The magnesia chrome brick and the magnesia aluminum brick are refractory materials widely used in various smelting furnaces in the metallurgical industry. In recent years, along with the continuous development of smelting furnace technology, higher requirements are also put forward on the production process of high-quality magnesia chrome bricks and magnesia aluminum bricks. The electric trailer is a device which is vital to the production process of the magnesia-chrome bricks and the magnesia-alumina bricks and is used for pushing kiln cars carrying the magnesia-chrome bricks and the magnesia-alumina bricks among all working sections of the production process.
The existing electric trailer has the limitation on the height of the frame and the car pusher, and the kiln car with bricks arranged on the upper part cannot be lifted, so that the top of the electric trailer is limited in height and can only extend downwards into a pit below a workshop terrace, so that enough installation space can be provided; correspondingly, the electric trailer running track is generally only provided in the pit. Therefore, most of the vehicle bodies of the electric trailers are positioned below the terrace, so that a lot of inconvenience is brought to the installation, overhaul and maintenance of equipment, and the pit installation structure is not beneficial to the running arrangement of the vehicles on site and is not easy to maintain.

The hydraulic car pusher 6 is tightly attached to the lower part of the kiln car 2, two elastic clamping blocks 8 extend out of the car pusher 1, and the elastic clamping blocks 8 are matched with a baffle plate hung at the bottom of the kiln car 2 and are used for driving the kiln car 2 and the car pusher 6 to synchronously move.
