本发明涉及一种包装装饰抗腐蚀织物，包括基础织物层（1），基础织物层内外两侧都设有抗腐蚀层（2），抗腐蚀层的内侧设有织物里层（3）；抗腐蚀层（2）为聚氯乙烯涂层。所述织物里层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，包括依次叠置的塑料基底、分离层和粘胶层，在分离层和粘胶层之间依次设置有织物层和铝箔层，粘胶层为热熔胶，织物层为纺织织物。本发明耐腐蚀性强。本发明有包装装饰作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物，尤其涉及一种抗腐蚀织物，属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
织物是日常生活和工作中常用的纺织基材，种类繁多，根据不同的场合、不同的功能有：耐高温织物、耐腐蚀织物、遮光织物、防紫外线织物等等，根据其性能特性而应用于不同的领域和场所，其中耐腐蚀织物长使用于篷布、建筑、包扎、覆盖等方面，现有的耐腐蚀织物多采用聚酯纤维单纯编织制造而成，制作粗糙、耐腐蚀度不高，使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种抗腐蚀织物，能够增强织物耐腐蚀的性能和化学稳定性。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种包装装饰抗腐蚀织物，包括基础织物层，所述基础织物层的内外两侧都设有抗腐蚀层，所述抗腐蚀层的内侧设有织物里层；各层通过水性聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述基础织物层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用苎麻纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述抗腐蚀层为聚氯乙烯涂层；所述织物里层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用海岛纤维织成，所述第二纬纱采用亚麻纤维织成。所述织物里层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，包括依次叠置的塑料基底、分离层和粘胶层，在分离层和粘胶层之间依次设置有织物层和铝箔层，粘胶层为热熔胶，织物层为纺织织物。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
织物结构简单、有利于大规模生产、两侧防腐蚀结构，耐腐蚀性强，使用寿命长。
本发明首先在载体薄膜基底上涂布分离层，然后在分离层上涂布成像层。再将涂有分离层和成像层的塑料薄膜送到模压机上进行模压，可以用于钞票等有价证券，卷烟包装和卷烟过滤嘴，证卡，以及食品药品等商品的包装装饰。

所述织物里层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，包括依次叠置的塑料基底、分离层和粘胶层，在分离层和粘胶层之间依次设置有织物层和铝箔层，粘胶层为热熔胶，织物层为纺织织物。

1.一种包装装饰抗腐蚀织物，其特征在于：包括基础织物层（1），所述基础织物层（1）的内外两侧都设有抗腐蚀层（2），所述抗腐蚀层（2）的内侧设有织物里层（3）；各层通过水性聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述基础织物层（1）包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用苎麻纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述抗腐蚀层（2）为聚氯乙烯涂层；所述织物里层（3）包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用海岛纤维织成，所述第二纬纱采用亚麻纤维织成；所述织物里层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，包括依次叠置的塑料基底、分离层和粘胶层，在分离层和粘胶层之间依次设置有织物层和铝箔层，粘胶层为热熔胶，织物层为纺织织物。
