本发明公开了一种汽车右后门外板及其生产工艺,包括以下步骤,(1)准备,配树脂料;(2)开模;(3)合模;(4)加压;(5)抽空;(6)注胶;(7)固化;(8)移模翻转;(9)开模取件,清理模腔,该工艺生产出的汽车右后门外板不仅质量轻,减少车身重量,同时具有良好的汽车安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产工艺领域,特别涉及一种汽车右后门外板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
电动汽车轻量化是当前汽车行业的一个重点项目,传统的汽车右后门外板都是采用钢板冲压成型,重量重,不符合电动汽车对轻量化的要求,采用新型材料制成更轻的汽车右后门部件,同时兼具良好的汽车安全性是当前的一个难点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车右后门外板及其生产工艺,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种汽车右后门外板及其生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备,配树脂料,搅拌树脂,将发泡剂加入树脂,配比为100:1.3;
(2)开模;
(3)合模;
(4)加压,移模至加压机进行内部加压,加压时间为15分钟,同时进气阀半开;
(5)抽空,模具内部抽真空,检查真空压力,并调节到-0.8MPa;
(6)注胶,检查固化剂数值,注完后真空压力调节到-0.06MPa至-0.07MPa;
(7)固化,等待固化,时间为15分钟至25分钟,确认固化后将残留树脂弯折;
(8)移模翻转;
(9)开模取件,清理模腔。
优选的,所述步骤(2)和步骤(3)的具体步骤为:
(11)开模,翻转开模时起吊必须到限位;
(12)上模清理,清理残留产品与污渍,检查上模面是否完好;
(13)上模涂脱模剂,用棉布在上模面上涂脱模剂;
(14)上模移模喷胶衣,喷涂均匀,胶衣厚度公差为±0.1;
(15)上模胶衣固化,固化周期15分钟,用手指轻按胶衣表面,不粘手即可;
(16)下模清理,清理残留产品与污渍,检查下模面是否完好;
(17)下模连接气管,确认气管接好封住,确保不漏气;
(18)下模喷胶衣,喷涂均匀,避免出现流挂痕;
(19)下模放嵌件,检查织物朝向,玻纤铺设平整无褶皱;
(20)合模,检查模具上模和下模铺设的嵌件状态是否正确,合模完成检查模具边缘齐整。
优选的,还包括后续工作,所述后续工作包括质量检验、编号放置、高速铣切割、委外喷涂、客户检验、按图纸粘膜、成品检验、入库存储。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中,当模具的温度小于25度时,需对模具进行预热处理。
优选的,所述步骤(13)的具体方法为用棉布先涂四周再涂中间,且采用直线涂覆的原则,新的模具要涂覆五次脱模剂,相连的两次中间需要将上次的脱模剂擦拭干净后再涂覆,每层间隔十分钟。
优选的,所述步骤(7)中的等待固化时间为20分钟。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明采用发泡树脂混合玻璃纤维的复合材料,采用合理的生产工艺制成电动汽车复合材料汽车右后门外板,具有很好的刚度和强度,在不降低汽车车门车载和安全性的情况下,达到汽车右后门外板的使用要求。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
图1出示本发明的具体实施方式:一种汽车右后门外板及其生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备,配树脂料,搅拌树脂,将发泡剂加入树脂,配比为100:1.3;
(2)开模;
(3)合模;
(4)加压,移模至加压机进行内部加压,加压时间为15分钟,同时进气阀半开;
(5)抽空,模具内部抽真空,检查真空压力,并调节到-0.8MPa;
(6)注胶,检查固化剂数值,注完后真空压力调节到-0.06MPa至-0.07MPa;
(7)固化,等待固化,时间为15分钟至25分钟,确认固化后将残留树脂弯折;
(8)移模翻转;

1.一种汽车右后门外板及其生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)准备,配树脂料,搅拌树脂,将发泡剂加入树脂,配比为100:1.3;
(2)开模;
(3)合模;
(4)加压,移模至加压机进行内部加压,加压时间为15分钟,同时进气阀半开;
(5)抽空,模具内部抽真空,检查真空压力,并调节到-0.8MPa;
(6)注胶,检查固化剂数值,注完后真空压力调节到-0.06MPa至-0.07MPa;
(7)固化,等待固化,时间为15分钟至25分钟,确认固化后将残留树脂弯折;
(8)移模翻转;
(9)开模取件,清理模腔。
