Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌复合型无纺布,包括玻璃纤维、竹纤维、聚丙烯、石墨烯、氯化铜;所述的聚丙烯和石墨烯的重量比为:2:1~3:1;所述的玻璃纤维和竹纤维的质量比为1:1~3:1;所述氯化铜占聚丙烯和石墨烯总质量的三分之一。本发明通过竹纤维缠绕在玻璃纤维的外侧形成无纺布芯层,通过聚丙烯、石墨烯、氯化铜形成无纺布皮层,通过皮层包裹芯层,达到本发明制备的目的,本发明的强度、耐磨性、透气性、抗菌性得到全面提高。

一种抗菌复合型无纺布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及抗菌复合型无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,而且还有棉质的感觉,和棉织品相比,无纺布的袋子容易成形,而且造价便宜。目前,在一些领域需要无纺布具备一定的强度、耐磨性、透气性、抗菌性,但是现有技术中的无纺布无法满足该要求,所以需要开发。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种抗菌性好、强度高、耐磨、透气的无纺布及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种抗菌复合型无纺布,其特征在于,包括玻璃纤维、竹纤维、聚丙烯、石墨烯、氯化铜;所述的聚丙烯和石墨烯的重量比为:2:1~3:1;所述氯化铜占聚丙烯和石墨烯总质量的三分之一;所述的玻璃纤维和竹纤维的质量比为1:1~3:1。
进一步,所述的玻璃纤维的直径为0.5至0.8毫米。
进一步,所述的竹纤维的直径为0.6至0.7毫米。
一种抗菌复合型无纺布的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
a、将竹纤维缠绕在玻璃纤维的外侧,形成无纺布芯层;
b、将聚丙烯在熔融状态下和石墨烯分散液以及氯化铜溶液进行混合,充分搅拌,形成无纺布皮层;
c、将无纺布芯层通过挤出机模头圆孔挤出,将无纺布皮层通过挤出机模头外侧圆环挤出,得到皮层包裹芯层的抗菌复合型无纺布单体;
d、将多个抗菌复合型无纺布单体进行熔喷后得到抗菌复合型无纺布。
进一步,所述步骤a中通过1根竹纤维缠绕3~5根玻璃纤维。
进一步,所述步骤a中通过1根竹纤维缠绕3根玻璃纤维。
进一步,所述步骤b中氯化铜溶液的浓度为2~3mol/L。
本发明的有益效果
本发明通过竹纤维缠绕在玻璃纤维的外侧形成无纺布芯层,通过聚丙烯、石墨烯、氯化铜形成无纺布皮层,通过皮层包裹芯层,达到本发明制备的目的,通过竹纤维缠绕在玻璃纤维形成的芯层有利于增强无纺布的强度、透气性和内部抗菌性,通过聚丙烯、石墨烯、氯化铜形成的无纺布皮层增强了无纺布的耐磨性能和外部抗菌性,达到内外双重抗菌的效果,本发明通过1根竹纤维缠绕3~5根玻璃纤维,保证了多根玻璃纤维不发生松散的情况下进行送入挤出机中,同时增强了芯层内部的透气性,制备方法巧妙,本领域首创。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种抗菌复合型无纺布,包括玻璃纤维、竹纤维、聚丙烯、石墨烯、氯化铜;所述的聚丙烯和石墨烯的重量比为:2:1;所述的玻璃纤维和竹纤维的质量比为1:1;所述氯化铜占聚丙烯和石墨烯总质量的三分之一。进一步优选,所述的玻璃纤维的直径为0.5毫米。进一步优选,所述的竹纤维的直径为0.6毫米。
一种抗菌复合型无纺布的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
a、将竹纤维缠绕在玻璃纤维的外侧,形成无纺布芯层;通过1根竹纤维缠绕3根玻璃纤维;
b、将聚丙烯在熔融状态下和石墨烯分散液以及氯化铜溶液进行混合,充分搅拌,形成无纺布皮层;氯化铜溶液的浓度为2mol/L;
c、将无纺布芯层通过挤出机模头圆孔挤出,将无纺布皮层通过挤出机模头外侧圆环挤出,得到皮层包裹芯层的抗菌复合型无纺布单体;
d、将多个抗菌复合型无纺布单体进行熔喷后得到抗菌复合型无纺布。
实施例2
一种抗菌复合型无纺布,包括玻璃纤维、竹纤维、聚丙烯、石墨烯、氯化铜;所述的聚丙烯和石墨烯的重量比为:2.5:1;所述的玻璃纤维和竹纤维的质量比为2:1;所述氯化铜占聚丙烯和石墨烯总质量的三分之一。进一步优选,所述的玻璃纤维的直径为0.7毫米。进一步优选,所述的竹纤维的直径为0.65毫米。
一种抗菌复合型无纺布的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
a、将竹纤维缠绕在玻璃纤维的外侧,形成无纺布芯层;通过1根竹纤维缠绕4根玻璃纤维;
b、将聚丙烯在熔融状态下和石墨烯分散液以及氯化铜溶液进行混合,充分搅拌,形成无纺布皮层;氯化铜溶液的浓度为2.5mol/L;
c、将无纺布芯层通过挤出机模头圆孔挤出,将无纺布皮层通过挤出机模头外侧圆环挤出,得到皮层包裹芯层的抗菌复合型无纺布单体;
d、将多个抗菌复合型无纺布单体进行熔喷后得到抗菌复合型无纺布。
实施例3
一种抗菌复合型无纺布,包括玻璃纤维、竹纤维、聚丙烯、石墨烯、氯化铜;所述的聚丙烯和石墨烯的重量比为: 3:1;所述的玻璃纤维和竹纤维的质量比为3:1;所述氯化铜占聚丙烯和石墨烯总质量的三分之一。进一步优选,所述的玻璃纤维的直径为0.8毫米。进一步优选,所述的竹纤维的直径为0.7毫米。
一种抗菌复合型无纺布的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
a、将竹纤维缠绕在玻璃纤维的外侧,形成无纺布芯层;通过1根竹纤维缠绕5根玻璃纤维;
b、将聚丙烯在熔融状态下和石墨烯分散液以及氯化铜溶液进行混合,充分搅拌,形成无纺布皮层;氯化铜溶液的浓度为3mol/L;
c、将无纺布芯层通过挤出机模头圆孔挤出,将无纺布皮层通过挤出机模头外侧圆环挤出,得到皮层包裹芯层的抗菌复合型无纺布单体;
d、将多个抗菌复合型无纺布单体进行熔喷后得到抗菌复合型无纺布。

Claims (3)

1.一种抗菌复合型无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括玻璃纤维、竹纤维、聚丙烯、石墨烯、氯化铜;所述的聚丙烯和石墨烯的重量比为:2:1~3:1;所述氯化铜占聚丙烯和石墨烯总质量的三分之一;所述的玻璃纤维和竹纤维的质量比为1:1~3:1;制备方法包括步骤如下:
a、将竹纤维缠绕在玻璃纤维的外侧,形成无纺布芯层;通过1根竹纤维缠绕3根玻璃纤维;
b、将聚丙烯在熔融状态下和石墨烯分散液以及氯化铜溶液进行混合,充分搅拌,形成无纺布皮层;氯化铜溶液的浓度为2~3mol/L;
c、将无纺布芯层通过挤出机模头圆孔挤出,将无纺布皮层通过挤出机模头外侧圆环挤出,得到皮层包裹芯层的抗菌复合型无纺布单体;
d、将多个抗菌复合型无纺布单体进行熔喷后得到抗菌复合型无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌复合型无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的玻璃纤维的直径为0.5至0.8毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌复合型无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的竹纤维的直径为0.6至0.7毫米。
