本发明公开了一种烘培机,包括架体、筒体、滚筒、风扇、加温装置,所述架体上端设有筒体,筒体内设有可自由转动的滚筒,搜索滚筒一端设有固定在筒体上的加温装置,加温装置外侧设有风扇,通过风扇将加温装置的热气吹到滚筒内。其结构设计简单,制作简便,使用方便,效率高,减少人工,降低成本,有利于产品的推广。

本发明属于茶叶加工技术领域,具体涉及一种烘培机。
背景技术
茶叶烘培又称制茶(炒茶)即用温火烘茶,古代制茶技术。焙茶是为了再次清除茶叶中的水分,以便更好地保藏贮存。这是古人采用寓贮于焙、既贮又培的科学制茶方法。目前,茶叶杀青大多效率低,浪费人力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种烘培机,克服了现有技术的上述不足,其结构设计简单,制作简便,使用方便,效率高,减少人工,降低成本,有利于产品的推广。
为了达到上述设计目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种烘培机,包括架体、筒体、滚筒、风扇、加温装置,所述架体上端设有筒体,筒体内设有可自由转动的滚筒,搜索滚筒一端设有固定在筒体上的加温装置,加温装置外侧设有风扇,通过风扇将加温装置的热气吹到滚筒内。
所述筒体外侧还设有控制箱,用于设定加温装置的温度,时间,风扇的启动及风力。
所述加温装置与滚筒之间设有滤网棉,所述滤网棉为透气、防尘的耐高温结构。
所述滤网棉一侧设有百叶,百叶为倾斜结构。
所述滚筒两端内侧设有边沿。
本发明所述的烘培机的有益效果是:其结构设计简单,制作简便,使用方便,效率高,减少人工,降低成本,有利于产品的推广。

下面对本发明的最佳实施方案作进一步的详细的描述。
如图1-2所示,所述烘培机,包括架体1、筒体2、滚筒3、控制箱4、风扇5、加温装置6、滤网棉7,所述架体1上端设有筒体2,筒体2内设有可自由转动的滚筒3,搜索滚筒3一端设有固定在筒体2上的加温装置6,加温装置6外侧设有风扇5,通过风扇5将加温装置6的热气吹到滚筒3内,对其内的茶叶进行烘培。
所述筒体2外侧还设有控制箱4,用于设定加温装置6的温度,时间,风扇5的启动及风力。
所述加温装置6与滚筒3之间设有滤网棉7,所述滤网棉7为透气、防尘的耐高温结构。
所述滤网棉7一侧设有百叶,通过百叶可改变风向,降低风速,避免茶叶被吹出。
所述滚筒3两端内侧设有边沿8,防止茶叶测漏。

1.一种烘培机,其特征在于:包括架体、筒体、滚筒、风扇、加温装置,所述架体上端设有筒体,筒体内设有可自由转动的滚筒,搜索滚筒一端设有固定在筒体上的加温装置,加温装置外侧设有风扇,通过风扇将加温装置的热气吹到滚筒内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烘培机,其特征在于:所述筒体外侧还设有控制箱,用于设定加温装置的温度,时间,风扇的启动及风力。
3.根据权利要求2所述的烘培机,其特征在于:所述加温装置与滚筒之间设有滤网棉,所述滤网棉为透气、防尘的耐高温结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的烘培机,其特征在于:所述滤网棉一侧设有百叶,百叶为倾斜结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的烘培机,其特征在于:所述滚筒两端内侧设有边沿。
