Description

Thread maintenance system and thread cleaning and grease spraying gun head and device thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to but is not limited to the maintenance technique of drilling tool screw thread, concretely relates to but is not limited to screw thread maintenance system and screw thread cleaning gun head and device, screw thread grease spraying gun head and device thereof.
Background
The downhole oil exploitation tool generally adopts internal and external threads with set torque to perform drilling and exploitation operation after connection and lengthening. In the whole operation flow, the threads need to be frequently connected and detached, so the precision of thread protection maintenance directly determines the time efficiency and labor intensity of the whole operation flow.
Generally, after the drilling tool is transported back to the land, flaw detection and thread checking are firstly carried out, and then thread protection maintenance is carried out on the threads for operation. According to investigation, the screw threads of the drilling tools are maintained by Schlumberger, Beckhols and Haributton of International Sanda petroleums in a special cleaning area by adopting a high-pressure water gun for cleaning and manually applying oil, no technical improvement or innovation form is adopted for the work, and the maintenance efficiency is very low. The maintenance of the threads of the drilling tool in China is approximately the same as that of drilling tools abroad, and the original water gun cleaning and manual oil smearing maintenance are still performed. The demands for fine and mechanized maintenance are not yet developed, and the development of intelligent portable maintenance equipment is still in a blank stage. The conventional method has the advantages of high labor intensity, low efficiency, uneven smearing, high environmental pollution and easy waste of raw materials. Mass production practices show that the grease must be uniformly coated and the thickness of the grease is 1/32-1/16 in to achieve the best protection effect, and the traditional manual oil smearing can not meet the operation requirements.

When the thread maintenance system of the embodiment is used for maintaining the threads of the drill collar, firstly, the high-pressure cleaning machine 11 is used for adjusting the proportion of high-pressure water in cleaning liquid and the cleaning agent, then the wireless remote controller 15 selects a cleaning switch, at the moment, the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve 14 is communicated with the thread cleaning passage, and the thread air drying passage and the thread grease spraying passage are closed. As the high-pressure washer 11 is depressurized, the cleaning solution therein is naturally conveyed to the first pipeline joint 126 through the cleaning solution pipeline 13 via the three-position four-way solenoid valve 14, and is ejected through the nozzle on the cleaning arm; the flowing of the cleaning liquid drives the first mechanical rotary joint 122 to rotate, and further drives the first rotary joint connecting piece 123 to rotate together, so that the brush on the cleaning rod 124 brushes the thread; the cleaned dirt is discharged to the dirt recovery apparatus through the drain connector 127. The high-pressure cleaning machine 11 can be used for heating to generate high-temperature steam so as to effectively improve the cleaning efficiency and effect; meanwhile, as the mixing proportion of the cleaning agent and water is adjustable, the mixing proportion can be adjusted by observing the condition of the flowing dirt in the cleaning process, so that the use of the cleaning agent is effectively reduced, the pollution to the environment is reduced, and the environmental protection performance of the thread cleaning device is improved.
After the cleaning operation is completed, the wireless remote controller 15 is switched to an air drying switch, at this time, the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve 14 is communicated with the thread air drying passage, the thread cleaning passage and the thread grease spraying passage are closed, and high-pressure air generated by the high-pressure air machine 21 is conveyed to the thread cleaning gun head 12 through the first pipeline joint 126 to air-dry threads after passing through the pressure reducing valve 22 and the pressure regulating filter 23.
After the air drying operation is completed, the wireless remote controller 15 is switched to a spraying switch, at this time, the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve 14 is communicated with the thread grease spraying passage, the thread cleaning passage and the thread air drying passage are closed, high-pressure air generated by the high-pressure air machine 21 enters the oil atomizer 31 after passing through the pressure reducing valve 22 and the pressure regulating filter 23, grease (such as screw thread oil and butter) in the oil atomizer 31 is atomized into oil mist under the action of the high-pressure air, and the oil mist enters the thread grease spraying gun head 32 under the drive of the high-pressure air and is sprayed out through a nozzle on the spraying arm; the flow of the high-pressure air and the oil mist drives the second mechanical rotating joint 322 to rotate, and further drives the second rotating joint connecting piece 323 to rotate together, so that the spraying rod 324 sprays grease on the threads through a nozzle of the spraying rod; excess grease in the screw grease gun head 32 is discharged to the dirt recovery device through the dirt discharge joint 327 (dirt generated during subsequent cleaning of the screw threads can also be discharged to the dirt recovery device through the dirt discharge joint 327).
Example 2
This embodiment is described using an 8 inch thread on a stab collar as an example.
Referring to fig. 11-14, the thread servicing system of the present embodiment differs from embodiment 1 only in that:
the nozzle on the cleaning rod 124 of the screw thread cleaning gun head 12 and the nozzle on the spraying rod 324 of the screw thread grease spraying gun head 32 are respectively arranged back to the first mechanical rotary joint 122 and the second mechanical rotary joint 322;
the first seal housing 125 and the second seal housing 325 are short, and can be hermetically connected to the inner-threaded drill collar without housing the first mechanical rotary joint 122, the first rotary joint connector 123, the cleaning rod 124, the second mechanical rotary joint 322, the second rotary joint connector 323 and the spray rod 324 therein, so as to form a closed space.
The specific structure and dimensions of the first seal cover 125 (second seal cover 325) can be seen in fig. 15.
The thread servicing system of this embodiment performs the same operations as those of embodiment 1 in servicing the threads of the stabbing collar.
Although the embodiments disclosed in the present application are described above, the descriptions are only for the convenience of understanding the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure as defined by the appended claims.
