一种高效消音板材,属于消音装备技术领域;本发明为了解决现有技术中的消音板材由于本身结构的不合理,起不到良好的吸声消音效果;本发明包括由内向外依次布置的扩散体吸音层、微孔板、纤维消音层、阻尼层和流通层,扩散体吸音层和微孔板之间通过双面胶层建立连接;本发明的结构合理,吸音效果突出。

一种板材属于消音装备技术领域,主要涉及一种高效消音板材。
背景技术
随着社会经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活的质量需求越来越大,对自身的身体健康状况关注度越来越高。
国家经济发展迅速,人口的增长,车辆的增长,人民生活环境噪音增多,特别是城市里噪音尤为严重,如建筑施工,车辆,KTV,酒吧,配电柜等等,都会直接影响到人们的身心健康和生活质量,治理噪声污染已刻不容缓。
随着人们日常活动的日益多样化,对吸音板的需求也越来越高,市面上的吸音板种类多样,按照材料分类,分为木质吸音板、矿棉吸音板、布艺吸音板、金属吸音板、丝质吸音板等,常用的消音板的结构有多孔结构,包括木质穿孔结构、蜂窝穿孔结构等。
现有技术中的消音板材由于本身结构的不合理,起不到良好的吸声消音效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种高效消音板材,结构合理,消音效果明显,易于实现。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种高效消音板材,包括由内向外依次布置的扩散体吸音层、微孔板、纤维消音层、阻尼层和流通层,扩散体吸音层和微孔板之间通过双面胶层建立连接。
所述扩散体吸音层包括基板,基板一侧设有多个连续分布的凸起部和凹陷部,凹陷部的底端均设有圆柱形吸音通孔。通过凸起部对声音进行初步反射处理,反射的声波通过吸音通孔进入到微孔板内,进行声能下一级处理。
所述吸音通孔的孔径范围为0.3-2.5mm;
所述凸起的形状为锥形、三角形、不规则形或圆形,可以根据需要处理的声音的波长进行灵活设置,适用范围更加广泛。
所述微孔板上设有圆柱形的板通孔和盲孔,板通孔的孔径大于吸音通孔的孔径,板通孔的轴线和吸音通孔的轴线共线,所述盲孔均匀分布在板通孔之间,微孔板上的板通孔和吸音通孔配合,形成符合微孔结构,将声波分散,通过各个通孔内壁以及空气与声波进行摩擦,进而消耗声能,声波在盲孔内通过回旋撞击,将声能转化成热能等,所述双面胶层起到良好的缓冲作用,不仅使整体结构牢固,而且提高了板材整体的抗冲击性能。
所述纤维消音层包括N型纤维板,纤维板与微孔板和阻尼层之间的缝隙处设有若干耗能块,通过耗能块之间的摩擦振动,消耗掉一部分声能。
所述耗能块为球形耗能块,球形耗能块的直径与纤维消音层的厚度比范围为1∶4-3∶7。球形耗能块可以减少耗能块之间的撞击面,提高耗能效率,耗能块可以均匀的分布在纤维层之间,不仅保证碰撞耗能均匀,而且,最大限度的将声能进行消耗。
所述阻尼层包括依次布置的第一消音棉层、金属丝网和第二消音棉层,第一消音棉层与纤维消音层连接,第二消音棉层与流通层连接。
所述第一消音棉层的厚度与第二消音棉层的厚度比比范围为1∶1.5-1∶2,第一消音棉层的密度大于第二消音棉层的密度,通过两层消音棉与金属丝网配合,通过不同密度和厚度的消音棉,形成类微孔结构,对声波进行吸收,最大限度的增大了声波的消耗。
所述流通层包括流通基板,流通基板上设有若干相互平行的条形凸起,相邻两条条形凸起与流通基板构成通风槽,条形凸起的与通风槽呈MLS数列分布。
所述条形凸起为长楔形,相邻两个条形凸起的楔面倾斜方向相反,利用空气的流通,不仅可以带走余量微弱声波,而且可以利用空气流通,带走声能转化的热能。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:本发明的各个消音层相互配合,外界声音通过扩散体吸音层将声音进行吸收,对声音进行平衡,初步改善噪音音质,声波通过扩散体吸音层后经过微孔板,将声波进一步打散,并且声波在微控内进行散射,消耗一部分能量,纤维层进一步将声能转化成热能,声波经过消音棉层,进一步将未被吸收的声波进行处理,最后通过流通层,利用空气流通,将余音带出,起到良好的消音效果,同时,流通层可以增加板材的有效厚度,起到良好的隔音消音效果,本发明的结构合理,吸音效果突出。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。
本实施例的一种高效消音板材,包括由内向外依次布置的扩散体吸音层、微孔板、纤维消音层、阻尼层和流通层,扩散体吸音层和微孔板之间通过双面胶层建立连接。
所述扩散体吸音层包括基板3,基板3上端面为波浪形,基板3下端通过双面胶层点与微孔板建立连接,基板3一侧设有多个连续分布的凸起部1和凹陷部,凹陷部的底端均设有圆柱形吸音通孔2。
本实施例的吸音通孔的孔径为2mm;
所述凸起部1的形状为锥形。
所述微孔板上设有圆柱形的板通孔5和盲孔4,板通孔5的孔径为吸音通孔2的孔径的2-4倍,板通孔5的轴线和吸音通孔2的轴线共线,所述盲孔4均匀分布在板通孔5之间,板通孔5和吸音通孔2的内壁上均设有涡流槽。
所述纤维消音层包括N型纤维板7,纤维板7与微孔板和阻尼层之间的缝隙处设有若干耗能块6。
所述耗能块6为球形耗能块6,球形耗能块6的直径与纤维消音层的厚度比范围为1∶4。
所述阻尼层包括依次布置的第一消音棉层8、金属丝网9和第二消音棉层10,第一消音棉层8与纤维消音层连接,第二消音棉层10与流通层连接。
所述第一消音棉层8的厚度与第二消音棉层10的厚度比比范围为1∶2,第一消音棉层8的密度大于第二消音棉层10的密度,其密度比为1.3∶1。
本实施例的第一消音棉为阻燃海绵,第二消音棉为聚酯纤维消音棉。
所述流通层包括流通基板,流通基板上设有若干相互平行的条形凸起11,相邻两条条形凸起11与流通基板构成通风槽12,条形凸起11与通风槽12呈MLS数列分布。
所述条形凸起11为长楔形,相邻两个条形凸起11的楔面倾斜方向相反。
本实施例与现有市场所售的木质吸音板、吸音棉板相比,吸音数据如下表所示:

1.一种高效消音板材,其特征在于:包括由内向外依次布置的扩散体吸音层、微孔板、纤维消音层、阻尼层和流通层,扩散体吸音层和微孔板之间通过双面胶层建立连接;所述纤维消音层包括N型纤维板,纤维板与微孔板和阻尼层之间的缝隙处设有若干耗能块。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高效消音板材,其特征在于:所述扩散体吸音层包括基板,基板一侧设有多个连续分布的凸起部和凹陷部,凹陷部的底端均设有圆柱形吸音通孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种高效消音板材,其特征在于:所述凸起部的形状为锥形、三角形、不规则形或圆形。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种高效消音板材,其特征在于:所述微孔板上设有圆柱形的板通孔和盲孔,板通孔的轴线和吸音通孔的轴线共线,所述盲孔均匀分布在板通孔之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种高效消音板材,其特征在于:所述耗能块为球形耗能块,球形耗能块的直径与纤维消音层的厚度比范围为1∶4-3∶7。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种高效消音板材,其特征在于:所述阻尼层包括依次布置的第一消音棉层、金属丝网和第二消音棉层,第一消音棉层与纤维消音层连接,第二消音棉层与流通层连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种高效消音板材,其特征在于:所述第一消音棉层的厚度与第二消音棉层的厚度比比范围为1∶1.5-1∶2,第一消音棉层的密度大于第二消音棉层的密度。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种高效消音板材,其特征在于:所述流通层包括流通基板,流通基板上设有若干相互平行的条形凸起,相邻两条条形凸起与流通基板构成通风槽。
9.根据权利要求8所述一种高效消音板材,其特征在于:所述条形凸起为长楔形,相邻两个条形凸起的楔面倾斜方向相反。
