本发明涉及一种织物，尤其涉及一种抗腐蚀织物，属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
织物是日常生活和工作中常用的纺织基材，种类繁多，根据不同的场合、不同的功能有：耐高温织物、耐腐蚀织物、遮光织物、防紫外线织物等等，根据其性能特性而应用于不同的领域和场所，其中耐腐蚀织物长使用于篷布、建筑、包扎、覆盖等方面，现有的耐腐蚀织物多采用聚酯纤维单纯编织制造而成，制作粗糙、耐腐蚀度不高，使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种抗腐蚀织物，能够增强织物耐腐蚀的性能和化学稳定性。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种斑点提花抗腐蚀织物，包括基础织物层，所述基础织物层的内外两侧都设有抗腐蚀层，所述抗腐蚀层的内侧设有织物里层；各层通过水性聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述基础织物层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用苎麻纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述抗腐蚀层为聚氯乙烯涂层；所述织物里层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用海岛纤维织成，所述第二纬纱采用亚麻纤维织成。所述织物里层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种斑点提花织物，为正反双面提花织物，其正面均匀独立分布有凸点，该凸点采用第一纱线提花形成于底布上，其反面为由第二纱线提花形成于底布反面的竖向条纹，相邻条纹间平行。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
织物结构简单、有利于大规模生产、两侧防腐蚀结构，耐腐蚀性强，使用寿命长。
本发明正反两面提花不用的图形结构，可适宜不同的需求，凸起得斑点与底布可染成颜色相撞的两种颜色，立体感强，具有靓丽的外观，底布反面的竖向条纹可增强织物的挺阔感。
