Abstract

一种加强型泡沫胶带及其制备方法,属于包装技术领域,泡沫胶带由隔离层、胶层和泡沫层构成;胶层的上表面为平面层,胶层的下表面上设有胶状凸起和胶状凹陷,泡沫层的上表面上设有泡沫凸起和泡沫凹陷,泡沫层的下表面为平面层,胶层的下表面与泡沫层的上表面相互粘接,胶状凸起与泡沫凹陷相粘接,胶状凹陷与泡沫凸起相粘接。本发明结构新颖,方法简单,制备原理清晰,泡沫胶带由隔离层、胶层和泡沫层构成,其中胶层和泡沫层上均设置凸起和凹陷,增加了胶层与泡沫层之间的咬合力,本发明解决了传统泡胶带强度不足的缺陷,确保了产品的实用性能,降低了产品的损失。

一种加强型泡沫胶带及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于包装技术领域,涉及一种泡沫胶带及其制备方法,特别是涉及一种加强型泡沫胶带及其制备方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,随处可见张贴于墙面、玻璃、塑料、水泥柱上的海报、广告、招聘信息、安全标示等等。而传统所用的粘接物为双面胶带或者一些不带基材的胶体,多数只能使用一次,粘贴后容易产生残胶或者粘死问题。胶和需固定物也都不能回收重复使用,且容易对被贴材料(墙面、玻璃、塑料、水泥柱等)形成污染,甚至刚贴完发现贴错、贴歪都不能更正,同时也产生了大量的垃圾且较高的费用。
而带基底层的此类泡沫胶带在贴合一些大角度、或者不规则的不平的曲面时容易产品翘口和贴和不牢固等问题。而近期所用的一些无基底层的单面泡沫胶带对泡沫的发泡倍率和厚度又有较高的要求,发泡倍率大剥离时很容易基材破坏,而厚度太厚或太薄又较难剥离和重工,且在冲型加工或使用过程中容易变形,甚至因被固定物重量过大而使泡沫层断裂等问题。
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,急需发明一种加强型泡沫胶带及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明针对现有传统泡沫胶带强度差、附着力不强,容易造成粘贴不牢固等不足,提出一种加强型泡沫胶带及其制备方法,泡沫胶带结构新颖,加工方法简单,能解决上述问题的不足,可增加了泡沫的强度,抗撕和抗断性能也有所提升,保护了产品的安全,降低了损失。
本发明的技术方案是:一种加强型泡沫胶带,其特征在于:所述泡沫胶带由隔离层、胶层和泡沫层构成;所述胶层的上表面为平面层,所述胶层的下表面上设有胶状凸起和胶状凹陷,所述泡沫层的上表面上设有泡沫凸起和泡沫凹陷,所述泡沫层的下表面为平面层,所述胶层的下表面与泡沫层的上表面相互粘接,所述胶状凸起与泡沫凹陷相粘接,所述胶状凹陷与泡沫凸起相粘接。
所述泡沫胶带整体的厚度不少于2mm。
所述泡沫层的厚度略大于胶层,两者厚度和不大于1.8mm。
所述隔离层为单面离型PE 膜,其离型力为25g。
所述胶层上胶干量为80g/m²。
所述胶状凸起的凸起高度与胶状凹陷的凹陷深度相等。
一种加强型泡沫胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,加工方法如下:
(1)备料与称量:甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、膨胀蛭石、二氧化硅、二氟二氯甲烷和水按配比逐一称量备用;
(2)搅拌预分散:将有机颜料、泡沫稳定剂混合搅拌均匀,后加入填料和水,继续搅拌分散均匀;
(3)发泡:由反应器底部通氮气鼓泡反应,然后抽真空,常压密闭反应2小时,
(4)加热:在80℃反应釜中加热1h;
(5)调浆:将光催化剂加入研磨好的浆料中搅拌分散均匀;
(6)注塑:将浆料置于模型中冷却定型;
(7)泡沫层制备:拆开模具,取出带矩形齿的泡沫层;
(8)胶层制备:将液体胶质注入到模型中,制成带矩形齿的胶层;
(9)复合:将胶层与泡沫层进行复合粘接;
(10)粘接隔离层;
(11)检验各项指标合格后包装。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的一种加强型泡沫胶带的制备方法,结构新颖,方法简单,制备原理清晰,泡沫胶带由隔离层、胶层和泡沫层构成,其中胶层和泡沫层上均设置凸起和凹陷,增加了胶层与泡沫层之间的咬合力,本发明解决了传统泡胶带强度不足的缺陷,确保了产品的实用性能,降低了产品的损失。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1-3所示,一种加强型泡沫胶带,泡沫胶带由隔离层1、胶层2和泡沫层3构成;胶层2的上表面为平面层,胶层2的下表面上设有胶状凸起2-1和胶状凹陷2-2,泡沫层3的上表面上设有泡沫凸起3-2和泡沫凹陷3-1,泡沫层3的下表面为平面层,胶层2的下表面与泡沫层3的上表面相互粘接,胶状凸起2-1与泡沫凹陷3-1相粘接,胶状凹陷2-2与泡沫凸起3-2相粘接。
如图1-3所示,一种加强型泡沫胶带,泡沫胶带整体的厚度不少于2mm;泡沫层3的厚度略大于胶层,两者厚度和不大于1.8mm;隔离层1为单面离型PE 膜,其离型力为25g;胶层2上胶干量为80g/m²;胶状凸起2-1的凸起高度与胶状凹陷2-2的凹陷深度相等。
如图1-3所示,一种加强型泡沫胶带,一种加强型泡沫胶带的制备方法,加工方法如下:
(1)备料与称量:甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、膨胀蛭石、二氧化硅、二氟二氯甲烷和水按配比逐一称量备用;
(2)搅拌预分散:将有机颜料、泡沫稳定剂混合搅拌均匀,后加入填料和水,继续搅拌分散均匀;
(3)发泡:由反应器底部通氮气鼓泡反应,然后抽真空,常压密闭反应2小时,
(4)加热:在80℃反应釜中加热1h;
(5)调浆:将光催化剂加入研磨好的浆料中搅拌分散均匀;
(6)注塑:将浆料置于模型中冷却定型;
(7)泡沫层制备:拆开模具,取出带矩形齿的泡沫层;
(8)胶层制备:将液体胶质注入到模型中,制成带矩形齿的胶层;
(9)复合:将胶层与泡沫层进行复合粘接;
(10)粘接隔离层;
(11)检验各项指标合格后包装。

1.一种加强型泡沫胶带,其特征在于:所述泡沫胶带由隔离层(1)、胶层(2)和泡沫层(3)构成;所述胶层(2)的上表面为平面层,所述胶层(2)的下表面上设有胶状凸起(2-1)和胶状凹陷(2-2),所述泡沫层(3)的上表面上设有泡沫凸起(3-2)和泡沫凹陷(3-1),所述泡沫层(3)的下表面为平面层,所述胶层(2)的下表面与泡沫层(3)的上表面相互粘接,所述胶状凸起(2-1)与泡沫凹陷(3-1)相粘接,所述胶状凹陷(2-2)与泡沫凸起(3-2)相粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型泡沫胶带,其特征在于:所述泡沫胶带整体的厚度不少于2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型泡沫胶带,其特征在于:所述泡沫层(3)的厚度略大于胶层,两者厚度和不大于1.8mm。
