Abstract
本发明提供了窗膜及其制作方法,其特征在于,包含抗磨层:由耐磨聚氨酯组成,带色PET安全基层:由高强度、高透明PET聚酯与颜料熔融挤出双向拉伸制得,金属隔热层:在PET膜上通过真空蒸镀或真空磁控溅射金属铝、银、镍等对红外线有较高反射率的纳米级金属层,UV吸收层:由特种UV吸收剂构成,可阻隔99%的紫外线,本发明能同时起到隔热节能和防爆的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及窗膜及其制造方法,尤其是关于防紫外线和防爆高强度的窗膜制造方法。
背景技术
目前还没有任何窗膜能同时达到隔热节能和防爆的效果,隔热窗膜是对日光中的红外区具有选择性的吸收及有效阻隔的薄膜材料。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种新式的窗膜及其制造方法以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明提出的技术方案为:窗膜及其制作方法,包含抗磨层:由耐磨聚氨酯组成,带色PET安全基层:由高强度、高透明PET聚酯与颜料熔融挤出双向拉伸制得,金属隔热层:在PET膜上通过真空蒸镀或真空磁控溅射金属铝、银、镍等对红外线有较高反射率的纳米级金属层,UV吸收层:由特种UV吸收剂构成,可阻隔99%的紫外线。
在一些实施方式中,所述抗磨层的硬度达到8~10HB。
在一些实施方式中,所述带色PET安全基层颜料夹在PET膜里面,可防止氧化变色,寿命长达8年。
在一些实施方式中,所述金属隔热层在进行真空蒸镀或真空磁控溅射金属时,需要用到淬火处理以提高其拉伸性能。

窗膜及其制作方法,包含抗磨层:由耐磨聚氨酯组成,带色PET安全基层:由高强度、高透明PET聚酯与颜料熔融挤出双向拉伸制得,金属隔热层:在PET膜上通过真空蒸镀或真空磁控溅射金属铝、银、镍等对红外线有较高反射率的纳米级金属层,UV吸收层:由特种UV吸收剂构成,可阻隔99%的紫外线。所述抗磨层的硬度达到8~10HB。所述带色PET安全基层颜料夹在PET膜里面,可防止氧化变色,寿命长达8年。所述金属隔热层在进行真空蒸镀或真空磁控溅射金属时,需要用到淬火处理以提高其拉伸性能。

1.窗膜及其制作方法,其特征在于,包含抗磨层:由耐磨聚氨酯组成,带色PET安全基层:由高强度、高透明PET聚酯与颜料熔融挤出双向拉伸制得,金属隔热层:在PET膜上通过真空蒸镀或真空磁控溅射金属铝、银、镍等对红外线有较高反射率的纳米级金属层,UV吸收层:由特种UV吸收剂构成,可阻隔99%的紫外线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窗膜及其制作方法,其特征在于,所述抗磨层的硬度达到8~10HB。
3.根据权利要求1所述的窗膜及其制作方法,其特征在于,所述带色PET安全基层颜料夹在PET膜里面,可防止氧化变色,寿命长达8年。
4.根据权利要求1所述的窗膜及其制作方法,其特征在于,所述金属隔热层在进行真空蒸镀或真空磁控溅射金属时,需要用到淬火处理以提高其拉伸性能。
