技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,具体是一种抗变形水泥材料。
背景技术
水泥是一种粉状水硬性无机胶凝材料,加水搅拌后成浆体,能在空气中硬化或者在水中更好的硬化,并能把砂、石等材料牢固的胶结在一起,作为一种可靠的建筑材料,水泥的性能稳定,具有良好的塑性,可浇筑成各种形状和大小的构件,但是,水泥的抗变形能力较差,易开裂发生脆性破坏。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种抗变形水泥材料,使其在保留原有性质的基础上增加其抗变形能力。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下配方:
一种抗变形水泥材料,各组分及所占重量份数为:煤矸石30-35份,石灰石30-35份,脱硫石膏5-8份,水硬性碳酸钙4-6份,改性剂3-5份,岩石充填料4-6份,废渣充填料4-6份,纤维15-25份。
优选的,所述脱硫石膏为半水或者无水石膏。
优选的,所述改性剂为硫酸铝钾。
优选的,所述岩石充填料为重晶石。
优选的,所述废渣充填料为粉煤灰。
优选的,所述纤维为中碱玻璃纤维。
本发明所得水泥材料具有优良的抗变形能力,不易开裂发生脆性破坏。

一种抗变形水泥材料,各组分及所占重量份数为:煤矸石30-35份,石灰石30-35份,脱硫石膏5-8份,水硬性碳酸钙4-6份,改性剂3-5份,岩石充填料4-6份,废渣充填料4-6份,纤维15-25份。
优选的,所述脱硫石膏为半水或者无水石膏。
优选的,所述改性剂为硫酸铝钾。
优选的,所述岩石充填料为重晶石。
优选的,所述废渣充填料为粉煤灰。
优选的,所述纤维为中碱玻璃纤维。
本发明所得水泥材料具有优良的抗变形能力,不易开裂发生脆性破坏。

实施例3:
一种抗变形水泥材料,各组分及所占重量份数为:煤矸石35份,石灰石35份,脱硫石膏8份,水硬性碳酸钙6份,改性剂5份,岩石充填料6份,废渣充填料6份,纤维25份。

1.一种抗变形水泥材料,其特征在于,各组分及所占重量份数为:煤矸石30-35份,石灰石30-35份,脱硫石膏5-8份,水硬性碳酸钙4-6份,改性剂3-5份,岩石充填料4-6份,废渣充填料4-6份,纤维15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗变形水泥材料,其特征在于,所述脱硫石膏为半水或者无水石膏。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗变形水泥材料,其特征在于,所述改性剂为硫酸铝钾。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的抗变形水泥材料,其特征在于,所述岩石充填料为重晶石。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗变形水泥材料,其特征在于,所述废渣充填料为粉煤灰。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗变形水泥材料,其特征在于,所述纤维为中碱玻璃纤维。
