为,所述缓冲板的厚度为泡沫板厚度的两倍。
