技术领域
本发明属于材料科学技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于电力系统的电缆材料。
背景技术
随着国家电网建设的飞速发展,高压电力电缆的应用越来越多,人们对供电可靠率的要求也越来越高。为确保电缆安全稳定运行,杜绝新投产及运行线路出现接地线、同轴电缆出现各种安全问题。但在一些频繁运动的应用场合,电缆线经常被频繁弯曲或拉伸,导致电缆线的使用寿命短,电缆容易破裂或折断,传统的聚氯乙烯电缆常常满足不了电线电缆在实际运用中的抗老化需求。
此外,近年来世界各国对电线电缆的公害现状十分重视,均制定了法律法规电线电缆制造过程及报废的处理实施全面监控,要求电线电缆制造企业采用符合环保的材料取代传统材料,尤其是对产品的安全性、无毒性指标格外严格,以达到绿色环保的要求。
发明内容
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种用于电力系统的电缆材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:
复合橡胶40-50%;
增塑剂0.1-1%;
润滑剂0.1-3%;
聚乙烯醇缩丁醛0.1-3%;
铝镁系阻燃剂0.1-3%;
丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料 40-60%。
本发明制备的电缆材料耐老化、强度大、柔韧性、拉伸性好。

本发明所述一种用于电力系统的电缆材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:复合橡胶45%、增塑剂0.5%、润滑剂0.5%、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1%、铝镁系阻燃剂2%、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料 51%。
