Abstract

本发明利用以下步骤:使用热塑性薄膜带作为经纱并使用高强度细丝作为纬纱来编织织物;在经纱熔融的温度下对织物进行热压缩,来制备在卷绕单向纱线预浸料的卷绕辊的轴向方向X上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝并且浸渍树脂的0°单向纱线预浸料。同时,本发明通过将上述0°单向纱线预浸料和通过传统整经方法制备的90°单向纱线预浸料同时并连续地供应到热压辊并在其上进行热压缩来制造多轴预浸料复合材料。根据本发明,能够连续地制造多轴预浸料复合材料,其中,层叠两个以上单向纱线预浸料,并且相邻层叠的两个单向纱线预浸料中的一个包含高强度细丝,该高强度细丝的取向方向相对于包含在另一个单向纱线预浸料中的高强度细丝的取向方向形成90°的倾角。

Description

0°单向纱线预浸料、其制造方法以及使用其制造多轴预浸料 复合材料的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种0°单向纱线预浸料、其制造方法以及使用该预浸料制造多轴预浸料复合材料的方法。
更具体地说,本发明涉及一种单向纱线预浸料(以下简称“0°单向纱线预浸料”)以及连续制备该预浸料的方法,在该单向纱线预浸料中卷绕辊的轴向方向X上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝并且浸渍树脂,其中,单向纱线预浸料围绕所述卷绕辊卷绕。
另外,本发明涉及一种将具有相互不同排列方向的高强度细丝的两个单向纱线预浸料层叠的复合材料(以下简称“多轴预浸料复合材料”)的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:同时并连续地将(i)如上所述制备的0°单向纱线预浸料和(ii)通过传统的整经方法制备的单向纱线预浸料(以下简称“90°单向纱线预浸料”)供应到热压缩辊,其中在与卷绕单向纱线预浸料的卷绕辊的轴向方向X垂直的方向Y上相互平行地排列高强度细丝并且浸渍树脂;以及对0°单向纱线预浸料和90°单向纱线预浸料进行热压缩。
背景技术
作为用于制备高强度细丝排列在一个方向上并且浸渍树脂的单向纱线预浸料的传统方法,使用整经机使高强度细丝在卷绕方向上相互平行排列并在其中浸渍树脂,然后卷绕在卷绕辊1上的方法已被用于本领域。
然而,上述传统方法存在如下问题,即,如图1所示,仅在与卷绕单向纱线预浸料的卷绕辊的轴向方向X垂直的方向Y上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝的90°单向纱线预浸料可以连续地制备成卷状,而如图2所示,在卷绕单向纱线预浸料的卷绕辊的轴向方向X上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝的0°单向纱线预浸料不能连续地制备成卷状。
同时,在现有技术中也存在问题,为了仅使用通过传统方法制备的90°单向纱线预浸料B来制造多轴预浸料复合材料C,在该方法中(i)层叠两个或更多个单向纱线预浸料,并且(ii)相邻层叠的两个单向纱线预浸料中的一个单向纱线预浸料包含高强度细丝,该高强度细丝的取向方向相对于包含在另一个单向纱线预浸料中的高强度细丝的取向方向形成90°的倾角,通过将在90°单向纱线预浸料B的长度方向上切割的与90°单向纱线预浸料B的宽度相同的90°单向纱线预浸料B的切割部分旋转90°,将该切割部分层压在图1所示的90°单向纱线预浸料B上,然后在其上进行热压缩,使得制造多轴预浸料复合材料C的过程复杂化,并且不能由连续的工艺制造多轴预浸料复合材料C。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种0°单向纱线预浸料以及能够通过简单的工艺以将其连续地制备成卷状的方法,在该0°单向纱线预浸料中在卷绕辊的轴向方向X上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝并且浸渍树脂,其中,单向纱线预浸料围绕所述卷绕辊卷绕。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种能够连续制造多轴预浸料复合材料C的方法,其中0°单向纱线预浸料A和90°单向纱线预浸料B层压成卷状。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的,利用以下步骤:(i)使用具有5至60mm宽度的热塑性薄膜带(thermal film tape)作为经纱并且使用高强度细丝作为纬纱来编织织物;(ii)在经纱熔融的温度下对编织的所述织物进行热压缩,本发明制备0°单向纱线预浸料,在该0°单向纱线预浸料中在卷绕单向纱线预浸料的卷绕辊的轴向方向X上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝并且浸渍树脂。
同时,利用以下步骤:将如上所述制备的0°单向纱线预浸料A和通过传统的整经方法制备的90°单向纱线预浸料B同时并连续地供应到热压辊2,并在其上进行热压缩,本发明制造一种具有如下结构的多轴预浸料复合材料:(i)层叠两个或更多个单向纱线预浸料,并且(ii)相邻层叠的两个单向纱线预浸料中的一个单向纱线预浸料包含高强度细丝,所述高强度细丝的取向方向相对于包含在另一个单向纱线预浸料中的高强度细丝的取向方向形成90°的倾角。
有益效果
根据本发明,可以连续地将0°单向纱线预浸料制备成卷状,在0°单向纱线预浸料中在卷绕单向纱线预浸料的卷绕辊的轴向方向X上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝并且浸渍树脂。
根据本发明,能够连续地制造多轴预浸料复合材料C,从而提高生产率并降低制造成本,在该多轴预浸料复合材料C中,(i)层叠有两个或更多个单向纱线预浸料,并且(ii)相邻层叠的两个单向纱线预浸料中的一个单向纱线预浸料包含高强度细丝,通过简单的工艺,该高强度细丝的取向方向相对于包含在另一个单向纱线预浸料中的高强度细丝的取向方向形成90°的倾角。

具体实施方式
在下文中,将参考附图详细描述本发明。
通过利用以步骤:(i)使用具有5至60mm宽度的热塑性薄膜带作为经纱并且使用高强度细丝作为纬纱来编织织物;并且(ii)在经纱熔融的温度下对编织的所述织物进行热压缩,本发明制备0°单向纱线预浸料,在该0°单向纱线预浸料中在卷绕单向纱线预浸料的卷绕辊的轴向方向X上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝并且浸渍树脂。
高强度细丝可以是芳纶纤维(aramid filament)、碳纤维细丝等,并且当编织织物时,可以单独使用芳纶纤维或碳纤维细丝,或者以相互不同的高强度细丝交替排列的形式使用。
关于热塑性薄膜带,使用聚丙烯薄膜带、聚乙烯薄膜带、聚酰亚胺薄膜带、聚酯薄膜带、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)薄膜带、聚氨酯薄膜带等。在本发明中,热塑性薄膜带的种类没有特别限制。
根据本发明制备的0°单向纱线预浸料,由于与传统的预浸料相比,经纱和纬纱没有交叉点,所以不存在预浸料的强度减弱的问题。
根据本发明,能够将0°单向纱线预浸料A连续地制备成卷状,该预浸料批在传统方法中不能通过连续的工艺制备。
同时,在本发明中,如图3所示,将图2的如上所述制备的0°单向纱线预浸料A和图1的通过传统的整经方法制备的90°单向纱线预浸料B同时并连续地供应到热压辊2,然后在其上进行热压缩,以制造多轴预浸料复合材料C。
所述多轴预浸料复合材料C具有如下结构:(i)层叠两个或更多个单向纱线预浸料,以及(ii)相邻层叠的两个单向纱线预浸料中的一个单向纱线预浸料包含高强度细丝,该高强度细丝的取向方向相对于包含在另一个单向纱线预浸料中的高强度细丝的取向方向形成90°的倾角。
根据本发明,能够通过更简单的工艺将多轴预浸料复合材料C连续地制造成卷状。
在下文中,将参照实施例和比较例更详细地描述本发明。
提出以下实施例作为本发明的优选实施方案,并且不应当将本发明的范围具体限制于这些实施例。
实施例1
使用具有0.9密度的聚丙烯薄膜带作为经纱并且使用芳纶纤维作为纬纱编织具有平纹织构的织物,然后将编织的织物在140℃下进行热压缩以熔化聚丙烯薄膜带,从而,如图2所示,将在卷绕辊的轴向方向X上相互平行地排列有芳纶纤维的0°单向纱线预浸料A制备成卷状。
接下来,如图3所示,将如上所述制备的0°单向纱线预浸料A和通过传统的整经方法以芳纶纤维在与卷绕辊的轴向方向X垂直的方向Y上相互平行排列的方式制备的90°单向纱线预浸料B同时并连续地供应到热压辊2,然后在其上进行热压缩,以连续地制造卷状的多轴预浸料复合材料C。
实施例2
使用聚丙烯薄膜带作为经纱并且使用碳纤维细丝作为纬纱编织具有平纹织构的织物,然后将编织的织物在200℃下进行热压缩以熔化聚丙烯薄膜带,从而,如图2所示,将在卷绕辊的轴向方向X上相互平行地排列有碳纤维细丝的0°单向纱线预浸料A制备成卷状。
接下来,如图3所示,将如上所述制备的0°单向纱线预浸料A和通过传统的整经方法以碳纤维细丝在与卷绕辊的轴向方向X垂直的方向Y上相互平行排列的方式制备的90°单向纱线预浸料B同时并连续地供应到热压辊2,然后在其上进行热压缩,以连续地制造卷状的多轴预浸料复合材料C。
实施例3
使用聚丙烯薄膜带作为经纱并且使用比例为2:2的芳纶纤维和碳纤维细丝作为纬纱编织具有平纹织构的织物,然后将编织的织物在140℃下进行热压缩以熔化聚丙烯薄膜带,从而,如图2所示,将在卷绕辊的轴向方向X上相互平行地排列有纬纱的0°单向纱线预浸料A制备成卷状。
接下来,如图3所示,将如上所述制备的0°单向纱线预浸料A和通过传统的整经方法以芳纶纤维和碳纤维细丝在与卷绕周的轴向方向X的方向Y上相互平行排列的方式制备的90°单向纱预浸料B同时并连续地供应到热压辊2,然后在其上进行热压缩,以连续地制造卷状的多轴预浸料复合材料C。
比较例1
如图1所示,通过传统的整经方法将在与卷绕辊的轴向方向X垂直的方向Y上相互平行地排列有芳纶纤维的90°单向纱线预浸料B连续地制备成卷状。
接下来,将90°单向纱线预浸料B切割成与90°单向纱线预浸料B的宽度相同的长度,并且将切割部分旋转90度,然后将切割部分层压在另一个90°单向纱线预浸料B上,随后在其上进行热压缩,以连续地制造卷状的多轴预浸料复合材料C。
在实施例1至3中,将0°单向纱线预浸料A连续地制备成卷状,然后与通过传统的整经方法制备成卷状的90°单向纱线预浸料B一起连续地层压,随后在其上进行热压缩,使得可以连续地制造多轴预浸料复合材料C,但是在比较例1中,上述连续制造工艺是不可能的。

1.一种0°单向纱线预浸料,其特征在于,在卷绕辊的轴向方向(X)上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝并且浸渍树脂,其中,单向纱线预浸料围绕所述卷绕辊卷绕。
2.根据权利要求1所述的0°单向纱线预浸料,其中,所述高强度细丝为选自由芳纶纤维和碳纤维细丝组成的组中的一种。
3.一种0°单向纱线预浸料的制造方法,在所述0°单向纱线预浸料中,在卷绕辊的轴向方向(X)上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝并且浸渍树脂,其中,单向纱线预浸料围绕所述卷绕辊卷绕,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(i)使用具有5mm至60mm的宽度的热塑性薄膜带作为经纱并且使用高强度细丝作为纬纱来编织织物;以及
(ii)在所述经纱熔融的温度下对编织的所述织物进行热压缩。

将0°单向纱线预浸料(A)和90°单向纱线预浸料(B)同时并连续地供应到热压辊(2),其中,在所述0°单向纱线预浸料(A)中,在卷绕单向纱线预浸料的卷绕辊的轴向方向(X)上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝(F)并浸渍树脂,并且在所述90°单向纱线预浸料(B)中,在与卷绕单向纱线预浸料的卷绕辊的轴向方向(X)垂直的方向(Y)上相互平行地排列有高强度细丝(F);以及
