本发明涉及一种建筑浆的加工方法,具体是一种防止漏水和气的沙浆加工方法。
背景技术
如修建沼气,用水泥沙浆或水泥石灰沙浆都有渗漏水或气问题。目前还没有找到解决办法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种防止漏水和气的沙浆加工方法,用防止漏水和气的沙浆建沼气,会降低沼气设施中沼气的损耗,从而提高沼气产量。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
重量比为:细河沙∶水泥∶泥土粉=10∶4-6∶2-4,兑水调浆。
具体实施方式:包括如下工艺流程:
1、细河沙过筛,把过粗的河沙及渣滓筛走;
2、泥土粉,选新的泥土,晒干,打粉过筛,把过粗的泥土渣滓筛走;
3、细河沙、水泥、泥土粉三者搅拌均匀,兑水调浆;
4、用调好的浆砌墙和粉墙。
与现有技术不同点:在水泥沙浆用的基础上加入泥土粉的浆,砌墙和粉墙,提高沼气设施容器中的密封性。
有益效果:
在水泥沙浆用的基础上加入泥土粉的浆,砌墙和粉墙,提高沼气设施中容器的密封性。会降低沼气设施中沼气的损耗,从而提高沼气产量。
