Abstract

本发明公开了一种智能型电力计量器具检定合格证的防伪技术。由依次贴合的可打印涂层、PET绝缘基层、胶层、底纸构成。在PET绝缘基层上设置可打印涂层,在PET绝缘基层内置加密运算的电子芯片及隐形水印荧光部。本发明配置有射频阅读器,通过射频阅读器发射高频信号,激活并阅读以查阅电子芯片输入的资料和信息。本发明利用射频阅读器的紫外灯点亮隐形水印荧光部信息,并显示在显示屏上。射频阅读器中设置的紫外灯光,可点亮隐形水印荧光的图案、文字和数码。本发明在浑发性溶剂的浸蚀中,电力计量器具检定合格的印刷体和打印的信息、文字、图案、色彩数码,不会受到浸蚀,绝缘基层的内置电子芯片工作正常,隐形水印荧光的图案、文字、数码,在紫外灯光下清晰明亮,且设计新颖、成本低廉、使用方便、效果显著、技术性能全面,为一次性使用产品。

智能型电力计量器具检定合格证的防伪技术
技术领域
本发明涉及智能型电力计量器具检定合格证的防伪技术,尤其是涉及智能电表及计量装置互感器检定合格证方面的技术性能和防伪技术。
背景技术
二十一世纪是科学技术进步的世纪,同时也是科学技术法规,建立健全的法制世纪。无论是高、精、尖的科学技术,还是小小一枚电力计量器具检定合格证,都在科学大进步的潮流中得到充分的展现。
以往,电力计量器具检定合格证随意性很强,没有技术规范,没有技术要求,更缺乏科学求实,严肃认真的责任态度。随着改革开放的深入发展,电力生产的供电管理模式的提升,尤其是电力计量智能化方面改天换地的变化,小小电力计量器具检定合格证不再是一枚没有技术含量的普通合格证,而是倒逼式的进入高科技的行列当中。当代科学技术的发展赋予电力计量检定合格证的使命是:承接政府形象的质量技术监督部门、电力计量器具技术检定专业机构(计量中心),和用电客户放心用电的一种不可缺的信用标志。换句话说,就是电力计量器具尤其是智能电表和计量装置的互感器,没有质量技术监督部门的授权,以及未经计量中心(专业机构)检定的智能电表,计量装置的互感器,用电客户可视为不放心产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种设计新颖、技术性能全面、用途广泛、成本低廉的智能电表及计量装置互感器检定合格证的防伪技术。
本发明由依次贴合的具有防护有机溶剂浸蚀的可打印涂层、PET绝缘基层、胶层、底纸构成,在PET绝缘基层上设置可打印涂层,在PET绝缘基层内置加密运算的电子芯片及隐形水印荧光部。 可打印涂层不仅具有印刷和可打印的技术效果,更重要的是具有防护有机溶剂的浸蚀作用。
本发明配置有射频阅读器,通过射频阅读器发射高频信号,激活并阅读电子芯片内的储存信息。
本发明利用射频阅读器的紫外灯点亮隐形水印荧光部信息,并显示在显示屏上。可以使信息资料、文字、图案和数码得以完整的保存,电子芯片被有效激活,工作正常,隐形水印荧光部的图案、文字、数码在紫外灯光下,清晰明亮,因此,从根本意义上说,正是有可打印涂层的防护才体现了本发明的防伪技术特征。
本发明利用射频阅读器的紫外灯点亮隐形水印荧光部信息,图案、文字和数码等,并显示在显示屏上。射频阅读器中设置的紫外灯光,可点亮隐形水印荧光的。本发明在浑发性溶剂的浸蚀中,电力计量器具检定合格的印刷体和打印的信息、文字、图案、色彩数码,不会受到浸蚀,绝缘基层的内置电子芯片工作正常,隐形水印荧光的图案、文字、数码,在紫外灯光下清晰明亮,且设计新颖、成本低廉、使用方便、效果显著、技术性能全面,为一次性使用产品。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例及附图对本发明进行详细说明。
参见附图1,本实施例由依次贴合的具有防护有机溶剂浸蚀的可打印涂层1、PET绝缘基层2、胶层3、底纸4构成。且配置有射频阅读器7。
根据涂布原理,为防止水、浑发溶剂和有机溶剂的腐蚀、侵蚀,在PET绝缘基层2上喷涂喷涂液形成可打印涂层1。可打印涂层1上可印刷、色彩图案和打印、文字、数码、流水号等。
参见附图2,本发明在PET绝缘基层2内置具有加密运算及储存功能的电子芯片6及隐形水印荧光部5。配置的射频阅读器7可发射高频信号,激活并以查阅电子芯片输入的资料和信息。射频阅读器7的紫外灯可点亮隐形水印荧光部5的图案、文字和数码等信息。本发明电子芯片以用户实际信息进行加密运算,形成密文存入,通过调用DLL软件指定数据块及备用数据块进行续写,同时通过联网的射频阅读器传入系统数据库,并在电子芯片中记录当前的信息字符串。
本实施例由流水线上的贴标机或自动打印机的电力计量器具检定合格证,粘贴在智能电表的一侧或电力计量装置互感器的绝缘体上。正常时,本发明的可打印涂层1上的印刷体和打印的文字、数码、清晰、明确。当可打印涂层1受到有机溶剂的浸蚀时,可打印涂层的印刷体、文字、数码将被腐蚀、清除。此时,使用附图3的射频阅读器7,在显示屏8上,可读出输入的信息资料。同时,通过射频阅读器的紫外灯光9,也可显示隐形水印荧光上的图案、文字和数码。
图4显示,当人为撕揭本发明的检定合格证12后,在被粘贴的固体物表面会留存胶状的文字体10,电力计量器具检定合格证本身显示漏空现象11。
本发明的耐温抗寒的技术性能,是由PET绝缘基层材料所决定的。试验室测试证明,本电力计量器具检定合格证在-20℃—86℃温度范围内工作均良好、正常。本发明的喷涂液亦适应上述工作温度,-20℃—86℃的温度是本电力计量器具检定合格证的工作适用温度。
PET绝缘基层为本发明第一道防伪胶层,当人为撕揭本发明电力计量器具检定合格证时,在被粘贴物体表面上会留存胶状文字,电力计量检定合格证本身也会有漏空现象,以防止二次重复使用。
本发明在浑发性溶剂的浸蚀中,电力计量器具检定合格的印刷体和打印的信息、文字、图案、色彩数码,不会受到浸蚀,绝缘基层的内置电子芯片工作正常,隐形水印荧光的图案、文字、数码,在紫外灯光下清晰明亮。有机溶剂是高腐蚀化学品,对印刷体和打印字体、数码、色彩图案有根本性的腐蚀损害作用。同样,本发明可打印涂层所印刷的图案、色彩和打印的文字、数码亦会受到腐蚀、溶解的损害作用。但是,本发明在PET绝缘基层内置的电子芯片和隐形水印荧光,因为受到可打印涂层的防护却不会受到有机溶剂的腐蚀损害。本发明也正是因为这一技术特征而保证了电力计量器具检定合格证的可靠性和最佳的防伪性能,体现了本发明核心技术的特征。
本发明具有防水的技术性能,本电力计量器具检定合格证在水的浸蚀中,不会溶解电力计量器具检定合格证上的打印信息和印刷的图案色彩,这是印刷体油墨和打印碳带材料本身所决定的,但是绝缘基层的内置电子芯片和隐形水印荧光的图案、文字、数码,则是可打印涂层的喷涂液,严密封讫的结果。因此本电力计量器具检定合格证,在水的浸蚀中,能做到无脱落,无翘边、无位移,且工作正常。
本发明可打印涂层适用于贴标机和在流水线上作业 ,同时也适宜在人工台单项作业,并留存贴标机和单项打印机的文字、数码和流水号。此外,本发明具有超强的抗腐蚀的性能,当有机溶剂侵蚀本检定合格证时,仍可保存电子芯片内的储存资料。隐形水印荧光的图案、文字、数码亦清晰明亮。本电力计量器具信息量丰富,防伪性能显著,适用于流水线作业,同时亦适用人工台的单项操作。

Claims (3)

1.一种智能型电力计量器具检定合格证的防伪技术,其特征在于:由依次贴合的具有防护有机溶剂浸蚀的可打印涂层、PET绝缘基层、胶层、底纸构成,在PET绝缘基层上可打印涂层,在PET绝缘基层内置加密运算的电子芯片及隐形水印荧光部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能型电力计量器具检定合格证的防伪技术,其特征在于:且配置有射频阅读器,通过射频阅读器发射高频信号,激活并阅读电子芯片内的储存信息。
3.根据权利要求或2所述的能型电力计量器具检定合格证的防伪技术,其特征在于:利用射频阅读器的紫外灯点亮隐形水印荧光部信息,并显示在显示屏上。
