[ detailed description ] embodiments
In order to make the technical solution of the present invention clearer and more obvious, the solution of the present invention is further described below by referring to the drawings and examples.
It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a service recommendation method according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including the following specific implementation manners.
In 101, during video playing, whether service recommendation conditions are met is monitored.
In the video playing process, whether the service recommendation condition is met can be monitored in real time, and meeting the service recommendation condition can be as follows:
1) the playing time of the video reaches a preset time;
2) the video has an intermediate interval (such as midfield rest) and enters an intermediate interval period;
3) a service recommendation request is received from a user.
Wherein, 1) and 2) are modes of actively calling up the service recommendation function by the system, and 3) is a mode of actively calling up the service recommendation function for the user.
For example, when the user watches a korean drama, the watching time length of the user may be counted, and when the watching time length (i.e., the video playing time length) reaches a predetermined time length, for example, 10 minutes, it may be considered that the service recommendation condition is satisfied.
For another example, when the user watches a football game, the service recommendation condition may be considered to be satisfied when the user enters a half-time period.
For another example, when a user watches a drama or a soccer game, if a service recommendation request from the user is received, it may be considered that the service recommendation condition is satisfied.
How the user issues the service recommendation request is not limited.
For example, the user may issue the service recommendation request by using a remote controller, wherein a specific button may be provided on the remote controller, and when the button is monitored to be pressed, the user may be considered to issue the service recommendation request.
For another example, the user may also send a service recommendation request in a voice form by means of voice.
Preferably, the service recommendation request can be sent out in a voice mode so as to simplify the operation of the user.
At 102, if the service recommendation condition is satisfied, service recommendation content corresponding to the video is acquired.
In 103, the service recommendation content is presented on the video playing interface.
102-103, when the service recommendation condition is satisfied, the service recommendation content corresponding to the video may be first obtained, and then the obtained service recommendation content may be displayed on the video playing interface.
The service recommendation content corresponding to the video being played can be determined according to the preset corresponding relationship between different video types and the corresponding service recommendation content.
How to obtain the video type of the video being played can be determined according to actual needs. For example, a sufficient number of training samples can be obtained in advance, the training samples include different types of videos and type labeling results, an identification model is trained by using the training samples in a deep learning manner, and the identification model can learn characteristics and the like of the different types of videos, so that different video types can be effectively distinguished, and how to train the videos is the prior art.
In addition, for different video types, the corresponding service recommendation contents may be set respectively, that is, the corresponding relationship between the different video types and the corresponding service recommendation contents is set, and the corresponding service recommendation contents may include one or all of the following: recommended takeaway, recommended relevant video.
The correspondence may be illustrated as follows:
korea- > beer + fried chicken;
football match- > beer + crayfish;
football match- > the match of the last match of two teams is gathered, the ten best goals of the last round of match of the two teams are in the tournament, and the ten best fighting of the last round of match of the two teams are in the tournament.
For videos such as movies or dramas, the service recommendation content usually only includes recommended takeoffs, and takeoffs recommended by different types of movies or dramas may be different, for sports events without an intermediate interval, the service recommendation content may only include recommended takeoffs, for sports events with an intermediate interval, the service recommendation content may only include recommended takeoffs, may only include recommended related videos, and may also include both recommended takeoffs and recommended related videos.
In addition, how to divide the video types can be determined according to actual needs, and is not limited to the above illustration.
Similarly, how to set the above correspondence relationship may also be determined according to actual needs, and is not limited to the above.
In this way, for a video being played, the video type of the video may be identified by using the identification model, and then, the service recommendation content corresponding to the video type may be acquired, so that the acquired service recommendation content is displayed on a video playing interface.
How to display the service recommendation content on the video playing interface is not limited and can be determined according to actual needs.
For example, the content may be displayed in a small area in the lower right corner of the video playing interface, where the displayed content includes recommended takeoffs, a recommended related video list, and the like.
In 104, when a service execution request of a user recommending content for the presented service is received, the requested service is executed.
For example, when a user request for a recommended takeaway service is received, the requested takeaway may be placed for purchase by the user.
When a user service execution request for the recommended related video is received, the related video requested by the user may be played.
When playing the related video, a Picture-in-Picture (PiP) technique may be used, such as playing the related video in a small area in the lower right corner of the video playing interface.
The pip technique uses a superposition of two video pictures, one large and one small, to present two video signals simultaneously, i.e. while one video is played out of the screen, the other video is played out of a small area of the picture simultaneously.
How the user issues the service execution request is also not limiting.
For example, the user may use a remote control to issue a service execution request, and the user may select a takeout to be purchased or a related video to be viewed by operating a button on the remote control and issue a confirmation instruction.
For another example, the user may also send a service execution request in a voice form by means of voice, and the voice content may be "i make a beer and fry chicken" or "i want to watch a sports pool of the last match of two teams", etc.
Preferably, the service execution request can be issued by voice to simplify the user's operation.
In addition, the user may issue a service execution request for a service other than the presented service recommendation content in addition to the service execution request for the presented service recommendation content, and accordingly, execute the service requested by the user.
Therefore, when the user watches a certain video, if the service recommendation content of the video needs to be acquired, the service recommendation content corresponding to the video can be determined by further combining at least one of the historical service execution request records when the user watches the video of the video type and the historical service execution request records when all the users watch the video of the video type.
For example, when the user watches a certain drama, the recommended takeout is "beer + fried chicken", and the user wants to eat "popcorn", a service execution request "help me click one piece of popcorn" can be sent out by voice, and the user can place an order to purchase the requested takeout.
For another example, if the user needs to recommend takeout to the user when viewing a certain drama, the user may be recommended the most frequently purchased takeout according to the history service execution request record when the user has viewed the drama in the past, or recommended the most popular takeout when viewing the drama according to the history service execution request record when all the users have viewed the drama in the past, or the like.
By the method, personalized recommendation for different users can be realized, and the users can be helped to discover contents which may be interested by the users but are not discovered yet.
The scheme of the invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples.
Example 1
The user watches the Korean drama through the television, and when the playing time reaches 10 minutes, the takeout recommended to the user is displayed on a video playing interface, such as 'beer + fried chicken';
if the user wants to take a take-out of the key point, the user can say that the key point is beer and fried chicken or help me to take a take-out of the key point, and the like;
the user is then placed a purchase order for the requested "beer + fried chicken".
Example two
The user watches the Korean drama through the television, and if the user wants to click a takeout, the user can say 'help me click a takeout' to the television;
correspondingly, the recommended take-out 'beer + fried chicken' is displayed on the video playing interface;
if the user wants to take a take-out, the user can say 'help me click a take-out' to the television, and then the user can order to buy the requested 'beer + fried chicken';
if the user does not want the take away, other needs may be spoken to the television, such as "help me a piece of popcorn", and then the user may be placed an order to purchase the requested "popcorn".
Example three
The method comprises the steps that a user watches a football match through a television, when a half-time break period is entered, takeaway recommended for the user and related videos are displayed on a video playing interface, and if the recommended takeaway is 'beer + crayfish', the recommended related videos are 'event collection of two teams in the last match', 'perfect goal of one round of the match in the tournament where the two teams are located' and 'perfect rescue of one round of the match in the tournament where the two teams are located';
if the user wants to watch the related video "the event highlights of the last match of the two teams", then the user can say "i want to watch the event highlights of the last match of the two teams" to the television;
then, the picture-in-picture technology can be adopted to play the related video of the event collection of the last match of the two teams for the user on the video playing interface, if necessary, the user can further send out an amplification instruction through voice, and thus the related video of the event collection of the last match of the two teams is amplified to the full screen for watching.
Example four
A user watches a football game through a television, and can speak about 'playing some related videos for me' towards the television when entering a half-time period;
accordingly, the related videos recommended for the user can be displayed on the video playing interface, such as "the event collection of the last match of the two teams", "the perfect goal of the last match of the two teams in the tournament" and "the perfect putting of the last match of the first match of the two teams in the tournament";
the user may further say "i want to see the event highlights of the last match of the two teams" to the tv;
then, the picture-in-picture technology can be adopted to play the related video of the event collection of the last match of the two teams for the user on the video playing interface, if necessary, the user can further send out an amplification instruction through voice, and thus the related video of the event collection of the last match of the two teams is amplified to the full screen for watching.
In the above examples, how to complete the order purchase is not limited, for example, the user may be further allowed to determine the purchase amount.
In addition, after receiving the voice from the user, the user's requirements can be accurately known through the existing technologies of voice recognition, semantic understanding and the like.
In short, by adopting the scheme of the method embodiment, whether the service recommendation condition is met can be monitored in the video playing process, once the service recommendation condition is met, the service recommendation content corresponding to the video can be obtained and displayed on the video playing interface, and subsequently, when a service execution request of a user for the displayed service recommendation content is received, the requested service can be executed.
The above is a description of method embodiments, and the embodiments of the present invention are further described below by way of apparatus embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a composition structure of an embodiment of the service recommendation device according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, including: an acquisition unit 201, a presentation unit 202 and an execution unit 203.
The obtaining unit 201 is configured to monitor whether a service recommendation condition is met in a video playing process, and if the service recommendation condition is met, obtain a service recommendation content corresponding to the video.
The presentation unit 202 is configured to present the service recommendation content on the video playing interface.
An executing unit 203, configured to, when receiving a service execution request of a user for the presented service recommendation content, execute the requested service.
In the video playing process, the obtaining unit 201 may monitor whether the service recommendation condition is satisfied in real time, where the satisfaction of the service recommendation condition may refer to:
1) the playing time of the video reaches a preset time;
2) the video has an intermediate interval (such as midfield rest) and enters an intermediate interval period;
If the service recommendation condition is satisfied, the obtaining unit 201 may further obtain the service recommendation content corresponding to the video being played, for example, the service recommendation content corresponding to the video being played may be determined according to a preset correspondence between different video types and the corresponding service recommendation content.
In this way, for a video being played, the obtaining unit 201 may first identify a video type of the video by using the identification model, and then the obtaining unit 201 may obtain the service recommendation content corresponding to the video type, and further the displaying unit 202 may display the obtained service recommendation content on a video playing interface.
How the presentation unit 202 presents the service recommendation content on the video playing interface is not limited, and may be determined according to actual needs.
For example, the content may be presented in a small area in the lower right corner of the video playing interface, and the presented content may include recommended takeoffs, a recommended related video list, and the like.
Subsequently, if receiving a service execution request for the recommended takeout from the user, the execution unit 203 may place an order for the user to purchase the requested takeout, and if receiving a service execution request for the recommended related video from the user, may play the requested related video for the user.
How the user issues the service execution request is also not limiting.
For example, the user may use a remote control to issue a service execution request, and the user may select a takeout to be purchased or a related video to be viewed by operating a button on the remote control and issue a confirmation instruction.
