背景技术
随着社会防火意识的增强,越来越多的场合要求使用的橡胶制品具有阻燃性,例如煤矿中的运输带,导风筒,电缆;建筑领域用的铺地材料,门窗密封条,家用电器;船舶中使用的许多橡胶制品等。目前使用的阻燃剂普遍存在阻燃效率不高、功能单一、与橡胶基体相容性较差等缺陷。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种阻燃丁苯橡胶,机械性能损失非常小,阻燃效果明显,符合工业生产和日常使用要求。
所述阻燃丁苯橡胶,包括以下重量份的原料:
丁苯橡胶-1500 100份、硬脂酸1份、硫黄3份、氧化锌5份、促进剂NOBS 1份、防老剂4010NA 1份、炭黑N330 10份、白炭黑40份、水滑石80份、微囊红磷10份、磷酸三甲苯酯10份。
本发明提供的阻燃丁苯橡胶,其有益效果在于,机械性能损失非常小,阻燃效果明显,符合工业生产和日常使用要求。
