Hyperuricemia (HUA) refers to a condition of two fasting blood uric acid levels higher than 420. mu. mol/L in men and higher than 360. mu. mol/L in women under normal purine diet, which is called hyperuricemia.
Uric acid is the terminal metabolite of human purine compounds. Disorders of purine metabolism lead to hyperuricemia. The prevalence of the disease is influenced by various factors, and is related to heredity, sex, age, life style, dietary habits, drug treatment, economic development degree and the like. According to the reports of the prevalence rate of hyperuricemia in various places in recent years, about 1.2 hundred million hyperuricemia people in China currently account for about 10 percent of the total population, and the advanced age is middle-aged and old men and postmenopausal women, but the hyperuricemia is in a trend of being younger in recent years. Elevated blood uric acid is often found in gout, acute or chronic glomerulonephritis, renal tuberculosis, hydronephrosis, eclampsia, chronic leukemia, polycythemia, excessive intake of food containing nucleoprotein, uremic nephritis, liver disorders, chloroform and lead poisoning, hypothyroidism, multiple myeloma, leukemia, pregnancy reactions, polycythemia, etc. Therefore, the development of functional products for reducing the high blood uric acid has high clinical value.
The invention develops the crowd observation test of hyperuricemia drinking the spartina alterniflora juice wine and the spartina alterniflora-kostelezkya virginica juice wine, the blood uric acid is measured before and after the trial drinking, and the results show that the blood uric acid level of the tested crowd can be effectively reduced by drinking the spartina alterniflora juice wine and the spartina alterniflora-kostelezkya virginica juice wine according to the data before and after statistical treatment and comparison with a blank control group.
