背景技术
汽车空调过滤器滤网是车载空调上的净化设备。常用的滤网材质有铝网、不锈钢网、无纺布、纤维网、活性炭滤网等,这些传统材料的净化性能往往不是十分理想,并存在如下三点不足:第一,只能阻挡或简单吸附一些大颗粒物质,对微小颗粒的过滤作用有限。第二,性能单一,只能发挥过滤作用,长时间使用后,滤网容易滋生细菌,进而产生异味,给车内人员的健康带来危害。第三,滤网容易沾染灰尘,灰尘堵塞网孔,影响空调使用效率,并增加能耗。随着人们健康意识的逐步增强,汽车空调滤网的性能日益引起人们的重视,如何完善汽车空调滤网的性能也成为行业内人员共同面对的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料及滤网的制备方法,将该材料喷涂在滤网上后,滤网能释放负离子,并抑制细菌增生,有助于净化室内空气。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料,包括如下重量份数的原料:负离子释放剂30-50份、吸附材料20-40份、苯二醇20-40份,对羟基苯磺酸10-30份,聚二甲基硅氧烷10-40份。
进一步的,所述的用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料,包括如下重量份数的原料:负离子释放剂35-45份、吸附材料25-35份、苯二醇25-35份,对羟基苯磺酸15-25份,聚二甲基硅氧烷15-35份。
进一步的,所述的用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料,包括如下重量份数的原料:负离子释放剂40份、吸附材料30份、苯二醇30份,对羟基苯磺酸20份,聚二甲基硅氧烷20份。
进一步的,所述的负离子释放剂选自纳米白竹炭、电气石中的其中一种。
进一步的,所述的吸附材料选自沸石负载二氧化钛、电气石负载二氧化钛、蒙脱石负载二氧化钛、麦饭石负载二氧化钛、贝壳粉负载二氧化钛中的其中一种。
一种用如上所述的杀菌净气材料来制备汽车空调滤网的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将负离子释放剂和吸附材料混合均匀;
(2)加入对羟基苯磺酸和一半体积的苯二醇,45-50℃的条件下恒温超声分散30分钟;
(3)加入另一半体积的苯二醇和聚二甲基硅氧烷,得到混合液;
(4)将混合液倒入喷雾器中,均匀喷涂在空调滤网上,室温晾干,再放入80-200℃下烘烤15-45分钟。
上述技术方案产生的有益效果在于:二氧化钛在紫外光线的作用下产生强烈催化降解功能,能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体、杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,从而起到除臭、净化空气的功能。将二氧化钛负载在比表面积很大的贝壳粉或沸石等材料中,能长期、有效的吸附空气中悬浮的细微粒子,从而达到除臭的功能。负离子释放剂具有清新空气的作用,为室内释放负氧离子,有效提高室内空气质量。三者相互作用,能有效吸附室内的异味,有效提高了滤网的使用性能。
具体实施方式
以下通过5个实施例来进一步公开本发明。
实施例1:一种用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料,包括如下重量份数的原料:纳米白竹炭30份、沸石负载二氧化钛40份、苯二醇20份,对羟基苯磺酸30份,聚二甲基硅氧烷10份。
一种用如上所述的杀菌净气材料来制备汽车空调滤网的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将负离子释放剂和吸附材料混合均匀;
(2)加入对羟基苯磺酸和一半体积的苯二醇,45℃的条件下恒温超声分散30分钟;
(3)加入另一半体积的苯二醇和聚二甲基硅氧烷,得到混合液;
(4)将混合液倒入喷雾器中,均匀喷涂在空调滤网上,室温晾干,再放入150℃下烘烤30分钟。
实施例2:一种用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料,包括如下重量份数的原料:电气石50份、电气石负载二氧化钛20份、苯二醇40份,对羟基苯磺酸10份,聚二甲基硅氧烷40份。
一种用如上所述的杀菌净气材料来制备汽车空调滤网的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将负离子释放剂和吸附材料混合均匀;
(2)加入对羟基苯磺酸和一半体积的苯二醇,50℃的条件下恒温超声分散30分钟;
(3)加入另一半体积的苯二醇和聚二甲基硅氧烷,得到混合液;
(4)将混合液倒入喷雾器中,均匀喷涂在空调滤网上,室温晾干,再放入100℃下烘烤45分钟。
实施例3:一种用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料,包括如下重量份数的原料:纳米白竹炭35份、蒙脱石负载二氧化钛35份、苯二醇25份,对羟基苯磺酸25份,聚二甲基硅氧烷15份。
一种用如上所述的杀菌净气材料来制备汽车空调滤网的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将负离子释放剂和吸附材料混合均匀;
(2)加入对羟基苯磺酸和一半体积的苯二醇,45℃的条件下恒温超声分散30分钟;
(3)加入另一半体积的苯二醇和聚二甲基硅氧烷,得到混合液;
(4)将混合液倒入喷雾器中,均匀喷涂在空调滤网上,室温晾干,再放入80℃下烘烤45分钟。
实施例4:一种用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料,包括如下重量份数的原料:电气石45份、麦饭石负载二氧化钛25份、苯二醇35份,对羟基苯磺酸15份,聚二甲基硅氧烷35份。

(1)将负离子释放剂和吸附材料混合均匀;
(2)加入对羟基苯磺酸和一半体积的苯二醇,50℃的条件下恒温超声分散30分钟;

(4)将混合液倒入喷雾器中,均匀喷涂在空调滤网上,室温晾干,再放入200℃下烘烤15分钟。
实施例5:一种用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料,包括如下重量份数的原料:电气石40份、贝壳粉负载二氧化钛30份、苯二醇30份,对羟基苯磺酸20份,聚二甲基硅氧烷20份。

(1)将负离子释放剂和吸附材料混合均匀;
(2)加入对羟基苯磺酸和一半体积的苯二醇,48℃的条件下恒温超声分散30分钟;
(3)加入另一半体积的苯二醇和聚二甲基硅氧烷,得到混合液;
(4)将混合液倒入喷雾器中,均匀喷涂在空调滤网上,室温晾干,再放入120℃下烘烤25分钟。

3.如权利要求1所述的用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:负离子释放剂40份、吸附材料30份、苯二醇30份,对羟基苯磺酸20份,聚二甲基硅氧烷20份。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料,其特征在于,所述的负离子释放剂选自纳米白竹炭、电气石中的其中一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于汽车空调滤网的杀菌净气材料,其特征在于,所述的吸附材料选自沸石负载二氧化钛、电气石负载二氧化钛、蒙脱石负载二氧化钛、麦饭石负载二氧化钛、贝壳粉负载二氧化钛中的其中一种。
6.一种用如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的杀菌净气材料来制备汽车空调滤网的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将负离子释放剂和吸附材料混合均匀;
(2)加入对羟基苯磺酸和一半体积的苯二醇,45-50℃的条件下恒温超声分散30分钟;
(3)加入另一半体积的苯二醇和聚二甲基硅氧烷,得到混合液;
(4)将混合液倒入喷雾器中,均匀喷涂在空调滤网上,室温晾干,再放入80-200℃下烘烤15-45分钟。
