本发明涉及塑料包装技术领域,具体为一种高强度聚乙烯薄膜。本发明提出了一种高强度聚乙烯薄膜,其原料包括高密度聚乙烯、低压聚乙烯、线性聚乙烯、接枝聚烯烃、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚、碳化硅、磺基琥珀酸二烷基酯盐、钙粉、氢氧化镁、三乙基己基磷酸、三氧化二锑、偶联剂、增塑剂、抗氧剂、稳定剂等,生产的聚乙烯薄膜,稳定性好,具有良好的机械强度,耐腐蚀,抗压强度高,经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷包装技术领域,具体为一种高强度聚乙烯薄膜。
背景技术
PE薄膜,即聚乙烯薄膜,是指用聚乙烯生产的薄膜。聚乙烯为典型的热塑性塑料,是无臭、无味、无毒的可燃性白色粉末。成型加工的PE树脂均是经挤出造粒的蜡状颗粒料,外观呈乳白色。其分子量在1万-l00万范围内。分子量越高,其物理力学性能越好,越接近工程材料的要求水平。但分子量越高,其加工的难度也随之增大。聚乙烯熔点为100-130℃,其耐低温性能优良。在-60℃下仍可保持良好的力学性能,但使用温度在80-110℃。
聚乙烯化学稳定性较好,但是在大气、阳光和氧的作用下,会发生老化,变色、龟裂、变脆或粉化,丧失其力学性能。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀,而且质轻,无毒,具有优越的介电性能。但是市场上的聚乙烯薄膜,因为工艺及组分的因素,在使用时存在很多的不足,普遍存在机械强度不够、易腐蚀、易损坏、抗压强度不高的的缺点,使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提出的一种高强度聚乙烯薄膜,稳定性好,具有良好的机械强度,耐腐蚀,抗压强度高,使用时间长。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高强度聚乙烯薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯28~40份,低压聚乙烯15~28份,线性聚乙烯30~45份,接枝聚烯烃13~20份,氧化聚乙烯蜡6~12份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚4~8份,碳化硅8~15份,磺基琥珀酸二烷基酯盐5~10份,钙粉7~12份,氢氧化镁6~10份,三乙基己基磷酸13~18份,三氧化二锑8~15份,偶联剂2~6份,增塑剂2~6份,抗氧剂4~8份,稳定剂2~5份,润滑剂1~3份。
优选地,一种高强度聚乙烯薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯35份,低压聚乙烯22份,线性聚乙烯38份,接枝聚烯烃17份,氧化聚乙烯蜡9份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚6份,碳化硅12份,磺基琥珀酸二烷基酯盐8份,钙粉10份,氢氧化镁8份,三乙基己基磷酸16份,三氧化二锑12份,偶联剂4份,增塑剂4份,抗氧剂6份,稳定剂3.5份,润滑剂2份。
优选地,所述偶联剂为烯丙基硅氧烷
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的一种高强度聚乙烯薄膜,以高密度聚乙烯、低压聚乙烯、线性聚乙烯、接枝聚烯烃、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚、碳化硅、磺基琥珀酸二烷基酯盐等为主要原料,生产的聚乙烯薄膜,稳定性好,具有良好的机械强度,耐腐蚀,抗压强度高,经久耐用。

实施例1:
一种高强度聚乙烯薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯28份,低压聚乙烯28份,线性聚乙烯30份,接枝聚烯烃13份,氧化聚乙烯蜡12份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚4份,碳化硅8份,磺基琥珀酸二烷基酯盐10份,钙粉7份,氢氧化镁10份,三乙基己基磷酸13份,三氧化二锑8份,偶联剂烯丙基硅氧烷2份,增塑剂2份,抗氧剂4份,稳定剂2份,润滑剂1份。
实施例2:
一种高强度聚乙烯薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯40份,低压聚乙烯15份,线性聚乙烯45份,接枝聚烯烃20份,氧化聚乙烯蜡6份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚8份,碳化硅15份,磺基琥珀酸二烷基酯盐5份,钙粉12份,氢氧化镁6份,三乙基己基磷酸18份,三氧化二锑15份,偶联剂烯丙基硅氧烷6份,增塑剂6份,抗氧剂8份,稳定剂5份,润滑剂3份。
实施例3:
一种高强度聚乙烯薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯35份,低压聚乙烯22份,线性聚乙烯38份,接枝聚烯烃17份,氧化聚乙烯蜡9份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚6份,碳化硅12份,磺基琥珀酸二烷基酯盐8份,钙粉10份,氢氧化镁8份,三乙基己基磷酸16份,三氧化二锑12份,偶联剂烯丙基硅氧烷4份,增塑剂4份,抗氧剂6份,稳定剂3.5份,润滑剂2份。

一种高强度聚乙烯薄膜,由下列重量份数的原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯35份,低压聚乙烯20份,线性聚乙烯40份,接枝聚烯烃18份,氧化聚乙烯蜡10份,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚7份,碳化硅10份,磺基琥珀酸二烷基酯盐8份,钙粉10份,氢氧化镁8份,三乙基己基磷酸15份,三氧化二锑11份,偶联剂烯丙基硅氧烷3.5份,增塑剂4.5份,抗氧剂5份,稳定剂4份,润滑剂1.8份。
