技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于强直性脊柱炎治疗的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing Spondylitis，AS)是一种慢性进行性疾病，是一种以自身免疫为特征的累及脊柱炎和骶髂关节的慢性疾患，主要侵犯骶髂关节，脊柱骨突，脊柱旁软组织及外周关节，并可伴发关节外表现。本病发病隐袭，患者逐渐出现腰背部或骶髂部疼痛和/或发僵，半夜痛醒，翻身困难，晨起或久坐后起立时腰部发僵明显，但活动后减轻。有的患者感臀部钝痛或骶髂部剧痛，偶尔向周边放射。咳嗽、打喷嚏、突然扭动腰部疼痛可加重。疾病早期疼痛多在一侧呈间断性，数月后疼痛多在双侧呈持续性。随病情进展由腰椎向胸颈部脊椎发展，则出现相应部位疼痛、活动受限或脊柱畸形。严重者可发生脊柱畸形和关节强直，强直性脊柱炎已成为严重危害人类健康的疾病之一。
我国人群患病率为千分之四左右，10—30岁为强直性脊柱炎的易发年龄，青少年是主要受害群体。该病因早期确诊难度大，误诊率高，确诊后常因无特效药物而难以奏效，致使患者残疾病率高，给社会和家庭造成一定负担。
目前治疗强直性脊柱炎的药物有非载体类消炎药、慢作用药物、糖皮质激素、生物制药、中成药等等。非甾体类消炎镇痛药在治疗AS中，达到近期缓解疼痛的治疗目的，但药物的胃肠道副作用使其在临床应用受到了较大的限制，且不能从根本上达到临床治愈强直性脊柱炎。非甾体抗炎药及应用皮质类激素作用药物在减缓和阻止疾病发展方面发挥一定的作用，但除了消化道副作用，还有肝肾损害，骨髓抑制，肺损害等。糖皮质激素对AS，弊大于利，一般不常使用。一些生物制剂能较好控制病情，但增加感染机会，并且价格昂贵，受到很大的限制。
本症属于中医“痹症”范畴，古人称为“大偻”、“龟背风”、“竹节风”、“骨痹”，多从肾虚、肝热、血瘀、胆湿、肢僵诸方面着手，肾虚为病机之关键。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题，本发明的目的之一在于提供一种标本兼治、疗效显 著、安全、无不良反应的治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药配方及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：桑寄生28g，金毛狗脊28g，枸杞子15g，葛根28g，白芍28g，生甘草13g，青风藤28g，威灵仙16g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：先将药材用清水浸泡2小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3cm为宜，将药放在火上，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分2次温服。
发明用于治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对强直性脊柱炎病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，金毛狗脊为君药，能补肝肾、强腰壮膝、祛风利湿；桑寄生补肝肾、强筋壮骨；枸杞子滋补肝肾，补益精气共为臣药；葛根能解肌，为治颈项强痛之主药；白芍养血敛阴柔肝，配甘草和急止痛；青风藤舒筋活血，疏风散寒；威灵仙疏通经络，共为佐药；生甘草调和诸药为使药。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：桑寄生28g，金毛狗脊28g，枸杞子15g，葛根28g，白芍28g，生甘草13g，青风藤28g，威灵仙16g。
实施例2：如果患者风寒明显，在上述组分中加羌活28g，桂枝16g，麻黄16g，白芷16g，鹿角霜13g。
实施例3：如果患者血瘀，在上述组分中加土鳖虫13g，水蛭13g，鸡血藤28g，怀牛膝16g。
实施例4：如果患者毒热症状重，在上述组分中加银花28g，蒲公英28g，紫背天葵16g，地丁16g，野菊花28g，白花蛇舌草16g。

1、临床资料
强直性脊柱炎患者共80例，年龄20岁-50岁，诊断标准：下腰背痛的病程至少持续3个月，疼痛随活动改善，但休息后不能减轻；腰椎在前后和侧屈方向活动受限；胸廓扩在范围小于同年龄和性别的正常值；双侧骶髂关节炎Ⅱ～Ⅳ级。

显效：症状缓解明显，关 节与脊柱功能活动范围增加，红细胞沉降率恢复正常，X线显示骨质病变有改善或无发展，恢 复正常劳动和工作；
有效：症状基本减轻，关节与脊柱功能活动范围稍有增加，生活不能自 理转为自理，红细胞沉降率降低；
无效：治疗2个疗程以上，与治疗前比较，各方面均无进步。
3、治疗结果
治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-5个疗程，痊愈59例，有效17例，无效4例，总有效率95％，中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
典型案例：
吕某，男，45岁，企业职工，内蒙古赤峰人。患者因睡卧湿地后引起腰肌部疼痛、僵硬不舒2个月，夜间及晨起较重，翻身不便，活动后减轻，曾经 服用消炎痛、瑞培林等药物，效果不佳，病情缓慢发展，进行性加重，确诊为强直性脊柱炎。服用本发明中药制剂3个疗程后，双侧骶骨关节酸痛、腰骶部疼痛明显减轻，活动好转，继续巩固治疗2个月后，疼痛及僵硬感消失，脊柱活动恢复正常，随访至今未复发。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：桑寄生28g，金毛狗脊28g，枸杞子15g，葛根28g，白芍28g，生甘草13g，青风藤28g，威灵仙16g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括羌活28g，桂枝16g，麻黄16g，白芷16g，鹿角霜13g。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括土鳖虫13g，水蛭13g，鸡血藤28g，怀牛膝16g。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括银花28g，蒲公英28g，紫背天葵16g，地丁16g，野菊花28g，白花蛇舌草16g。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：先将药材用清水浸泡2小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3cm为宜，将药放在火上，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分2次温服。
