Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于破伤风疾病治疗的中西医组合药及其应用，包括西药静脉注射药和中药煎服药相结合使用，其中西药由四支静脉注射针组成，中药由以下重量份原料组成，蔓荆子60‑80g，炮南星60‑80 g，防风60‑80 g，红花45‑55 g，僵蚕45‑55 g，全蝎45‑55 g，薄荷20‑28 g，羌活20‑28 g，桂枝12‑18g，麻黄12‑18g，甘草8‑12g。本发明通过各味药的组合，方中南星、防风可祛风解毒，化痰利气，羌活、桂枝、麻黄可散风发汗，蔓荆子、僵蚕、全蝎可追风镇痉，薄荷、红花清热和血，甘草调和诸药。以上方剂有散风解毒、镇痉止痛作用，本病初期效当。并配合针刺风门、百会、锁口等穴位，绵羊腹胀时及时瘤胃放气，随瘤胃内注射消气灵10‑20ml，连用6‑8天效果显著。

技术领域：
本发明属于中西医结合形成的组合药领域，具体涉及一种用于破伤风疾病治疗的中西医组合药及其应用。
背景技术：
本病是很难治疗且死亡率很高的传染病，该病在各类牲畜均可发生。由于先受外伤皮肉破损、骟割后而受风邪所致。西医确定为破伤风杆菌从伤口侵入。本杆菌在地气潮湿的土壤中生存，潮湿地区发病较多，本县内长年发生，呈地方形流行，因发生牙口紧闭，全身强直风病现象，春夏季发病较高，故名破伤风。
一切外伤、骟割时场地消毒不严或场地不消毒，护理不当，绵羊剪毛时常因剪破皮肤，风邪乘虚侵入经络，继传于里，致使气血凝滞，遂成本病。
本病潜伏期7-21天左右，往往在创口肿痛已退、在愈合阶段，忽然出现口内流涎、采食缓慢、项背强直、行动不便，继续牙关紧闭，不能吃食，尾直耳紧，眼急惊狂，四体强直，形如木马样，垂时角弓反张，倒地抽搐死亡。初期治愈率为50-60%，中后期治愈率很低，死亡率可达98%。绵羊剪毛后7-14天发病，初期腹胀，口流白涎，左侧腹部明显鼓起，放气后又迅速鼓起，气血凝滞，消化功能紊乱，不细察诊断往往造成误诊。
发明内容：
本发明针对现有破伤风药物存在的不足之处，结合破伤风病的现状和特点，提供一种用于破伤风疾病治疗的中西医组合药及其应用。
技术方案：一种用于破伤风疾病治疗的中西医组合药，包括西药静脉注射药和中药煎服药相结合同时使用，其中西药由以下四支静脉注射药组成，（1）破伤风抗毒素加入0.9%氯化钠混合形成250ml-500ml溶液；（2）10%葡萄糖800ml+三磷酸腺苷注射针5-20ml+维生素B6注射针5-30ml+辅酶A100-1000mg；（3）青霉素钠2-4万单位/kg.bw+0.9%氯化钠注射针500ml；（4）碳酸氢钠注射针40-600ml。其中中药由以下重量份原料组成，蔓荆子60-80g，炮南星60-80g，防风60-80g，红花45-55g，僵蚕45-55g，全蝎45-55g，薄荷20-28g，羌活20-28g，桂枝12-18g，麻黄12-18g，甘草8-12g。

通过对300多只患有破伤风病毒绵羊进行诊断和治疗，发现病羊137只属于早治疗案例，初期治愈率达到70-80%以上，发现病羊108只为中期治疗案例，治愈率50-60%、发现病羊112只为后期治疗案例，治愈率10-20%。治愈率53.7%-65.6%。发现发病后期死亡率较高。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明上述药物配方的组成和功能。
首先需要对破伤风疾病进行诊断：
细察体表有创口，而四体僵硬，牙关紧闭，就可确诊为本病。流涎少能吃食者可治，涎多口噤者难医。病畜初期行走缓慢，采食困难，流少涎，中期流涎多，两耳竖立，牙关紧闭，四肢强直，后期全身肌肉僵硬，倒地抽搐而死亡。
治疗时应早发现早治疗，初期治愈率较高，后期死亡率较高。绵羊剪毛前准5%碘酒，剪破皮肤时随时涂擦，并将患畜隔离于清洁、干燥、安静畜舍，避免惊恐，防止风寒侵袭，同时饲喂营养丰富且易消化的饲料，骟割后的家畜提前一周注射破伤风抗毒素疫苗，发现创口及时消毒治疗，要遵循以防为主，治疗为辅的原则。
治疗时采用如下治疗方案：
实施例1：采用西药：破伤风抗毒素（吉林省三星动物保健药厂），羊、猪500-20000单位加入0.9%氯化钠250ml静脉缓慢注射；马、牛60000-350000单位加入0.9%氯化钠500ml静脉注射。10%葡萄糖1000ml+三磷酸腺苷注射针（羊、猪5-10ml，马、牛15-20ml）+维生素B6注射针（羊、猪5-10ml，马、牛15-30ml）+辅酶A（羊、猪100-300mg，马、牛500-1000mg），静脉注射。青霉素钠（羊、猪3-4万单位/kg.bw，马、牛2-4万单位/kg.bw）+0.9%氯化钠注射针500ml静脉注射。碳酸氢钠注射针（羊、猪40-120ml，马、牛300-600ml）静脉缓慢注射。以上药物一日一次，连用5-7天。创口化浓感染者，用双氧水冲洗，有坏死组织者割离清除，消毒冲洗，涂上5%碘酒。
中医治疗：本病一经发现，即宜速治，以祛风解表、镇痉止痛为治则。处方：蔓荆子75g，炮南星75g，防风75g，红花50g，僵蚕50g，全蝎50g，薄荷24g，羌活24g，桂枝15g，麻黄15g，甘草10g。水煎，羊、猪分三次内服，每日一次，马、牛分二次内服，每日一次。加减：病努加重，闻声易惊，牙关难开者，加朱砂、茯神安神镇心；加姜半夏、蝉蜕搜风祛痰。

通过对357只患有破伤风病毒绵羊进行诊断和治疗，发现病羊137只属于早治疗案例，初期治愈率达到70-80%以上，发现病羊108只为中期治疗案例，治愈率50-60%、发现病羊112只为后期治疗案例，治愈率10-20%。
通过更多实验发现，总治愈率53.7%-65.6%。发现发病初期治愈率高，发现发病后期死亡率较高。

1.一种用于破伤风疾病治疗的中西医组合药，其特征在于，由西药静脉注射药和中药煎服药相结合同时使用，其中西药由以下四支静脉注射药组成，（1）破伤风抗毒素加入0.9%氯化钠混合形成250ml-500ml溶液；（2）10%葡萄糖1000ml+三磷酸腺苷注射针5-20ml+维生素B6注射针5-30ml+辅酶A100-1000mg；（3）青霉素钠2-4万单位/kg.bw+0.9%氯化钠注射针500ml；（4）碳酸氢钠注射针40-600ml；
