Abstract
本发明公开了长效持妆气垫BB霜及其制备方法,通过对色粉的雪芙珑双疏处理技术实现妆效持久、防水、防油、且无油腻感以及保湿、遮瑕、隔离防晒等多种功能于一体,本产品根据5个不同的添加量的改变,在持妆时间上出有所不同,维持的时间在8~12小时之妆效;同时添加了多种提取液及维生素,可以预防紫外线诱导的、延缓皮肤损伤,减少和舒缓晒伤,降低光老化速度;清除自由基、抗氧化,抗B段紫外线细胞保护,刺激细胞再生;阻止多巴进一步氧化为多巴色素,并使已合成的多巴酶被还原为多巴,以致黑色素不能合成,更加养护皮肤,维持皮肤亮丽;其制备方法可以实现规模量产。

本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体地说长效持妆气垫BB霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的粉底类产品有多种,主要分以下几类:油包水、水包油、全油、全水剂型;而一般来讲,粉底作为彩妆的底妆产品首先也是最重要的要求必须妆效持久防水防汗,其次是各种护肤作用以及调节肤色、遮瑕、防晒隔离等等功效。毋庸置疑,水包油和全水剂类型粉底在持久妆效和防水防汗方面很薄弱,在保湿护肤功效方面表现较好;而油包水、全油体系的粉底其在保持妆效防水方面效果较好,但不够持久,消费者体验感欠佳,因此为了解决持妆难问题,在使用的粉体上做了特殊的表面处理,全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷的处理方法来完成持妆久之效果。

(1)将二氧化钛、氧化铝、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化铁红、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化铁黄、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化铁黑、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、一氮化硼、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物、云母、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、氧化锌高速搅拌分散30秒,重复3次搅拌至分散均匀;
(2)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、聚二甲基硅氧烷、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯、新戊酸异癸酯、二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、 PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷加入搅拌设备(主乳化锅)中边搅拌边将步骤(1)制得的混合料投入,均质2800rpm,持续10分钟;
(3)将甘油、丁二醇、氯化钠、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、去离子水加入搅拌设备(水相锅)中搅拌溶解加热至75~80℃;
(4)将步骤(2)制得的混合料加热至75~80℃,持续搅拌50~150rpm,将步骤(3)制得的混合料完全溶解温度达到要求时,将其缓慢抽入到(主乳化锅)中,均质2800rpm,持续10分钟;
(5)将温度降至50~55℃,接着加入预先溶解好的石榴(PUNICA GRANATUM)花提取物、紫苏(PERILLA OCYMOIDES)叶提取物、法地榄仁 (TERMINALIA FERDINANDIANA)果提取物、银杏(GINKGO BILOBA)叶提取物、小麦(TRITICUM VULGARE)麸提取物、茶(CAMELLIASINENSIS)叶提取物、抗坏血酸(维生素C)、羟苯甲酯、乙基己基甘油、苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚,再投入香精均质800~1000rpm,2分钟,真空脱泡,温度降至35~40℃时,用 80目的过滤网过滤出料。

(1)将二氧化钛、氧化铝、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化铁红、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化铁黄、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化铁黑、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、一氮化硼、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物、云母、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、氧化锌高速搅拌分散30秒,重复3次搅拌至分散均匀;
(2)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、聚二甲基硅氧烷、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯、新戊酸异癸酯、二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、 PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷加入主乳化锅中边搅拌边将步骤(1)制得的混合料投入,均质2800rpm,持续10分钟;
(3)将甘油、丁二醇、氯化钠、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、去离子水加入水相锅中搅拌溶解加热至75~80℃;
(4)将步骤(2)制得的混合料加热至75~80℃,持续搅拌50~150rpm,将步骤(3)制得的混合料完全溶解温度达到要求时,将其缓慢抽入到主乳化锅中,均质2800rpm,持续10分钟;
(5)将温度降至50~55℃,接着加入预先溶解好的石榴(PUNICA GRANATUM)花提取物、紫苏(PERILLA OCYMOIDES)叶提取物、法地榄仁(TERMINALIA FERDINANDIANA)果提取物、银杏(GINKGO BILOBA)叶提取物、小麦(TRITICUM VULGARE)麸提取物、茶(CAMELLIASINENSIS)叶提取物、抗坏血酸(维生素C)、羟苯甲酯、乙基己基甘油、苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚,再投入香精均质800~1000rpm,2分钟,真空脱泡,温度降至35~40℃时,用 80目的过滤网过滤出料。

1.长效持妆气垫BB霜,其特征在于,包含以下按质量分数计算的原料组分:二氧化钛、氧化铝、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷8.0%~15.0%、氧化铁红、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷0%~3.0%、氧化铁黄、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷0%~4.0%、氧化铁黑、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷0%~2.0%、一氮化硼0%~2.0%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物0%~2.0%、云母、三乙氧基辛基硅烷0%~2.0%、氧化锌0%~2.0%、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷1%~12.0%、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物0%~3.0%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.0%~5.0%、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷3.0%~8.0%、三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯1.0%~5.0%、新戊酸异癸酯1.0%~5.0%、二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯0.3%~2.0%、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石0.5%~2.0%、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5%~2.0%、山梨坦倍半油酸酯0.5%~1.5%、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5%~3.0%、石榴花提取物0.2%~1.0%、紫苏叶提取物0.2%~1.0%、法地榄仁果提取物0.2%~1.0%、银杏叶提取物0.1%~0.5%、小麦麸提取物0.5%~3.0%、茶叶提取物1.0%~5.0%、抗坏血酸1.0%~5.0%、甘油2.0%~10.0%、丁二醇2.0%~10.0%、尿囊素0%~0.3%、透明质酸钠0%~0.1%、EDTA二钠0.05%~0.2%、氯化钠0.5%~2.0%、乙基己基甘油0.1%~0.3%、羟苯甲酯0.1%~0.2%、苯氧乙醇0.1%~0.6%、氯苯甘醚0.05%~0.2%、香精0%~0.2%、去离子水余量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的长效持妆气垫BB霜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将二氧化钛、氧化铝、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化铁红、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化铁黄、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化铁黑、全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、一氮化硼、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物、云母、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、氧化锌高速搅拌分散30秒,重复3次搅拌至分散均匀;
(2)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、聚二甲基硅氧烷、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯、新戊酸异癸酯、二聚季戊四醇三-聚羟基硬脂酸酯、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷加入搅拌设备中边搅拌边将步骤(1)制得的混合料投入,均质2800rpm,持续10分钟;
(3)将甘油、丁二醇、氯化钠、EDTA二钠、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、去离子水加入搅拌设备中搅拌溶解加热至75~80℃;
(4)将步骤(2)制得的混合料加热至75~80℃,持续搅拌50~150rpm,将步骤(3)制得的混合料完全溶解温度达到要求时,将其缓慢抽入到搅拌设备中,均质2800rpm,持续10分钟;
(5)将温度降至50~55℃,接着加入预先溶解好的石榴花提取物、紫苏叶提取物、法地榄仁果提取物、银杏叶提取物、小麦麸提取物、茶叶提取物、抗坏血酸、羟苯甲酯、乙基己基甘油、苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚,再投入香精均质800~1000rpm,2分钟,真空脱泡,温度降至35~40℃时,用80目的过滤网过滤出料。
