本发明公开一种导电混纺纺织品,所述导电混纺纺织品包括面料主体和功能涂料层,所述面料主体是由纱线互相编织制成,所述功能涂料表面设有若干透气孔,所述纱线包括羊毛纤维、导电纤维及黄麻纤维或其他纤维混纺制成,所述羊毛纤维的直径为56.84μm,纤度为523dtex,密度为28.6根/cm,所述导电纤维的直径为9.07μm,纤度为113dtex,密度为37.7根/cm,所述黄麻纤维的直径为70.33μm,纤度为657dtex,密度为46.3根/cm,所述其他纤维的直径为43.89μm,纤度为411dtex,密度为53.2根/cm。本发明提供一种导电混纺纺织品,具有纺丝过程无溶剂的挥发,纤维表面光滑,纺丝效率大大提高,节约了能源和成本等优点。

导电混纺纺织品
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导电混纺纺织品。
背景技术
静电纺丝技术分为溶液静电纺丝和熔体静电纺丝。与溶液静电纺丝相比,熔体静电纺丝不需要使用溶剂,排除了溶剂对实验的影响,也不用再纤维中去除残留的溶剂。这意味着熔体静电纺丝技术相比于溶液静电纺丝技术对环境更友好更通用,不用回收溶剂,不用考虑通风问题,简单易实施,也降低了纺丝成本。利用该方法得到的纤维表面光滑,形貌良好,粗细均匀。该制备方法操作性好,产品的产量较高,价格相对低廉。近些年来开发和完善熔体静电纺丝技术已成为研究热点。随着科学技术的发展进步,在航空航天、汽车制造、电子电器等领域,特别是高速飞行和宇宙航行领域,对聚合物基复合材料的耐高温性能提出更高的要求。通用型耐高温 聚合物材料,如:环氧树脂、酚酸树脂、聚氨酯、聚酰胺及聚酰亚胺等传统的复合材料树脂基 体已不能满足高科技领域发展对材料的要求。研究开发新型耐高温复合材料聚合物是当前 航空航天、交通、电子等领域发展的基础,具有非常重要的意义。含硅芳基乙炔纤维有着优异的耐热性能,介电性能和成碳性能,在碳/碳复合材料领域、航空航天、交通、能源动力、国防、陶瓷前驱体、电子器件等方面有着应用潜力。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有纺丝过程无溶剂的挥发,纤维表面光滑,纺丝效率大大提高,节约了能源和成本等优点的导电混纺纺织品。
本发明的技术方案是:一种导电混纺纺织品,所述导电混纺纺织品包括面料主体和功能涂料层,所述面料主体是由纱线互相编织制成,所述功能涂料表面设有若干透气孔,所述纱线包括羊毛纤维、导电纤维及黄麻纤维或其他纤维混纺制成,所述羊毛纤维的直径为56.84μm,纤度为523dtex,密度为28.6根/cm,所述导电纤维的直径为9.07μm,纤度为113dtex,密度为37.7根/cm,所述黄麻纤维的直径为70.33μm,纤度为657dtex,密度为46.3根/cm,所述其他纤维的直径为43.89μm,纤度为411dtex, 密度为53.2根/cm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述透气孔的个数为10个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的功能涂料层通过黏合剂与所述面料主体粘合。
本发明的一种导电混纺纺织品,具有纺丝过程无溶剂的挥发,纤维表面光滑,纺丝效率大大提高 ,节约了能源和成本等优点。

其中,所述导电混纺纺织品包括面料主体和功能涂料层,所述面料主体是由纱线互相编织制成,所述功能涂料表面设有若干透气孔,所述纱线包括羊毛纤维、导电纤维及黄麻纤维或其他纤维混纺制成,所述羊毛纤维的直径为56.84μm,纤度为523dtex,密度为28.6根/cm,所述导电纤维的直径为9.07μm,纤度为113dtex,密度为37.7根/cm,所述黄麻纤维的直径为70.33μm,纤度为657dtex,密度为46.3根/cm,所述其他纤维的直径为43.89μm,纤度为411dtex, 密度为53.2根/cm。
进一步说明,所述透气孔的个数为10个,所述的功能涂料层通过黏合剂与所述面料主体粘合。
在进一步说明,导电混纺纺织是由一定比例的不锈钢纤维或其他导电纤维与普通纤维混纺制成,属于腈纶纤维,是在尼龙纤维表面上一层非常薄的digenite(Cu9S5)皮膜层形成的有机导电性纤维。导电混纺纺织能使聚积在人体上的静电很快消失,过去多用来制作防静电连体服。导电混纺纺织因材料使用不同,性能也千差万别,镀银导电混纺纺织和Thunderon导电混纺纺织都是导电混纺纺织,因其使用不同的材料,故在名称上有所区别。导电混纺纺织在刚开始的时候,主要用于武器高精度加工及核辐射防护等军事用途。冷战结束后,导电混纺纺织逐渐转向民用,但即使今天导电混纺纺织仍然是军方设备中不可缺少的一环。新型智能服装将使用导电混纺纺织线直接织成,从而取代以往携带的笨重电池。新型智能衣的纤维不怕断裂,即使被破坏后也能重新建立一个连接的方式。新型纤维融入到了背心,衬衫,背包,手套甚至是头盔里都有。将导电混纺纺织线穿在身上,为士兵提供单一、集中的电源,进行设备充电。随着导电混纺纺织技术的愈加成熟,导电混纺纺织在民用服装行业也流行开来。电子发热针织服装正是通过一次成型的针织技术结合导电混纺纺织线,在特别的针织织物的结构和密度下,通过分析公式计算出织物电阻,从而可以设定织物发出不同的温度,且可在多个不同位置和不同面积同时设定。这项技术的优点是开发出一种方便、舒适、卫生和美观的功能型发热智能针织衫。本发明提供一种导电混纺纺织品,具有纺丝过程无溶剂的挥发,纤维表面光滑,纺丝效率大大提高 ,节约了能源和成本等优点。

1.一种导电混纺纺织品,其特征在于:所述导电混纺纺织品包括面料主体和功能涂料层,所述面料主体是由纱线互相编织制成,所述功能涂料表面设有若干透气孔,所述纱线包括羊毛纤维、导电纤维及黄麻纤维或其他纤维混纺制成,所述羊毛纤维的直径为56.84μm,纤度为523dtex,密度为28.6根/cm,所述导电纤维的直径为9.07μm,纤度为113dtex,密度为37.7根/cm,所述黄麻纤维的直径为70.33μm,纤度为657dtex,密度为46.3根/cm,所述其他纤维的直径为43.89μm,纤度为411dtex, 密度为53.2根/cm。
