本发明公开一种新型改进叶片泵,其特征在于,包括叶片(1),叶片(1)顶部贴紧在定子(2)内表面上,吸油口(3)与压油口(4)分别位于叶片泵两端,定子(5)处于叶片泵中央,在吸油口(3)一端设置可调式螺栓(6)。本发明的有益效果是:个别叶片活动不灵活,如油液粘度过大,就会导致叶片在转子槽内滑动不灵活。将叶片改为石墨材质,石墨的耐磨润滑性能很好,不用担心叶片粘上油液导致卡槽。使用石墨叶片减少问题故障的发生,增加生产效率。增加了可调试螺栓,可以调试螺栓来控制吸油口的大小,调整吸油量。

本发明涉及机械领域,尤其是涉及一种新型改进叶片泵。
背景技术
叶片泵,是转子槽内的叶片与泵壳(定子环)相接触,将吸入的液体由进油侧压向排油侧的泵。叶片泵转子旋转时,叶片在离心力和压力油的作用下,尖部紧贴在定子内表面上。这样两个叶片与转子和定子内表面所构成的工作容积,先由小到大吸油后再由大到小排油,叶片旋转一周时,完成一次吸油与排油。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前问题,为此提供了一种新型改进叶片泵,其特征在于,包括叶片,叶片顶部贴紧在定子内表面上,吸油口与压油口别位于叶片泵两端,定子处于叶片泵中央,在吸油口一端设置可调式螺栓。
作为优选,所述叶片为石墨材质。
本发明的有益效果是:
