本发明公开了一种用于工程机械的重油污垢清洗液,由下列重量份的成分组成:664清洗剂30‑90份、聚乙二醇20‑70份、105清洗剂30‑70份、乳化油10‑30份、表面活性剂10‑40份、氢氧化钠10‑30份、羧基乙酸10‑30份、油酸甲10‑30份、助剂10‑30份、除锈剂10‑30份、防腐剂10‑30份、缓蚀剂10‑30份、水20‑100份。成本低,可以对目前使用的工程机械进行全方位清洗,能够将重油污垢彻底清除,且清洗无残留,对工件无损伤,对人体无伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗液,具体是一种用于工程机械的重油污垢清洗液,属于工程机械清洗材料技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知,工程机械一般是用在机械强度比较大的地方,其作业强度较大,在其表面容易堆积灰尘和污垢,且不易清洗,目前使用的有普通的清洗剂,还有的采用汽油或者柴油进行清洗,上述清洗剂虽然能够清洗掉工程机械表面上存在的一些灰尘和污垢,但是也存在一些问题,例如:普通的清洗剂清洗效果不理想,达不到彻底去除污垢的效果,柴油或者汽油清洗重油污垢虽然能达到很好的效果,但是其价格高,还有就是汽油或者柴油属于易燃易爆物质,在现场装配设备时会由于焊接以及静电等因素产生的火花发生爆炸,就会引发安全事故,且汽油或者柴油挥发性较大,会对工作环境造成不良影响,甚至会发生中毒事件。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种用于工程机械的重油污垢清洗液,成本低,可以对目前使用的工程机械进行全方位清洗,能够将重油污垢彻底清除,且清洗无残留,对工件无损伤,对人体无伤害。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于工程机械的重油污垢清洗液,由下列重量份的成分组成:664清洗剂30-90份、聚乙二醇20-70份、105清洗剂30-70份、乳化油10-30份、表面活性剂10-40份、氢氧化钠10-30份、羧基乙酸10-30份、油酸甲10-30份、助剂10-30份、除锈剂10-30份、防腐剂10-30份、缓蚀剂10-30份、水20-100份。
进一步,由下列重量份的成分组成:664清洗剂30份、聚乙二醇20份、105清洗剂30份、乳化油10份、表面活性剂10份、氢氧化钠10份、羧基乙酸10份、油酸甲10份、助剂10份、除锈剂10份、防腐剂10份、缓蚀剂10份、水20份。
进一步,由下列重量份的成分组成:664清洗剂90份、聚乙二醇70份、105清洗剂70份、乳化油30份、表面活性剂40份、氢氧化钠30份、羧基乙酸30份、油酸甲30份、助剂30份、除锈剂30份、防腐剂30份、缓蚀剂30份、水100份。
所述的表面活性剂为烷基苯硫酸钠。
所述的助剂为三聚磷酸钠。
与现有技术相比,本发明的清洗性能好,成本低,可以对目前使用的工程机械进行全方位清洗,能够将重油污垢彻底清除,且清洗无残留,对工件无损伤,对人体无伤害。

1.一种用于工程机械的重油污垢清洗液,其特征在于,由下列重量份的成分组成:664清洗剂30-90份、聚乙二醇20-70份、105清洗剂30-70份、乳化油10-30份、表面活性剂10-40份、氢氧化钠10-30份、羧基乙酸10-30份、油酸甲10-30份、助剂10-30份、除锈剂10-30份、防腐剂10-30份、缓蚀剂10-30份、水20-100份。
