Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the protection of the embodiments of the present invention.
The following further describes specific implementation of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a data processing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The data processing method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S100: and receiving the operation of the user aiming at the current service object through a service interface in the passive service scene of the user.
The user passive service scenario includes but is not limited to: the method comprises the following steps of audio radio station scene, IOT scene, passive social networking scene, passive e-commerce service scene, service object evaluation scene and the like.
Correspondingly, the service interface is adapted to the service scene, for example, in the audio radio scene, the service interface may be a playing interface of audio; in the IOT scenario, the service interface may be a presentation interface of corresponding information, and the like. The embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific service scene and the service interface thereof.
The operation of the user aiming at the current business object is used for indicating the preference or intention of the user; the operations include: the mobile terminal comprises one of a gesture operation, a touch operation, a click operation on a preset control, a shaking operation on a terminal device providing the passive service scene of the user, and selection of a preset mode option representing user preference or intention. Optionally, the user's preferences include: like, dislike, neutral. For example, the user's likes or dislikes of the business object are expressed by a left-or right-swipe operation; or expressing the like or dislike of the user to the business object through the touch of the business object or the control corresponding to the business object; or expressing the like or dislike of the user to the business object through the clicking operation of the clicking approval control or the clicking step control; or, express the user's likes or dislikes of the business object by panning operation, and so on. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and further operation items may be set for the user's neutral opinion, and the like. Therefore, even in a passive service scene, the user can also express the preference or intention of the user to participate in the service, and the user experience is improved.
Step S200: and if the operation is matched with the preset operation, determining a target operation corresponding to the preset operation.
Wherein, the preset operation can be set by those skilled in the art as appropriate according to actual requirements, including but not limited to: a sliding operation in a certain direction, a clicking operation for a certain duration or frequency, a shaking operation, a mode selection operation, and the like.
The corresponding relationship between the preset operation and the target operation may be preset and stored, and in practical application, at least one preset operation and the corresponding target operation may be set. For example, a swipe left corresponds to a recommendation operation, a swipe right corresponds to an inverse recommendation operation, and so on. The reverse recommendation operation means an operation opposite to the recommendation operation, and when the user performs a corresponding operation on a certain service object, such as a rightward sliding operation, an audio having a certain similarity to the service object operated by the operation is prevented from being recommended to the user.
In one possible manner, the preset operation may be a sliding operation in a set direction; in this case, the step can be implemented as: and if the operation is matched with the sliding operation in the set direction, determining that the target operation is a reverse recommendation operation based on the current business object. In both active service scenes and passive service scenes, most negative opinions of users, such as opinions dislike service objects, cannot be considered, but compared with positive opinions, on one hand, the users are more accurate and sensitive to negative emotions, and the expression is more accurate; on the other hand, negative opinions can be combined with positive opinions to make more comprehensive and accurate recommendations for the user.
Optionally, the preset operation includes a first sliding operation in a first direction and a second sliding operation in a second direction, where the first direction and the second direction are different directions, such as opposite directions; then, this step can be implemented as: if the operation is matched with the first sliding operation, determining that the target operation is a recommended operation based on a current business object; and if the operation is matched with the second sliding operation, determining that the target operation is an inverse recommendation operation based on the current business object. Therefore, the recommendation and anti-recommendation functions can be realized through simple gesture operation, and the operation burden of a user is reduced.
Further optionally, if the operation is matched with the first sliding operation, determining that the target operation is a recommendation operation based on the current business object and a collection operation for the current business object; and if the operation is matched with the second sliding operation, determining that the target operation is a reverse recommendation operation based on the current business object and a switching operation of the current business object so as to realize the same operation to realize various functions, reduce the scheme implementation cost and the data processing burden and improve the user experience.
Step S300: and executing the target operation according to the information of the current business object operated by the operation, and feeding back the operation result of the target operation.
Since the user's operation expresses the user's preference or intention for the current business object, a target operation corresponding to the operation can be performed based on the information of the business object and expressed by the operation result of the target operation.
According to the embodiment, for a passive service scene of a user, a corresponding service interface is used for receiving the operation of the user for a current service object, and if the operation is matched with a preset operation, a target operation corresponding to the operation and based on the current service object is provided. Therefore, a user can participate in the passive service through the service interface to express own preference or intention, and after the passive service determines the target operation according to the operation of the user, the passive service can provide the operation result which is in line with the preference or intention of the user to the user through the target operation.
Therefore, by the embodiment, the participation degree of the user in the service in the passive service scene is improved, the effective interaction between the user and the passive service is realized, and the passive service can provide the content meeting the user requirement.
The data processing method of the present embodiment may be performed by any suitable electronic device, including but not limited to: servers, mobile terminals (such as tablet computers, mobile phones and the like), PCs and the like.
Example two
In this embodiment, a data processing scheme provided in the embodiment of the present invention is described by taking a passive service scene of a user as an audio radio station and taking a gesture operation for a currently played audio as an example of an operation of a current service object.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of steps of a data processing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The data processing method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S102: and receiving gesture operation of a user for the currently played audio through a playing interface of the audio radio station.
Where an audio station is used to broadcast audio content to users, including, but not limited to, music stations, commentary stations, listening stations, and the like. The audio radio station generally plays audio based on a playing interface, and besides the control for controlling audio playing, such as a pause button, a playing button, and the like, the playing interface may also be set appropriately according to actual needs, such as information of currently played audio, and the like.
On a touch-controllable hardware device (such as a touch screen and the like), a user can perform gesture operation, and the preference or intention of the user for the currently played audio is expressed by means of the gesture operation. Based on this, in the solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the gesture operation may be predefined, and the gesture operation performed by the user through the touch-enabled hardware device is determined, so as to make a feedback matching with the gesture operation of the user, which is described in detail below.
Step S104: and if the gesture operation is matched with the preset operation, determining a target operation corresponding to the preset operation.
Wherein, the preset operation can be set by those skilled in the art as appropriate according to actual requirements, including but not limited to: a sliding operation in a certain direction, a clicking operation for a certain duration or frequency, and the like.
The anti-recommendation operation means an operation opposite to the recommendation operation, and when the user performs a corresponding gesture operation such as a rightward sliding operation on a certain audio, the audio with a certain similarity to the audio operated by the operation is prevented from being recommended to the user.
Step S106: and executing the target operation according to the information of the currently played audio, and playing and/or displaying the operation result of the target operation through an audio radio station.
Because the gesture operation of the user expresses the favorite or intention of the user on the currently played audio, the target operation corresponding to the gesture operation can be executed based on the information of the audio, and the operation result expression of the target operation is realized, and the audio radio station plays the content or displays the result according to the operation result so as to display the result after expressing the favorite or intention to the user.
According to the embodiment, for an audio radio station in which a user listens to a scene passively, a playing interface of the audio radio station is used for receiving gesture operation of the user, and if the gesture operation is matched with preset operation, target operation based on currently played audio corresponding to the gesture operation is provided. Therefore, a user can interact with the audio radio station through the playing interface of the audio radio station and express own preference or intention through gesture operation, and after the audio radio station determines target operation according to the gesture operation of the user, the audio radio station can provide an operation result which is in line with the preference or intention of the user for the user through the target operation.
Therefore, according to the embodiment, the participation degree of the user in the audio radio station is improved, the effective interaction between the user and the audio radio station is realized, and the audio radio station can provide the content meeting the user requirement.
The data processing method of the present embodiment may be performed by any suitable electronic device, including but not limited to: servers, mobile terminals (such as tablet computers, mobile phones and the like), PCs and the like.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment still takes a passive service scene of a user as an audio radio station, and takes a gesture operation for a currently played audio as an example for an operation of a current service object, which explains the data processing scheme provided in the embodiment of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that, in this embodiment, the data processing for the audio station may be extended to the data processing in any suitable passive service scenario of other users, and the processing of the audio played by the audio station may be adaptively extended to the processing of the service object in the passive service scenario of other users, which are all within the protection scope of the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3A, a flowchart of steps of a data processing method according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The data processing method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S202: and playing the audio through an audio radio station, and displaying a playing interface of the currently played audio.
As mentioned above, besides the control for controlling the audio playing, the playing interface may also be set appropriately according to actual needs, such as the information of the currently played audio. The type of the audio is determined by an audio radio station, for example, when the audio radio station is a music radio station, the audio can be music; when the audio radio station is a comment radio station, the audio can be comment audio; when the audio radio station is a book listening radio station, the audio may be book audio played by voice, and the like.
Step S204: and receiving gesture operation of a user for the currently played audio through a playing interface of the audio radio station.
The gesture operation may be any suitable operation implemented by a gesture, and the user may interact with the audio radio station in a passive listening scene by means of the gesture operation to express a preference of the user for the currently played audio or implement a certain intention, for example, like the currently played audio, dislike the currently played audio, collect the currently played audio, switch the currently played audio, and the like. Compared with other types of operation, the gesture operation is simple and easy to implement, and the operation burden of a user is light.
Step S206: and if the gesture operation is matched with the preset operation, determining a target operation corresponding to the preset operation.
In one possible manner, the preset operation may be a sliding operation in a set direction; then, this step can be implemented as: and if the gesture operation is matched with the sliding operation in the set direction, determining that the target operation is an anti-recommendation operation based on the currently played audio. By the method, the unfavorable opinions of the user on certain audios are fully considered, and effective basis is provided for the follow-up recommendation of the audios for the user more accurately.
In this embodiment, the preset operation includes a first sliding operation in a first direction and a second sliding operation in a second direction, where the first direction and the second direction are different directions, for example, may be opposite directions. For example, a left slide operation and a right slide operation, or an up slide operation and a down slide operation, and the like. On one hand, the sliding operation is simple, and the user can conveniently realize the sliding operation; on the other hand, most controls in the playing interface need to be realized by clicking or pressing by a user, and the sliding operation can be obviously distinguished from the operation on the controls, so that the judgment and the matching are convenient. Of course, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may set the preset operation to any appropriate operation according to actual needs, and may implement the scheme of the embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the settings of the first sliding operation and the second sliding operation, this step may be implemented as: if the gesture operation is matched with the first sliding operation, determining that the target operation is a recommendation operation based on the currently played audio; and if the gesture operation is matched with the second sliding operation, determining that the target operation is an inverse recommendation operation based on the currently played audio.
Although audio stations belong to passive consumption scenes, in order to better meet the needs of users and improve the attractiveness and adhesion of audio stations, audio stations need to have an audio recommendation function. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention combines the target operation with the audio recommendation, so that the user's preference or intention is known through the gesture operation of the user, and the audio content matched with the user's preference or intention is provided in the subsequent playing.
For example, if the user performs a left-sliding operation on the currently played audio, the operation is considered that the user likes the audio, and in the subsequent playing, an audio having a certain similarity to the audio is selected from an audio library to be played, that is, an audio meeting the preference or intention of the user may be recommended to the user without the user's intention. Similarly, if the user performs a right-sliding operation on the currently played audio, the operation is considered as that the user does not like the audio, and in the subsequent playing, the audio with a certain similarity to the audio is prevented from being selected from the audio library, that is, an operation opposite to the aforementioned recommendation operation, that is, a reverse recommendation operation, can be performed without the user's intention.
Further, if the gesture operation is matched with the first sliding operation, determining that the target operation is a recommendation operation based on the currently played audio and a collection operation of the currently played audio; and if the gesture operation is matched with the second sliding operation, determining that the target operation is an anti-recommendation operation based on the currently played audio and a switching operation of the currently played audio.
In one possible manner, the recommendation operation and the collection operation may be performed by a first sliding operation. In this case, the recommendation operation is not aware of the user, the recommendation operation may be performed in the background, and the operation result of the collection operation may be displayed on the play interface in the foreground, as shown in fig. 3B. In fig. 3B, the left interface schematically shows that the user performs a left-sliding operation on the currently playing interface of song a, and the operation result of the left-sliding operation is shown in the right interface in fig. 3B, which shows the information of the collection result; on the other hand, the information of the left-sliding operation is transmitted to the audio radio station or the application of the audio radio station to perform audio recommendation. By the method, the operation burden of the user is effectively reduced.
In another possible manner, the recommendation operation and the collection operation may be performed by two consecutive first sliding operations. In this case, the first sliding operation indicates that the user likes the currently played audio, and accordingly, the recommendation operation is determined, and the success of the sliding operation (for example, the hollow heart-shaped icon becomes solid) may be fed back to the user through a preset indication or icon, or only the related information may be transmitted to the background without feeding back to the user. And the second sliding operation may indicate to collect the currently played audio and display the collection result on the playing interface, which is shown in fig. 3C. In fig. 3C, the left interface schematically shows that the user performs a first left-sliding operation on the current playing interface of song a, and the operation result of the left-sliding operation is in one aspect as shown in the middle interface in fig. 3C, and the hollow heart-shaped icon in the playing interface is changed into a solid heart-shaped icon; on the other hand, the information of the left-sliding operation is transmitted to the audio radio station or the application of the audio radio station to perform audio recommendation. When the user performs the second left-sliding operation based on the playing interface shown in the middle interface, the operation result is shown as the right interface in fig. 3C, and the information of the collection result is displayed. By the mode, the user can flexibly select the required operation and can clearly know the operation result of the corresponding operation. Of course, in practical application, the user can also perform collection by the first sliding operation and express the preference by the second sliding operation.
Similarly, in still another possible manner, the reverse recommending operation and the switching operation may be realized by one second slipping operation. In this case, the reverse recommendation operation is not aware of the user, the reverse recommendation operation may be performed in the background, and the operation result of the switching operation may be displayed on the playback interface in the foreground. Wherein, when the switching operation is performed, the switched audio should be different from the currently played audio. The selection of the specific audio may be set by those skilled in the art according to actual requirements, for example, randomly selecting, or selecting an audio of a performer different from the performer of the current audio, or selecting another audio of the performer of the current audio, or selecting an audio of a different type from the music or a different language from the current audio, and so on. The processing in this manner is shown in fig. 3D. In fig. 3D, the left interface schematically shows that the user performs a right slide operation on the current playing interface of song a, and the operation result of the right slide operation is as shown in the right interface in fig. 3D on one hand, and starts to play the switched audio and display the information of the switched song X; on the other hand, the information of the right slide operation is transmitted to the audio radio station or the application of the audio radio station to perform audio anti-recommendation. Through the mode, different functions are realized through one-time gesture operation, the user can be responded quickly, reverse recommendation can be performed at the background, the data processing efficiency is improved, and the operation burden of the user is reduced.
In still another possible manner, the inverse recommendation operation and the switching operation may be realized by two consecutive second sliding operations. In this case, the first sliding operation indicates that the user does not like the currently played audio, and therefore it is determined to perform the reverse recommendation operation, and the success of the sliding operation (for example, the hollow heart-shaped icon is changed into a hollow heart-shaped icon with a crack in the middle) may be fed back to the user through a preset indication or icon, or only relevant information may be transmitted to the background without feeding back to the user. And the second sliding operation can indicate to switch the currently played audio and display the switched result on the playing interface. This process is illustrated in fig. 3E. In fig. 3E, the left interface schematically shows that the user performed a first right-sliding operation on the current playing interface of song a, and the operation result of the right-sliding operation is shown in the middle interface in fig. 3E on the one hand, and the hollow heart-shaped icon in the playing interface is changed into a cracked hollow heart-shaped icon; on the other hand, the information of the right slide operation is transmitted to the audio radio station or the application of the audio radio station to perform audio anti-recommendation. When the user performs the second right-swipe operation based on the playing interface shown in the middle interface, the operation result is shown in the right interface in fig. 3E, and the information of the switched song X is displayed while the switched audio is played. By the mode, the user can flexibly select the required operation and can clearly know the operation result of the corresponding operation. Of course, in practical applications, the first sliding operation may be switched, and the second sliding operation may express that the current audio is not preferred.
A usage scenario of the above process is illustrated in fig. 3F, a user performs a left-sliding operation on a play interface of song a, and after determining that the left-sliding operation meets a preset operation, the mobile terminal sends related information of the left-sliding operation to an audio radio background server to perform an audio recommendation operation. Assuming that the originally prepared audio of the audio station background server is song C, D, E, F, G, after receiving the information of the left slide operation, replacing songs E and F with songs X and Y according to a certain recommendation rule based on the information of song a carried in the left slide operation. Then the audio station, after having played song a, will subsequently select a song to play in song X, Y, C, D, G.
The right-slide recommendation operation is similar except that songs that satisfy certain similarity rules with Song A will be reduced or even not played.
In addition, in another possible manner, if the gesture operation matches the first sliding operation, it may be determined that the target operation is a collection operation based on the currently played audio; and if the gesture operation is matched with the second sliding operation, determining that the target operation is a switching operation based on the currently played audio.
Further, a third sliding operation and a fourth sliding operation in different directions may be provided, for example, the first sliding operation is a left sliding operation, the second sliding operation is a right sliding operation, the third sliding operation is an up sliding operation, and the fourth sliding operation is a down sliding operation. If the gesture operation is matched with the third sliding operation, determining that the target operation is a recommendation operation based on the currently played audio; and if the gesture operation is matched with the fourth sliding operation, determining that the target operation is an inverse recommendation operation based on the currently played audio.
Therefore, the various sliding operations and the corresponding target operations can be flexibly set according to the needs, can be matched at will, and can realize corresponding functions.
Step S208: and executing target operation according to the information of the currently played audio, and playing and/or displaying the operation result of the target operation through an audio radio station.
For example, if the target operation is a recommendation operation, audio may be recommended to the user without the user's perception through a recommendation algorithm or a neural network model (including but not limited to a ranking model, a scoring model, etc.) for making the recommendation, and the recommended audio may be played through an audio station. From the perspective of the user, the user feels that the audio to be listened to is more in line with his/her preference. In the embodiment of the invention, the specific recommendation algorithm or the specific neural network model is not limited.
For another example, if the target operation is an anti-recommendation operation, it is also possible to exclude the audio that the user does not like by a recommendation algorithm or a neural network model for performing recommendation without the user's perception, select the audio that matches the user's preference, and play the audio that the user prefers by an audio radio station. From the user's perspective, less and less disliked audio is perceived to be heard, or even directly no longer, while more and more favorite audio is perceived to be heard.
For another example, if the target operation is a collection operation, the audio corresponding to the collection operation may be collected into a collection list of the user, and a collection result may be displayed to the user through a playing interface of the audio radio station.
For another example, if the target operation is a switching operation, the currently played audio may be switched to another audio, the switched audio is played through the audio radio station, and the related information of the switched audio is displayed through the playing interface of the audio radio station, and so on.
Therefore, through the process, the user can realize interaction with the audio radio station through simple gesture operation, so that the audio radio station can know own preference or intention, and further more satisfactory audio radio station service is obtained.
In addition, in a feasible manner, the audio of the first subset in the audio set to be played can be cached locally while the audio radio station plays the audio; and instructing the audio radio station to play the audio in the second subset of the audio set to be played after the current audio is played; the audio in the first subset and the audio in the second subset are audio with the same source but different contents, and the audio in the first subset and the audio in the second subset satisfy a playing rule continuity, where the playing rule continuity is used to indicate that multiple audio are played in time sequence, such as sequential playing, circular playing, and the like. For example, the audio station has played the audio A, B, C and D in the second audio set online, and if the online playing state is still maintained, the audio E in the second audio set will continue to be played, but if the online playing state is switched to the offline playing state, the audio X in the first audio set will be played continuously after the audio D is played, and then the audio Y after the audio X in the first audio set will be played. The playing of each audio in the first audio set adopts a sequential playing form, and similarly, the playing of each audio in the first audio set also adopts a sequential playing form. During the switching between audio D and audio X, audio D can be switched to audio X again after the continuous playing is completed using the local cache data.
Optionally, the audio in the first audio set and the audio in the second audio set are audio that is played sequentially according to a preset playing rule. The preset playing rules include, but are not limited to, sequential playing, loop playing, and the like.
Further, when the audio radio station is determined to be changed from the online state to the offline state, the audio radio station is instructed to acquire the audio in the first subset from the local cache to play.
For example, if the audio recommended to the user a constitutes an audio set X, X may be divided into two subsets X1 and X2, where the number of respective audios and specific audios in X1 and X2 may be arbitrary, and there is no intersection, i.e., no overlap, between the audios in X1 and X2. The audio of one subset of the X1 and X2 is cached to the local electronic device where the audio station is located, and the other audio is played online. Alternatively, the amount of audio cached in the local subset may be less than the amount of the online played subset. Therefore, the method can meet the actual requirement and reduce the caching burden.
The audio cached in the local subset can still enable the user to continue to listen to the audio without perception when the electronic device is changed from the online state to the offline state, and the user experience is improved as in online playing.
But not limited thereto, through the division of the first subset and the second subset, more targeted obtaining of the user preference information can also be achieved. For example, the first subset and the second subset are divided according to performers, styles, languages, and the like, and further, more targeted user preferences are obtained according to the gesture operations performed by the user on the two subsets and the related information of the target operations corresponding to the gesture operations.
Example four
4A, a flowchart of steps of a data processing method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is shown.
In this embodiment, the data processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention is described with an example in which the preset operations include a first sliding operation and a second sliding operation, the first sliding operation is a left sliding operation, the second sliding operation is a right sliding operation, the target operation corresponding to the first sliding operation is a recommended operation, and the target operation corresponding to the second sliding operation is an anti-recommended operation.
The data processing method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S302: and playing the audio through the audio radio station and displaying a playing interface.
For example, a song "yearly" is played through a music station, and a play interface is presented through which "yearly" related information, such as song title information, artist information, album information, and so forth, is presented.
Step S304: and receiving gesture operation of a user for the currently played audio through a playing interface of the audio radio station.
For example, the user performs a left-slide operation or a right-slide operation through the "yearly move" play interface.
Step S306: and if the gesture operation is matched with the preset operation, determining a target operation corresponding to the preset operation.
As described above, in this embodiment, the preset operation includes a left slide operation and a right slide operation, where the target operation corresponding to the left slide operation is a recommendation operation, and the target operation corresponding to the right slide operation is an anti-recommendation operation.
Then, when the user performs a leftward sliding operation on the "yearly good" playing interface through the touch screen, the operation is matched with a preset leftward sliding operation, and the audio radio station performs a recommendation operation; similarly, if the user performs a rightward sliding operation on the playing interface of "yearly good" through the touch screen, the operation matches with the preset rightward sliding operation, and the audio station performs a reverse recommendation operation.
Step S308: and executing the target operation according to the information of the currently played audio.
Because the target operation in this embodiment mainly includes a recommendation operation and an inverse recommendation operation, this embodiment provides an audio recommendation model to perform audio recommendation according to the gesture operation of the user and the information of the currently played audio operated by the gesture operation. The audio recommendation model may be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and includes, but is not limited to, a ranking model, a scoring model, and the like. Through the mode of audio recommendation model, can realize comparatively accurate audio recommendation on the one hand, on the other hand, audio recommendation model can constantly study and improve by oneself to make the recommendation result more close to the user, also more accurate. It should be noted that, in other passive service scenarios of the user, the audio recommendation model may be implemented as a corresponding service object recommendation model, and the scheme of this embodiment may also be applied.
In one possible approach, one user may correspond to one audio recommendation model, such as a lightweight audio recommendation model. The lightweight audio recommendation model can be initially trained through big data or preset with corresponding model parameters, and then continuously learns the data of the corresponding user, so that the final output of the model is more in line with the preference of the corresponding user.
Based on this, in a possible manner, when the target operation includes a recommended operation, the performing the target operation according to the information of the current business object operated by the operation may include: generating structured data according to the information of the operation and the information of the current business object operated by the operation; and inputting the structured data into a service object recommendation model corresponding to the operation user for operation, and filtering the service object to be recommended according to the user preference data output by the service object recommendation model to obtain the filtered service object to be recommended. Specifically, in the audio station scenario of this embodiment, when the target operation includes a recommendation operation, the performing the target operation according to the currently played audio information may include: generating structured data according to the information of the gesture operation and the information of the currently played audio; and inputting the structured data into an audio recommendation model corresponding to the operation user of the gesture operation, and determining the audio to be recommended from an audio library according to the user preference data output by the audio recommendation model.
When the target operation comprises an inverse recommendation operation, performing the target operation according to the information of the current business object operated by the operation may comprise: generating structured data according to the information of the operation and the information of the current business object; and inputting the structured data into a service object recommendation model corresponding to the operation user for operation, and filtering the service object to be recommended according to the user preference data output by the service object recommendation model to obtain the filtered service object to be recommended. Specifically, in the audio station scenario of this embodiment, when the target operation includes an anti-recommendation operation, the performing the target operation according to the information of the currently played audio may include: generating structured data according to the information of the gesture operation and the information of the currently played audio; and inputting the structured data into an audio recommendation model corresponding to the operation user of the gesture operation, and filtering the audio in an audio library according to the user preference data output by the audio recommendation model to determine the audio to be recommended.
Wherein the information of the operation comprises: operation content information of the operation, and the number information of times that the same operation is performed by the operation user; the information of the business object includes attribute information of the business object. In particular to the foregoing audio station scenario, the information of the gesture operation may include: the operation content information of the gesture operation, and the number information of times that the same gesture operation is executed by the operation user; the information of the audio includes attribute information of the audio. For example, the operation content information of the current gesture operation is information representing a left-sliding operation; the number information is information representing the number of times that the gesture operation is performed by the user as the same gesture operation, such as the gesture operation performed by the user is performed as the 5 th gesture operation, and so on. The attribute information of the audio is used to characterize the attributes of the audio, including, but not limited to, name information, performer information, genre information, album information, language information, and the like of the audio.
The information of the gesture operation and the information of the currently played audio are used for generating the structured data, so that the audio recommendation model can process the data more conveniently and quickly, and the data processing burden of the model is reduced. The specific form of the structured data is determined according to the audio recommendation model, and the generated structured data can meet the input requirement of the audio recommendation model.
In a passive service scene, after the filtered service object to be recommended is obtained, the filtered service object to be recommended can be filtered again according to the authority information of the operating user, and a service object matched with the authority information is obtained. For a passive consumption audio radio station scene, after the audio to be recommended is determined from an audio library through an audio recommendation model, the audio to be recommended can be filtered according to the authority information of the operating user on the audio radio station, and the audio matched with the authority information is obtained. For example, if the user is a non-member or non-paid member of an audio station and can only listen to free audio, if the audio to be recommended determined from the audio library includes paid audio, the paid audio may be filtered according to the authority information of the operating user. Therefore, smooth and complete audio playing can be realized by the audio radio station, the conditions of a certain audio clip and the like can not be played, and the use experience of the audio radio station of a user is further improved.
In addition, in this embodiment, the service object recommendation model, such as the audio recommendation model, may be in a continuously learning state all the time, that is, the model parameters may be adjusted according to the gesture operation of each user, so that the output of the model is more suitable for the requirements of the current user. That is, after the user performs each gesture operation, the model parameters in the service object recommendation model, such as the audio recommendation model, may be adjusted according to the information of the operation, such as the information of the gesture operation, and the information of the service object, such as the information of the audio operated by the gesture operation. By the method, accurate recommendation through the service object recommendation model such as the audio recommendation model can be realized, and the use experience of the user can be further improved.
Step S310: and playing and/or displaying the operation result of the target operation through the audio radio station.
For example, playing the recommended audio and presenting information related to the audio, etc.
The recommendation process will be described below with an example of a recommendation operation for a music station, and the sequence of the recommendation process is shown in fig. 4B.
In fig. 4B, the client is disposed in a terminal device such as a mobile phone or an IPAD, and may be a music station APP or an application APP with a music station function. The server, the algorithm model and the library may be set in one or more servers according to their magnitudes, or may be set in the terminal device where the client is located as well.
As can be seen from fig. 4B, when the user performs a gesture operation on the currently played music a, behavior data of a series of user behaviors (including behavior data generated according to information of the gesture operation of the user and information of the currently played music a) corresponding to the gesture operation is collected by the client; the behavior data is subjected to data conversion through a server side to generate structured data; this structured data will then be output to an algorithmic model, in this example a scoring model, to score the current round (for ease of description, this example is set to the first round of calculation scoring); after the algorithm model is subjected to the first round of calculation and scoring, outputting scoring sequences; the music library recommends the music obtained from the music type source (music resource library) according to the ranking order to form a recommended music pool; because the music works usually involve copyright problems, the music in the recommended music pool can be filtered once to eliminate the music which cannot be played by the current music station, and the music after conditional filtering before the output of the model shown in fig. 4B is formed; moreover, for the music platform, users are generally distinguished, such as paid users, non-paid users, member users, non-member users and the like, and based on the distinction, the users can be authenticated to acquire authority information of the users; further, based on the authority information of the user, the music which is filtered for the first time is filtered again, so that the music which is recommended to the current user is the music which can be consumed by the user; further, the music is played through the music station, and recommended music consumption is performed. By this, music recommendation and consumption for the current turn of the current gesture operation are completed.
Further, the user can continue to operate on the currently recommended music and trigger the next round of music recommendation and consumption. As shown in fig. 4B, the user may perform positive feedback for the recommended music of the current message, such as expressing liking of the current music through a left-swipe operation, or perform negative feedback, such as expressing disliking of the current music through a right-swipe operation. In this example, the left-swipe operation indicates to perform the collection operation while expressing a liking of the current music; the right-swipe operation instructs to perform the song-cutting operation while expressing dislike of the current music. The behavior data formed by the operation is still collected by the client and sent to the server to be converted into structured data, and then the structured data is input into the algorithm model to be subjected to subsequent operation. In order to distinguish from the previous operation, data formed by the operation is directly returned to a machine learning link in fig. 4B, so that the algorithm model is continuously learned and improved, and a result output by the algorithm model after each learning and improvement is transmitted to the recommended music pool, so that more accurate recommendation is performed.
As can be seen from the above, in this example, the user likes or is interested in recommended music through the left-sliding operation, the corresponding gesture operation is fed back to the recommendation algorithm model, the music content that the user likes is diffused or recommended in real time, and meanwhile, the gesture also triggers the collection operation to collect the song into my collection. And the right-sliding operation represents that the user dislikes or is not interested in recommended music, the corresponding gesture operation is fed back to the recommendation algorithm model, the disliked music content represented by the user is converged or is not recommended any more in real time, and meanwhile, the gesture can trigger the song-cutting operation to be switched to the next song. Therefore, recommended music can be fed back quickly according to user preference, the user and the recommendation algorithm model are established to be linked quickly and efficiently, and the recommendation algorithm model learns and adjusts recommended content quickly according to low-cost preference feedback in the music consumption process of the user. And the gesture operation is simple and easy to realize, the user operation is reduced to be extremely simple, and the feedback efficiency is greatly improved.
In addition, according to the embodiment, for an audio radio station in which a user listens to a scene passively, a playing interface of the audio radio station is used to receive a gesture operation of the user, and if the gesture operation is matched with a preset operation, a target operation based on a currently played audio corresponding to the gesture operation is provided.
