Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有抗菌功能的无缝缝合结构,包括上层布、下层布及多个条状的热熔胶膜,上层布及下层布通过热熔胶膜粘结在一起,所述热熔胶膜的表面覆盖一层抗菌纤维,所述抗菌纤维由铜纤维或铜离子纤维,或者其他具有抗菌功能的纤维,所述抗菌纤维散乱设置,所述铜纤维或银纤维的长度为0.5厘米‑3厘米,本发明有效增强了面料连接部分的拉伸强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装领域,具体涉及一种具有抗菌功能的无缝缝合结构。
背景技术
现有技术中,服装的无缝缝合大都是用热熔胶简单黏合。虽说舒适美观,但粘结强度低,抗拉性能较差,在使用过程中容易开胶,限制其使用。另外,衣服缝合处特别容易脏及滋生细菌,会给清洗和穿戴带来不小的麻烦,因此有必要开发出具有抗污抗菌功能的缝合结构。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的缺点与不足,本发明涉及一种具有抗菌功能的无缝缝合结构,适用于面料之间的连接。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种具有抗菌功能的无缝缝合结构,其特征在于,包括上层布、下层布及多个条状的热熔胶膜,上层布及下层布通过热熔胶膜粘结在一起,所述热熔胶膜的表面覆盖一层抗菌纤维,所述抗菌纤维散乱设置,所述铜纤维或铜离子纤维,或者其他具有抗菌功能的纤维的长度为0.5厘米-3厘米。
所述多个条状热熔胶膜间隔一定缝隙放置在下层布表面,所述上、下层布分别设有多个孔。
条状热熔胶膜的宽度为1毫米-10毫米,缝隙的宽度为0-3厘米。
所述孔的直径为0.1毫米-1毫米。
还包括高温加热装置,用于加热热熔胶膜产生粘性。
热熔胶膜为聚酰胺、聚丙烯、聚酯、热塑性聚氨酯中的一种以上材料制成。
多个条状热熔胶膜平行放置在下层布表面。
所述抗菌纤维由铜纤维或铜离子纤维或者其他具有抗菌功能的纤维构成。
本发明的有益效果:
热熔胶膜的表面设置抗菌纤维层,增强了连接部分的拉伸性能,同时具有抗菌功能。
上层布和下层布均设有大小不等的孔,可以使热熔胶尽快渗透到布中,粘结速度快,粘结强度也会比现有技术中的粘结方法高。
热熔胶膜裁剪成条状进行粘贴,节约原料,并且使两块粘贴的布料具有透气性。
抗菌纤维的加入,起到抗菌、除臭、自洁的功能。特别是铜离子纤维,其铜离子稳固而非游离地存在于纤维中,可以强力且持久地抗菌、除臭、自洁。

下面结合实施例及附图,对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例
如图1所示,一种具有抗菌功能的无缝缝合结构,包括上层布1、下层布3及多个条状的热熔胶膜2,上层布及下层布通过热熔胶膜粘结在一起,所述上下层不分别设有多个孔,孔的直径可以相同也可以不同,所述热熔胶膜的表面覆盖一层抗菌纤维4,所述抗菌纤维由铜纤维或铜离子纤维,或者其他具有抗菌功能的纤维构成,所述抗菌纤维散乱设置,散乱设置的作用是在加热热熔胶膜粘贴的时候,抗菌纤维可以通过上下层布设置的孔充分进入面料中,增强拉伸的强度。
所述铜纤维或铜离子纤维构成,或者其他具有抗菌功能的纤维的长度为0.5厘米-3厘米,有利于粘贴的时候快速进入面料中,增强拉伸性能,同时具有抗菌功能。
根据实际粘贴的上下层布的大小,将热熔胶膜裁剪为多个条状,本实施例中条状热熔胶膜的宽度为1毫米,多个条状宽度为1毫米的热熔胶膜间隔一定缝隙放置在下层布上,本实施例中的缝隙大小为2毫米,具体缝隙大小根据实际情况而定,然后采用高温加热设备粘贴在下层布上,然后将上层布敷在热熔胶膜上表面,采用高温加热设备使热熔胶膜产生粘性,完成缝合。
本发明中,上、下层布均设置有多个大小不一的孔,孔的直径可以相同也可以不同,高温粘贴时,使热熔胶快速渗入布层中,达到快速粘贴的效果。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受所述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种具有抗菌功能的无缝缝合结构,其特征在于,包括上层布、下层布及多个条状的热熔胶膜,上层布及下层布通过热熔胶膜粘结在一起,所述热熔胶膜的表面覆盖一层抗菌纤维,所述抗菌纤维散乱设置,所述抗菌纤维的长度为0.5厘米-3厘米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无缝缝合结构,其特征在于,所述多个条状热熔胶膜间隔一定缝隙放置在下层布表面,所述上、下层布分别设有多个孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无缝缝合结构,其特征在于,条状热熔胶膜的宽度为1毫米-10毫米,缝隙的宽度为0-3厘米。
4.根据权利要求2所述的无缝缝合结构,其特征在于,所述孔的直径为0.1毫米-1毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无缝缝合结构,其特征在于,还包括高温加热装置,用于加热热熔胶膜产生粘性。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无缝缝合结构,其特征在于,热熔胶膜为聚酰胺、聚丙烯、聚酯、热塑性聚氨酯中的一种以上材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无缝缝合结构,其特征在于,多个条状热熔胶膜平行放置在下层布表面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无缝缝合结构,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维由铜纤维或铜离子纤维或者其他具有抗菌功能的纤维构成。
