技术领域
本发明涉及烧结砖技术领域,尤其涉及一种添加建筑固体垃圾的低成本烧结砖。
背景技术
在现有技术中,烧结砖一般都少不了制砖用土,而制砖用土又是来源于可耕作的土地,由于大量地制作烧结砖,致使可耕作的土地连年减少,本来我国可耕作的土地面积就不多,这就会使我国耕地面积越来越少,破坏了国土资源。
建筑固体垃圾是从煤燃烧后的烟气中收捕下来的细灰,建筑固体垃圾是燃煤电厂排出的主要固体废物,其主要氧化物组成为:SiO2、Al2O3、FeO、Fe2O3、CaO、TiO2等。随着电力工业的发展,燃煤电厂的建筑固体垃圾排放量逐年增加,成为我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一,假如大量的建筑固体垃圾不加处理,就会产生扬尘,污染大气;若排入水系会造成河流淤塞,而其中的有毒化学物质还会对人体和生物造成危害。
如果将建筑固体垃圾资源化利用,添加至烧结砖中,将极大的保护耕作土地,但目前采用建筑固体垃圾制备烧结砖存在抗压强度低,保温隔热效果差的问题,亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种添加建筑固体垃圾的低成本烧结砖,本发明抗压强度高,保温隔热效果优良,收缩率小,原料来源广泛,成本低,有助于保护生态资源。
本发明提出了一种添加建筑固体垃圾的低成本烧结砖,其原料按重量份包括:建筑固体垃圾60-80份,陶瓷废料30-45份,造纸厂污泥15-24份,活化黏土5-12份,硬脂醇2-5份,铁尾矿2-6份,氧化锆1-5份,石棉粉1-5份,硅藻土1-9份,泥炭2-5份,硼酸钙1-5份,农作物废弃物2-8份,复合增塑剂1-2份,玻璃纤维1-2份,甘蔗渣1-2份。
优选地,农作物废弃物为稻壳和/或玉米秸秆。
优选地,复合增塑剂为羟乙基纤维素与单乙醇胺的混合物。
优选地,羟乙基纤维素与单乙醇胺的重量配比为1-2:1-2。
优选地,活化黏土的原料包括纤维型黏土、铝酸酯、歧化松香、多巴胺。
优选地,纤维型黏土、铝酸酯、歧化松香、多巴胺的重量配比为3-7:0.1-0.2:0.1-0.2:0.1-0.2。
优选地,活化黏土采用如下工艺制备:将纤维型黏土预热至125-132℃,搅拌状态下依次加入铝酸酯、歧化松香搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1200-1300r/min,加入多巴胺活化,加水继续搅拌,得到活化黏土。
优选地,加入多巴胺活化,其中活化时间为5-15min。
优选地,加入多巴胺活化后,加水至含水量为4-12wt%,继续搅拌10-20min。
本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种采用废弃建筑固体垃圾制备烧结砖的用料配方,该方案不仅可以不用耕地用土就可制作合格的烧结砖,且可保护耕作用地,同时也保护了国土资源,同时制备的烧结砖强度高,烧结砖几乎无收缩,且抗压强度高,保温隔热效果优良,且可就地取材,资源再利用,符合国家节土节能政策及大力发展循环经济的产业政策,使用成本较低,市场前景非常广阔。在活化黏土中,纤维型黏土在歧化松香作用下,与铝酸酯的分散程度极高,可有效保证纤维性黏土的反应活性,进一步与多巴胺复配,制品表面活性极高,与建筑固体垃圾、陶瓷废料、造纸厂污泥复配,在硬脂醇的配合下,相互间具有良好的分散性,且相互间吸附结合强度高,烧结后砖块收缩率小,抗压强度极高,另外活化黏土与农作物废弃物、石棉粉、硅藻土、泥炭、硼酸钙复配,烧结后可形成大量空洞结构,并填充有大量的空气,隔热保温性能优异,导热系数极低,配合羟乙基纤维素、单乙醇胺作用,可塑性好,通过烧结,制品成型性好。
本发明制成的产品原料来源广泛,成本低,有助于保护生态资源,本发明经多次测试和现场施工,烧结砖收缩率小于0.3%,整体墙体收缩率小于0.13%,导热系数不大于0.38w/m.k,抗压强度不低于18Mpa,其收缩稳定性好,要超过100%以上,导热系数小,抗压强度大。

一种添加建筑固体垃圾的低成本烧结砖,其原料按重量份包括:建筑固体垃圾60份,陶瓷废料45份,造纸厂污泥15份,活化黏土12份,硬脂醇2份,铁尾矿6份,氧化锆1份,石棉粉5份,硅藻土1份,泥炭5份,硼酸钙1份,农作物废弃物8份,复合增塑剂1份,玻璃纤维2份,甘蔗渣1份。
实施例2
一种添加建筑固体垃圾的低成本烧结砖,其原料按重量份包括:建筑固体垃圾80份,陶瓷废料30份,造纸厂污泥24份,活化黏土5份,硬脂醇5份,铁尾矿2份,氧化锆5份,石棉粉1份,硅藻土9份,泥炭2份,硼酸钙5份,农作物废弃物2份,复合增塑剂2份,玻璃纤维1份,甘蔗渣2份。

一种添加建筑固体垃圾的低成本烧结砖,其原料按重量份包括:建筑固体垃圾75份,陶瓷废料34份,造纸厂污泥22份,活化黏土6份,硬脂醇4.5份,铁尾矿3份,氧化锆4份,石棉粉2份,硅藻土9份,泥炭3份,硼酸钙4份,稻壳4份,复合增塑剂1.6份,玻璃纤维1.5份,甘蔗渣1.6份。
复合增塑剂为羟乙基纤维素与单乙醇胺的混合物,且羟乙基纤维素与单乙醇胺的重量配比为1:2。
活化黏土采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将45份纤维型黏土预热至132℃,搅拌状态下依次加入1份铝酸酯、2份歧化松香搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1200r/min,加入2份多巴胺活化5min,加水至含水量为12wt%继续搅拌10min,得到活化黏土。
实施例4
一种添加建筑固体垃圾的低成本烧结砖,其原料按重量份包括:建筑固体垃圾65份,陶瓷废料40份,造纸厂污泥18份,活化黏土10份,硬脂醇3份,铁尾矿4份,氧化锆2份,石棉粉3份,硅藻土1份,泥炭4.2份,硼酸钙2份,玉米秸秆6份,复合增塑剂1.2份,玻璃纤维1.8份,甘蔗渣1.2份。
复合增塑剂为羟乙基纤维素与单乙醇胺的混合物,且羟乙基纤维素与单乙醇胺的重量配比为2:1。
活化黏土采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将65份纤维型黏土预热至125℃,搅拌状态下依次加入2份铝酸酯、1份歧化松香搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1300r/min,加入1份多巴胺活化10min,加水至含水量为4wt%继续搅拌20min,得到活化黏土。

一种添加建筑固体垃圾的低成本烧结砖,其原料按重量份包括:建筑固体垃圾68份,陶瓷废料38份,造纸厂污泥21份,活化黏土8份,硬脂醇4.2份,铁尾矿3.2份,氧化锆3份,石棉粉2.4份,硅藻土4份,泥炭3.5份,硼酸钙3份,农作物废弃物5份,复合增塑剂1.4份,玻璃纤维1.7份,甘蔗渣1.4份。
农作物废弃物为稻壳和玉米秸秆。
复合增塑剂为羟乙基纤维素与单乙醇胺的混合物,且羟乙基纤维素与单乙醇胺的重量配比为1.5:1.8。
活化黏土采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将55份纤维型黏土预热至128℃,搅拌状态下依次加入1.6份铝酸酯、1.2份歧化松香搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为1250r/min,加入1.2份多巴胺活化8min,加水至含水量为10wt%继续搅拌10-20min,得到活化黏土。
