Abstract
The invention relates to a machine tool, in particular to a double-end machining lathe which comprises a lathe bed, a main shaft box arranged on the lathe bed and tool tables arranged on the lathe beds at two sides of the main shaft box. The technical scheme of the invention has the advantages of wide processing length range, convenient workpiece clamping, realization of double-end turning on short shaft parts, expansion of the processing range of a machine tool, and realization of higher transmission ratio to increase the output torque of a main shaft by adopting a mode of combining belt transmission and gear transmission for power transmission of the main shaft box, and suitability for processing parts such as an axle, a motor shaft, a water pump rotor shaft and the like.

Background
In recent years, along with the rapid development of a numerical control machine tool, a high-precision and high-efficiency double-end turning machine tool is developed successively, the machine tool changes the traditional process of machining one end of a part and then turning around to machine the other end, and the precision and the efficiency are greatly improved, but the existing double-end turning machine tool adopts a single spindle box to clamp a workpiece, so that double-end simultaneous machining cannot be realized when a workpiece with a relatively large change range of length is machined.

The input shaft in the main shaft box is provided with a belt pulley, the belt pulley is connected with the motor through a belt, and a driving gear fixedly arranged on the input shaft is meshed with a driven gear fixedly arranged on the outer circle of the main shaft.
The material supporting frame comprises a carrier roller which is arranged on the bottom plate through a bearing seat, an oil cylinder which is parallel to the bottom plate is arranged on a fixed plate which is vertical to one side of the bottom plate and fixedly connected with the bottom plate through an oil cylinder mounting plate, a guide rod is fixed on the lower end surface of the bottom plate, and the guide rod is in sliding connection with the oil cylinder mounting plate through the oil cylinder mounting plate.
The bottom plate is composed of a movable plate and a static plate, a guide device is arranged between contact surfaces of the movable plate and the static plate, a bearing seat is arranged on the movable plate, a piston rod and a guide rod are fixed on the lower end surface of the static plate, the guide device is a dovetail groove or a triangular guide rail, and a guide locking bolt is fixed on the movable plate.
The carrier roller is a V-shaped carrier roller.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following characteristics: 1. the processing length range is wide: the main spindle box is fixed, the auxiliary main spindle box is of a movable combined structure, and when a shorter part is processed, the main spindle box is used for clamping and processing independently; when long parts are machined, a main spindle box and an auxiliary main spindle box are clamped simultaneously, so that the machining of parts with great length variation can be met; 2. the workpiece is convenient to clamp: the two ends of the main shaft box are provided with the material supporting devices capable of automatically lifting, so that friction and collision between the workpiece and the clamping jaws can be prevented and rapid clamping of the workpiece can be realized in the process of loading and unloading the workpiece; 3. the main shaft box of the machine tool adopts the fixture installed inside the main shaft, the belt pulley for inputting power is arranged outside the main shaft box, and the inside of the main shaft box adopts gear transmission, so that the clamping length is shortened, double-end turning can be realized on short shaft parts, and the machining range of the machine tool is enlarged. Meanwhile, the power transmission of the main shaft box adopts a mode of combining belt transmission and gear transmission, so that the output torque of the main shaft can be increased by a higher transmission ratio, and the main shaft box can be suitable for machining parts such as an axle, a motor shaft, a water pump rotor shaft and the like.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a headstock 2 is mounted on a bed 6, a sub-headstock 4 movable on the bed is mounted on the right side of the headstock, stock holders 3 are mounted on the beds at both ends of the headstock, and a left side table 1 and a right side table 5 are mounted on the beds at both left and right sides of the headstock, respectively. For processing convenience, a slant bed is adopted.
As shown in fig. 2, an input shaft 2-15 is mounted at the lower end of a spindle box 2-1, a belt pulley 2-16 is fixedly mounted at the left end of the input shaft extending out of the spindle box, the belt pulley is connected with a motor through a belt, the belt pulley is a toothed belt pulley, and the motor is a servo motor. The driving gear 2-14 fixedly arranged on the input shaft is meshed with the driven gear 2-2 fixedly arranged on the outer circle of the main shaft 2-4, an oil distributing device is arranged between the driven gear and the main shaft box, and the oil distributing device is communicated with a hydraulic clamp arranged in the main shaft through the driven gear and an oil way 2-5 arranged on the main shaft.
The hydraulic clamp installed in the main shaft consists of a piston 2-8 installed in a main shaft hole, an elastic chuck 2-9 and an adjusting claw 2-10 installed on the elastic chuck, the main shaft is installed on a main shaft box through a bearing 2-6, the bearing is axially positioned through a left bearing cover 2-7 and a right bearing cover 2-13, and the right end of the main shaft box is sealed through a large end cover 2-12.
The oil distributing device consists of a left oil distributing disc 2-3 and a right oil distributing disc 2-11 which are arranged on two end surfaces of a driven gear 2-2, the oil inlet and outlet on the left oil distributing disc and the right oil distributing disc are communicated with the oil inlet and outlet pipelines on a main shaft box 2-1, the distributing oil way on the oil distributing disc is communicated with the driven gear and the oil way arranged on the main shaft, and the oil way is mainly used for a hydraulic clamp arranged in the main shaft.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the material supporting frame 3 arranged on the lathe bed at two ends of the spindle box consists of a bottom plate and a carrier roller 3-2 arranged on the bottom plate, a horizontal cylinder mounting plate 3-8 is fixedly arranged on the left side surface of a vertically distributed fixing plate 3-9, a cylinder 3-7 is arranged on the lower end surface of the cylinder mounting plate, a piston rod 3-10 in the cylinder passes through the cylinder mounting plate to be fixedly connected with the bottom plate, a guide rod 3-5 is fixedly arranged on the lower end surface of the bottom plate, and the guide rod passes through the cylinder mounting plate to be in sliding connection with the cylinder mounting plate. The upper end face of the bottom plate is provided with a carrier roller 3-2 through a bearing seat 3-1.
The bottom plate consists of a movable plate 3-3 and a static plate 3-4, and a guiding device is arranged between contact surfaces of the movable plate and the static plate, and is a dovetail groove or a triangular guide rail. The bearing seat is arranged on the movable plate, and a piston rod 3-10 and a guide rod 3-5 are fixed on the lower end surface of the static plate.
In order to keep the center of the material on the material supporting frame constant, the carrier roller is designed as a V-shaped carrier roller.
The material supporting frame is installed by fixing the device on a lathe bed through the fixing plates 3-9.
When the device is used, according to the diameter of a processed material, the height of the V-shaped carrier roller can be adjusted through the piston rod by moving the piston 3-6 in the oil cylinder 3-7 up and down, the V-shaped carrier roller and the main shaft of a machine tool are ensured to be on the same vertical plane by moving the movable plate 3-3 left and right, and the movable plate and the static plate are locked through the guide locking bolt 3-11.

The oil distribution device consists of a left oil distribution disc (2-3) and a right oil distribution disc (2-11) which are arranged on two end surfaces of a driven gear (2-2), oil inlets and oil outlets on the left oil distribution disc and the right oil distribution disc are communicated with an oil inlet pipeline and an oil outlet pipeline on a main shaft box (2-1), and distribution oil paths on the left oil distribution disc and the right oil distribution disc are communicated with the driven gear and an oil path arranged on a main shaft, wherein the oil paths are used for a hydraulic clamp arranged in the main shaft;
