Description

Thread maintenance system, thread cleaning thereof, grease spraying gun head and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to, but is not limited to, maintenance techniques for drill threads, and in particular, but not limited to, a thread maintenance system, a thread cleaning gun head and device, and a thread grease spraying gun head and device.
Background
The underground petroleum exploitation tool generally adopts internal and external threads with set torque to carry out drilling and exploitation operation after connection lengthening. In the whole working flow, the threads are required to be frequently connected and disassembled, so that the fine degree of maintenance of thread 'thread protection' is directly determined on the aging and labor intensity of the whole working flow.
After the drilling tool is usually returned to the land after the well is produced, the drilling tool is subjected to flaw detection and 'button detection', and then 'thread protection' maintenance is carried out on the threads for preparation operation. According to investigation, the screw thread maintenance of the drilling tools by the international three petroleum companies, namely, the Schlenz, bekkes and Harybobton, is carried out in a special cleaning area by adopting a high-pressure water gun to clean and manually smear oil, and the maintenance efficiency is quite low without adopting any technical improvement and innovation form for the work. The maintenance of the drilling tool threads in China is approximately the same as that in abroad, and the original water gun cleaning and manual oiling maintenance are still performed. While the requirements for fine and mechanical maintenance are still undeveloped, the development of intelligent portable maintenance equipment is still in a blank stage. The conventional method has the advantages of high labor intensity, low efficiency, uneven coating, high environmental pollution and easy waste of raw materials. Mass production practices show that the grease must be uniformly smeared and the thickness is between 1/32in and 1/16in to achieve the best protection effect, and the traditional manual oiling cannot meet the operation requirement.

When the thread maintenance system of the embodiment is used for maintaining the threads of the drill collar, the high-pressure washer 11 is used for adjusting the proportion of high-pressure water in the cleaning fluid to the cleaning fluid, then a cleaning switch is selected through the radio remote controller 15, at the moment, the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve 14 is communicated with the thread cleaning passage, and the thread air-drying passage and the thread grease spraying passage are closed. Because the high-pressure washer 11 is depressurized, the cleaning liquid in the high-pressure washer is naturally conveyed to the first pipeline joint 126 through the cleaning liquid pipeline 13 and the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve 14, and is sprayed out through the nozzle on the cleaning arm; the flow of the cleaning solution drives the first mechanical rotary joint 122 to rotate, and further drives the first rotary joint connecting piece 123 to rotate together, so that the brush on the cleaning rod 124 brushes the threads; the cleaned soil is discharged to the soil recycling apparatus through the drain joint 127. The high-pressure washer 11 can be used for heating to generate high-temperature steam so as to effectively improve the cleaning efficiency and effect; meanwhile, the mixing proportion of the cleaning agent and water is adjustable, and the mixing proportion can be adjusted by observing the condition of flowing out dirt in the cleaning process, so that the use of the cleaning agent is effectively reduced, the pollution to the environment is reduced, and the environmental protection performance of the thread cleaning device is improved.
After the cleaning operation is completed, the radio remote controller 15 is switched to an air drying switch, at this time, the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve 14 is communicated with the thread air drying passage, the thread cleaning passage and the thread grease spraying passage are closed, and high-pressure air generated by the high-pressure air machine 21 passes through the pressure reducing valve 22 and the pressure regulating filter 23 and is conveyed to the thread cleaning gun head 12 through the first pipeline joint 126 to air-dry the threads.
After the air-drying operation is completed, the air-drying operation is switched to a spraying switch through the radio remote controller 15, at this time, the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve 14 is communicated with the threaded grease spraying passage, the threaded cleaning passage and the threaded air-drying passage are closed, high-pressure air generated by the high-pressure air machine 21 passes through the pressure reducing valve 22 and the pressure regulating filter 23 and then enters the oil mist sprayer 31, grease (such as screw oil and butter) in the oil mist sprayer 31 is atomized into oil mist under the action of the high-pressure air, and the oil mist enters the threaded grease spraying gun head 32 under the drive of the high-pressure air and is sprayed out through a nozzle on the spraying arm; the flow of the high pressure air and the oil mist drives the second mechanical rotary joint 322 to rotate, and further drives the second rotary joint connector 323 to rotate together, so that the spraying rod 324 sprays grease on the threads through the nozzle; excess grease in the threaded grease spray gun head 32 is discharged to a dirt recovery device through the drain fitting 327 (dirt produced during subsequent cleaning of the threads may also be discharged to a dirt recovery device through the drain fitting 327).
Example 2
This embodiment is described using an 8 inch thread on an internal thread drill collar as an example.
Referring to fig. 11-14, the thread maintenance system of the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 only in that:
the nozzle on the cleaning rod 124 of the screw cleaning gun head 12 and the nozzle on the spray rod 324 of the screw grease spray gun head 32 are respectively disposed opposite to the first mechanical rotary joint 122 and the second mechanical rotary joint 322;
the first seal cap 125 and the second seal cap 325 are shorter, and the first mechanical rotary joint 122, the first rotary joint connector 123, the cleaning rod 124, the second mechanical rotary joint 322, the second rotary joint connector 323, and the spraying rod 324 are not covered therein, so that they can be hermetically connected to the inner drill collar, thereby forming a sealed space.
The specific structure and dimensions of the first sealing cap 125 (second sealing cap 325) can be seen in fig. 15.
The thread service system of this embodiment operates in a manner similar to that of embodiment 1 when servicing threads of a stab drill collar.
Although the embodiments disclosed in the present application are described above, the embodiments are only used for facilitating understanding of the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application. Any person skilled in the art to which this application pertains will be able to make any modifications and variations in form and detail of implementation without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure, but the scope of the application is still subject to the scope of the claims appended hereto.
