Abstract
本发明公开了一种建筑工程机械用清洗剂,由下列重量份的成分组成:聚氧乙烯烷基酚25‑35份;聚氧乙烯脂肪醇12‑18份;乳化油8‑9份;表面活性剂12‑15份;助洗剂5‑8份;抗氧化剂5.5‑8.5份;防腐剂6‑9份;缓蚀剂6.5‑9.5份;去离子水10‑20份。通过上述方式,本发明能够将污垢彻底清除,清洗无残留,对工件无损伤,对人体无伤害,且具有一定的防锈能力,增加了工件的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程机械的领域,特别是涉及一种建筑工程机械用清洗剂。
背景技术
众所周知,建筑工程机械一般是用在机械强度比较大的地方,其作业强度较大,在其表面容易堆积灰尘和污垢,且不易清洗,目前使用的清洗剂清洗效果不理想,达不到彻底去除污垢的效果。
同时,现有的建筑工程机械由于多为金属材料所制成,容易出现生锈的现象,从而导致其缩短了使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种建筑工程机械用清洗剂,能够将污垢彻底清除,清洗无残留,对工件无损伤,对人体无伤害,且具有一定的防锈能力,增加了工件的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种建筑工程机械用清洗剂,由下列重量份的成分组成:
聚氧乙烯烷基酚 25-35份;
聚氧乙烯脂肪醇 12-18份;
乳化油 8-9份;
表面活性剂 12-15份;
助洗剂 5-8份;
抗氧化剂 5.5-8.5份;
防腐剂 6-9份;
缓蚀剂 6.5-9.5份;
去离子水 10-20份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述助洗剂采用碳酸钠、硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠中的多种或一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗氧化剂采用二丁基羟基甲苯或丁基羟基茴香醚。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐剂采用山梨酸钾、苯甲酸和钠盐中的一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述缓蚀剂采用亚硝酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐、钙酸盐和磷酸盐中的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的建筑工程机械用清洗剂,能够将污垢彻底清除,清洗无残留,对工件无损伤,对人体无伤害,且具有一定的防锈能力,增加了工件的使用寿命。

一种建筑工程机械用清洗剂,由下列重量份的成分组成:
聚氧乙烯烷基酚 25份;
聚氧乙烯脂肪醇 12份;
乳化油 8份;
表面活性剂 12份;
助洗剂 5份;
抗氧化剂 5.5份;
防腐剂 6份;
缓蚀剂 6.5份;
去离子水 10份。
上述中,所述表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠,烷基苯磺酸钠是一种人工合成的洗涤剂,活性物含量30%-40%,具有去污、湿润、发泡、乳化、分散的表面活性,因起泡力强,去污力高,易与各种助剂复配和成本较低等特点,因而用途广泛。
其中,所述助洗剂采用碳酸钠,去污能力好,缩短了清洗时间,加快工作效率。
进一步的,所述抗氧化剂采用二丁基羟基甲苯;所述防腐剂采用山梨酸钾;所述缓蚀剂采用亚硝酸盐和钼酸盐。通过抗氧化剂、防腐剂和缓蚀剂的配合使用,使得使用清洗剂后建筑工程机械具有一定的防锈能力,增加了建筑工程机械的使用寿命。

聚氧乙烯烷基酚 30份;
聚氧乙烯脂肪醇 15份;
乳化油 7.5份;
表面活性剂 13份;
助洗剂 6份;
抗氧化剂 7份;
防腐剂 8份;
缓蚀剂 8.5份;
去离子水 15份。
上述中,所述表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠,烷基苯磺酸钠是一种人工合成的洗涤剂,活性物含量30%-40%,具有去污、湿润、发泡、乳化、分散的表面活性,因起泡力强,去污力高,易与各种助剂复配和成本较低等特点,因而用途广泛。
其中,所述助洗剂采用硅酸钠,去污能力好,缩短了清洗时间,加快工作效率。
进一步的,所述抗氧化剂采用丁基羟基茴香醚;所述防腐剂采用苯甲酸;所述缓蚀剂采用钨酸盐、钙酸盐。通过抗氧化剂、防腐剂和缓蚀剂的配合使用,使得使用清洗剂后建筑工程机械具有一定的防锈能力,增加了建筑工程机械的使用寿命。

一种建筑工程机械用清洗剂,由下列重量份的成分组成:
聚氧乙烯烷基酚 35份;
聚氧乙烯脂肪醇 18份;
乳化油 9份;
表面活性剂 15份;
助洗剂 8份;
抗氧化剂 8.5份;
防腐剂 9份;
缓蚀剂 9.5份;
去离子水 20份。

聚氧乙烯脂肪醇 12-18份;
乳化油 8-9份;
表面活性剂 12-15份;
助洗剂 5-8份;
抗氧化剂 5.5-8.5份;
防腐剂 6-9份;
缓蚀剂 6.5-9.5份;
去离子水 10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑工程机械用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑工程机械用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述助洗剂采用碳酸钠、硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠中的多种或一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的建筑工程机械用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂采用二丁基羟基甲苯或丁基羟基茴香醚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的建筑工程机械用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂采用山梨酸钾、苯甲酸和钠盐中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的建筑工程机械用清洗剂,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂采用亚硝酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐、钙酸盐和磷酸盐中的一种或多种。
