本实用新型属于流体机械领域,具体涉及卧式多级离心泵上的平衡轴向力的平衡鼓与平衡套。
背景技术
多级离心泵在各种流体输送行业应用较广泛。随着叶轮级数的增加,吸入工作所产生的轴向力也越来越明显。级数越多,产生的轴向力就越大。轴向力平衡原理是靠高压腔与低压腔之间的泄漏量释放产生的压力来控制,那么运转间隙就比较重要,如果运转间隙变大,则轴向力平衡性能下降、泵性能下降、轴承升温或磨损而减低寿命。
为此,对卧式多级离心泵平衡装置控制泄漏有新的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种卧式多级离心泵的高效节流平衡鼓与平衡套,其结构简单、设计合理,拆装方便,有效控制泄漏量,提升可靠性、延长寿命。
实现专利上述目的采取的具体技术方案为:沿着平衡鼓的外圆周表面的轴向加工有一系列相互平行的锯齿状环形沟槽。
所述沟槽的排列为深齿沟槽与浅齿沟槽交错,深齿沟槽的槽深是浅齿沟槽深度的2倍,沿液流放向沟槽由浅到深,沟槽深度为0.5~1mm。
所述的平衡鼓与平衡套为间隙配合,平衡鼓配有键连接在轴上与其一起旋转,平衡套固定安装在泵体的壳体上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在平衡鼓上设置了一系列连续的锯齿形沟槽,因此当轴旋转时,平衡鼓与平衡套会产生相对运动,通过运转间隙便可大幅度逐级衰减液流放向的压力。控制泄漏量,从而实现平衡轴向力。

参见图1,沿着平衡鼓2的外圆周表面的轴向加工有一系列连续的、相互平行的锯齿状环形沟槽3,平衡鼓2通过键连接在泵的转轴上,与转轴一起旋转,平衡套1则固定安装在泵体的壳体上。沟槽3的排列方式为深齿沟槽与浅齿沟槽交错排列,深齿沟槽的槽深是浅齿沟槽深度的2倍,沿液流放向沟槽3由浅到深,沟槽3深度为0.5~1mm。所述的平衡鼓2与平衡套1为间隙配合。
